Claims (8)
- Eine Minipumpe mit zylindrischem Hauptstück (1), versehen mit einem Einlassventil (12), wobei ein Flansch (6) gegen die Wirkung einer Wendelfeder (5) einen beweglichen Kolben mit einer Düse (3), der den Flansch durchsetzt, einschließt, mit einem axialen Kanal, verschlossen durch ein Auslassventil mit innerer Klappe (4), austariert durch eine innere Feder (41), und mit einer inneren Schulter (33) im oberen Teil, wohingegen sich der untere Teil der Düse (3) unter dem Flansch in einen Kragen (30) verbreitert, an den sich eine Hülse (21) mit ihrem oberen Rand (25) anfügt, die außen als Kolbendichtung dient, wobei unter dem Kragen der Düse eine innere Kammer (26) begrenzt ist, wo sich die Auslassklappe befindet, wobei der Sockel (22) der Hülse mit einer axialen Öffnung (23) versehen ist, die als ringförmiger Sitz für besagte Klappe dient,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz die Form einer Schale (24) aufweist, deren Grundplatte (27) durch eine gerundete Kehle (28) mit einem aufgeweiteten Gürtel (29) verbunden ist, wobei die Klappe die Form einer Glocke mit einer ziemlich dünnen Lippe (40), die nach unten gerichtet ist, aufweist, mit einem Umfang, der im freien Zustand etwa dem der Kehle entspricht oder geringfügig größer ist, im Ruhezustand auf dem Sockel (22) aufliegend, dichtend appliziert auf die Grundplatte und im Winkel der Schale unter der Wirkung der Abreißfeder (41) der Klappe. - Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassklappe (4) einen minimalen Wirkungsquerschnitt, der zumindest dem des Kanals der Düse (3) entspricht, und einen maximalen doppelt so großen Wirkungsquerschnitt aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe einen maximalen Wirkungsquerschnitt aufweist, der zumindest ein Viertel des Wirkungsquerschnitts des Kolbens im Pumpenhauptstück ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastizität der Lippe es dieser lediglich ermöglicht, der ausgeweiteten Wand des Gürtels (29) auf einem Weg zu folgen, der kürzer als ihre Gesamthöhe ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (24) eine Höhe von einigen Zehntelmillimetern bei einer mittleren Aufweitungsneigung ihres Gürtels von annähernd 0,3 aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung des Gürtels (29) von der Verbindung mit der Kehle (28) nach oben ansteigt und so seiner Wand ein S-Profil gibt.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kante der Lippe (40) eine stärkere Krümmung als die der besagten Kehle (28) aufweist.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (27) der Schale eine konische Form aufweist.
