Description
- les moyens de maintien en inclinaison de la table sont constitués de deux pieds réglables situés respectivement aux extrémités gauche et droite de la table, du côté de l'élément de positionnement de sorte à donner à l'opérateur la possibilité de modifier le degré d'inclinaison de cell-ci et faciliter de ce fait le remplissage des sachets souples d'insémination. De plus, ces pieds réglables sont munis d'une ventouse afin de permettre une parfaite stabilité de l'invention pendant son utilisation notamment ;
- les moyens de positionnement sont constitués d'au moins un, mais de préférence de deux tétons de positionnement se trouvant au niveau du poste de remplissage et/ou au niveau du poste de soudure, de sorte à assurer un excellent maintien et une parfaite stabilité des sachets lors des opérations de remplissage puis de soudage et accessoirement d'identification par opposition d'une étiquette sur le sachet ;
- le boítier électrique comporte un interrupteur marche-arrêt ; une temporisation pour régler la durée de soudage du sachet-souple ; un potentiomètre pour régler la puissance de chauffe du poste de soudage ; et un test de soudure manuelle pour vérifier éventuellement si le système de soudure des sachets souples fonctionne correctement avant de procéder au remplissage et à la soudure du sachet en conditions réelles de travail ;
- le guide aiguille est amovible et fixé sur le bloc comprenant un détecteur de proximité inductif émettant un champ magnétique alternatif qui se coupera automatiquement dès qu'une fourrure métallique disposée en amont du guide aiguille et déplaçable axialement par rapport à celui-ci, va s'introduire dans le guide aiguille suite à l'introduction de l'aiguille de remplissage dans le conduit de remplissage du sachet ce qui déclenchera la soudure du sachet souple d'insémination que l'opérateur aura au préalable fait défiler devant le poste de soudure, une fois l'opération de remplissage achevée ;
- ledit guide aiguille est en "NYLON" et relié à la table par des moyens de fixation amovibles afin de pouvoir être nettoyé ou changé par l'utilisateur à chaque fois qu'il procédera au conditionnement d'un nouveau lot, ce qui évitera le mélange des races animales ;
- la fourrure métallique mobile et de plus amovible afin de faciliter son entretien, s'encastre manuellement sur le guide aiguille et assure notamment la connexion et donc le maintien du tuyau d'alimentation et de l'aiguille de remplissage ;
- la palette de calibrage du volume est fixée sur le rebord inférieur de la table de sorte à permettre le réglage à plus ou moins 2 ml, du volume de liquide souhaité, en contrôlant l'espace existant entre la surface de la table inclinable et ladite palette ;
- au niveau du poste de remplissage figure un élément de graduation constituant un repère visuel qui garantit un volume plus précis pendant le remplissage du sachet ;
- la palette de soudure est mobile et reliée par articulation au rebord supérieur de la table afin de permettre la libre circulation des sachets vides ou pleins, et l'exercice d'une pression suffisante pour gérer la qualité de la soudure en fonction de l'épaisseur du film constituant le sachet souple ;
- la palette mobile de soudure comprend un filament plat chauffant situé au-dessous d'une bande interchangeable de "TEFLON" pourvue d'un revêtement adhésif.
- une potence sur laquelle sera suspendu soit un récipient au fond percé seul ou à l'intérieur duquel l'utilisateur placera un sachet de dilution contenant le milieu liquide destiné à être conditionné dans les sachets souples d'insémination. soit directement ledit sachet de dilution ;
- un dévidoir sur lequel reposera le rouleau de sachets souples d'insémination.
- Figure 1 : une vue en perspective de l'invention en position d'utilisation selon son premier mode de réalisation.
- Figure 2 : une vue en perspective de l'invention en position d'utilisation selon son deuxième mode d'utilisation.
Ce système de connexion électrique est essentiel pour permettre le fonctionnement de l'invention.
- un interrupteur marche/arrêt (3),
- une temporisation (4) destinée à régler la durée de soudage du sachet souple (101).
- un potentiomètre (5) pour régler la puissance de chauffe du poste de soudage,
- un test de soudure manuelle (6) offrant à l'opérateur la possibilité notamment de vérifier si le système permettant la soudure des sachets-dose (101) fonctionne correctement avant de procéder au remplissage et à la soudure du sachet en conditions réelles de travail.
- un voyant de contrôle de la soudure (7) s'allumant le temps de la soudure,
- un fusible (8) afin de protéger tous les éléments vitaux de l'installation électrique.
Claims (9)
- Table (1) pour le conditionnement à la ferme de semence animale à l'intérieur de sachets souples, pourvue de moyens de maintien (9) en inclinaison de celle-ci, d'au moins un élément de positionnement (20) placé au niveau du poste de remplissage et/ou au niveau du poste de soudure, afin de maintenir correctement les sachets(101), d'un guide-aiguille (25) constituant notamment un dispositif de guidage d'une aiguille mobile de remplissage (22), d'une palette de calibrage de volume (21), d'une palette mobile de soudage lestée (27) reliée à un boítier électrique d'alimentation de celle-ci et qui, par la pression qu'elle exerce sur le sachet (101), permet, en fonction de l'épaisseur du film sachet, le soudage du sachet (101), ledit guide-aiguille (25) étant amovible et fixé sur le bloc, ladite table comprenant un détecteur de proximité inductif (26) émettant un champ magnétique alternatif qui déclenchera la soudure du sachet souple (101) ayant été placé par un opérateur devant le poste de soudure.
- Table selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la palette de calibrage de volume (21) est fixée sur le rebord inférieur de la table (1) de façon à permettre le réglage à plus ou moins 2 ml du volume de semence souhaité, en contrôlant l'espace existant entre la surface de la table (1) et ladite palette de calibrage de volume (21).
- Table selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le champ magnétique alternatif se coupe automatiquement dès qu'une fourrure métallique (24) disposée en amont du guide-aiguille (25) et déplaçable axialement par rapport à celui-ci, s'introduit dans le guide-aiguille (25) suite à l'introduction de l'aiguille mobile de remplissage (22) dans le conduit de remplissage (23), déclenchant ainsi la soudure du sachet souple d'insémination (101) que l'opérateur aura au préalable fait défiler devant le poste de soudure une fois l'opération de remplissage achevée.
- Table selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'aiguille mobile de remplissage (22) a une position reculée qui permet le défilement libre du rouleau de sachets (10).
- Table selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'aiguille mobile de remplissage (22) est dans le guide-aiguille (25), lui permettant ainsi d'être parfaitement stable et de toujours demeurer d'une part insérée entre les deux lèvres du film sachets, d'autre part constamment dans l'axe de remplissage.
- Table selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la palette de calibrage de volume (21) est mobile et reliée par articulation au rebord supérieur de la table (1) afin de permettre la libre circulation des sachets souples d'insémination (101) vides ou pleins, et l'exercice d'une pression suffisante pour gérer la qualité de la soudure en fonction de l'épaisseur du film constituant le sachet souple d'insémination (101).
- Table selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une potence (13) sur laquelle sera suspendu soit un récipient au fond percé (141) seul ou à l'intérieur duquel l'utilisateur placera un sachet de dilution (14) contenant le milieu liquide destiné à être conditionné dans les sachets souples d'insémination (101), soit directement ledit sachet de dilution (14).
- Table selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est associée à un dévidoir pour rouleau (10) de sachets souples d'insémination (101).
- Utilisation de la table selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 pour la récolte à la ferme de semence de verrats.
