Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lifting table according to the Preamble of claim 1.
  • DE-G 92 17 366 describes another lifting table according to the preamble of claim 1, to each Pair of scissors one firmly connected to the scissor arm has semicircular tooth segment that concentrically the pivot joint connecting the scissor arms is arranged and in which a drive pinion engages.
  • the semicircular tooth segment requires a large height in retracted state of the lifting table.
  • DE-B 10 82 023 describes a lifting table in which lifting and lowering the table top with the help of a Tangential cam is carried out in a is moved in the horizontal direction, whereby a Base circle disc with the help of a chain parallel to Rolls the table level and the tangential cam on a roller attacks a scissor link. This results in one unfavorable, changing leverage.
  • Lift tables are used in many areas in the world industrial production, for example in vehicle construction and also used in transportation to work pieces or others Raise and lower goods.
  • safe parallel guidance the table top to the desired lifting heights and one if possible jerk-free drive, it also occurs with such lifting tables depends on the height when lowered to keep small, so that no special pits at the installation site required are.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object To create the lifting table, the fast lifting and Lowering movements for small motor and constructive Effort allows, in the lowered state only little Height and does not require a hydraulic drive.
  • the solution to the problem is characterized in claim 1.
  • the circular segment-shaped lifting member can with a large radius have a large arc length despite the low overall height is advantageous as a stroke and controlled system and at the same time enables high translation in a simple way, for example in that the circle segment as a rack is formed, which meshes with a driven pinion.
  • the drive for example using a worm drive results in a Self-locking, so that the lifting table also prevents falls Energy failure is secured.
  • the result is a favorable movement diagram in which the Lift movement starts slowly, then with increasing Speed occurs and finally when the maximum lifting height becomes slower again. This is a gentle lifting and lowering despite high speed possible.
  • the leadership of the lifting member two in Spaced, preferably stored in the floor frame Include pairs of rollers or rollers, one outside the Circle segment-shaped rail containing a segment of a circle capture from outside and inside.
  • the leadership of the Lifting member also two spaced on the lifting member Contain pairs of rollers or rollers, one preferably in Floor frame fixed, circular segment-shaped rail with the same radius as the lifting link from outside and inside capture or as single rolls or rolls in a groove of Run rail.
  • the drive of the lifting member can be done in many ways respectively.
  • a further development is advantageous the invention, however, that the drive by means of at least one arranged on the circular segment surface of the lifting member Gearing and each meshing with it, preferably stored in the floor frame and by a motor driven pinion.
  • the gearing can also be a rack gear.
  • a modification provides that the drive by means of at least one on the Circle segment area arranged drive chain and each one that meshes with it, preferably in the floor frame mounted sprocket and driven by a motor he follows.
  • the drive chain can with guide roles around the Sprocket be deflected and is at the beginning and end of Lifting member attached.
  • the leadership of the table top can be known in itself Way with at least one pair of scissors, the arms with one end in the floor frame or on the table rotatably and with its other end slidable in a slot of the Table or the floor frame are stored. It is expedient, the one end of the lifting member slidably on to attack the end of the scissor arm that on Table is rotatably mounted. This results at the same time also a translation of the lifting movement of the Lifting member on the lifting movement of the table top.
  • the lifting device can have at least two circular segment-shaped lifting members, which are arranged in opposite directions and each with one end opposite ends of the table top slidable attack. This will lift the stroke directly onto both Ends of the table top transferred, resulting in high efficiency and high stability. At the same time it becomes a parallel guidance of the table top forced.
  • the complementary Stabilization in the horizontal direction can turn through one or more scissors are performed.
  • the attacking on the table top Ends of the lifting links via two counter-rotating racks connected with a gear on it comb opposite sides, the free running on the Table top is stored. The racks then prevent that the table top during the lifting or lowering movement moves laterally, so that here too a safe guidance he follows.
  • the opposite Racks and the gear can also be cocked revolving chain can be provided on the table top, the upper run with one lifting link and its lower run are connected to the other lifting member.
  • a table top 2 is on both ends and on both sides of two scissors 3 (only one is visible) worn, each two in the middle by an axis 4 have connected arms or bars 3a and 3b.
  • the spars 3a are rotatably supported at one end of the table top 2 at 5 and slide in slots 6 of the bottom plate at the other end 1. Accordingly, the other arms or bars 3b are with one end at 7 rotatably mounted in the base plate 1 and slide at the other end in a slot 8 of the table top 2nd
  • the table top 2 is raised and lowered with a circular segment-shaped lifting element (seen from the side) 9, which is designed as a truss in the exemplary embodiment is.
  • a single "half" Lifting element 9 can be provided, which acts on a pair of scissors 3, but preferably two identical lifting members 9 on both Scissors 3.
  • Then serve to guide the lifting members 9 a total of eight roles, two of which are couples in the drawing are shown, namely in the bottom frame 1 at a distance stored roller pairs 10a, 10b and 11a, 11b.
  • the roles 10a, 11a run on the inside of circular arcs Rails 9a of the lifting member 9 and the rollers 10b, 11b the outside.
  • the lifting member 9 has a Toothing 12, in which a pinion 13 engages is mounted coaxially with the roller 10b.
  • the pinion will by a motor (not shown), preferably one regulated electric motor with motor brake, driven.
  • the lifting member 9 with two rollers 14 (in the drawing arranged one behind the other) in the on the bars 3a grooves 15 provided.
  • the pairs of rollers 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b can each by so-called arch guides are replaced, which as Guide elements contain balls or rollers and as Components are commercially available.
  • the Lift member 9 driven by the pinion 13 and from the in 2 shown position in the direction of FIG .. 1 move shown position or vice versa.
  • the lifting member 9 takes a Position one at which the two ends of the rail 9a are on can be the same height. Since the radius of the circular segment-shaped lifting member 9 and its rail 9a is chosen as large as possible, the height of the lifting member is 9 and thus the total height of the lifting table in the lowered Position relatively small.
  • FIGS. 3 to 5 show a further embodiment of the Invention.
  • the same components are the same Reference symbols as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 designated.
  • the table top 2 is in the present case raised by two counter-rotating lifting elements 9 or lowered.
  • the two lifting members 9 engage with theirs Roller pairs 14 directly in slots or grooves 25 of the Table top 2 a.
  • the lifting elements interlock like Fig. 5 shows.
  • On the left side of the drawing are the two halves of the lifting member 9 on the outside and right on the inside of table top 2 or Base plate 2 arranged so that when you lower the Lay the table top 2 into one another.
  • the drive of the pinion 13 takes place via worm gear 16 and a common Electric motor 17 with a motor brake.
  • the worm gear 16 are self-locking, so that the table top 2 in any position stops safely.
  • Table top 2 parallel to the base plate 1 at any height performed so that an additional parallel guidance Scissors as in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 are not is required.
  • the table top 2 could, however Intermediate layers slip in the horizontal direction because then the pairs of rollers 14 stand in the middle of the groove guides 25 and therefore do not give lateral support. for stabilization in the horizontal direction there will be two Constructions according to FIGS. 4 and 6 described.
  • Fig. 4 are on the with the pairs of rollers 14th provided ends of the lifting members 9 two rods 18 articulated, in the area of the center of the table top 2 each in one Pass over rack 19.
  • Fig. 4 in a schematic Shows partial supervision, comb the two racks 19 a freewheel mounted on the table top 1 gear 20 on opposite sides. That way a complete and safe guidance of the table top 2 reached.
  • the lifting member 9 has in the illustrated Embodiments of a table support form with a curved Lower chord and straight upper chord. This design is not binding; it can also have shapes with in or out curved top chord can be selected. Solid wall girders are also possible. Furthermore, the lifting member 9 can still support surfaces have in the working position of the lifting table corresponding support surfaces of the drive cooperate and relief of the tooth flanks or chain links cause.
  • the drive of the gear 13 or the corresponding Sprocket does not need an electric motor directly respectively; it is also possible to use an intermediate gear use that generates the desired movements, e.g. a sinusoidal lifting and lowering movement.
