Von einer Lagerposition 29 werden dort jeweils paarweise in horizontaler Lage auf Paletten 30 gelagerte Wickel 31 mittels eines geeigneten Transportmediums in die erwähnten Bereitstellungspositionen befördert. Während dieses Transportvorganges werden die paarweise angeordneten Wickel 31 aus ihrer Horizontalposition in eine Vertikalposition verschwenkt.
Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Druckprodukten zu einer Verarbeitungsstrecke (21) mit einer Anzahl von Stationen (22), von denen jeder ein mit Mitteln zur Abgabe von Druckprodukten an die Verarbeitungsstrecke (21) versehener Puffer (23) zugeordnet ist, der über eine mobile, für die Aufnahme und den Transport einer eine Anzahl von Druckprodukten beinhaltenden Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) ausgelegte Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) beschickbar ist, die antreibbare Fördermittel (14) zur zeitweisen Beschickung des Puffers (23) jeweils einer Station (22) mit Druckprodukten aus der Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) mit einer Fördergeschwindigkeit aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (11) für die Fördermittel (14) in der mobilen Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) angeordnet ist, und zusammen mit den Fördermitteln (11, 14) die Druckprodukte aus der Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) mit einer vorgebbaren Fördergeschwindigkeit transportiert, welche grösser als die Abgabegeschwindigkeit ist, mit der die Druckprodukte von den Puffern (23) an die Verarbeitungsstrecke (21) abgegeben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speicherkapazität der Puffer (23) zumindest so gross ist wie die Speicherkapazität der von der Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) transportierbaren Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) Mittel (5, 7, 41) zur Aufnahme beladener Speichereinheiten (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) und/oder Mittel (5, 7, 41) zur Abgabe leerer Speichereinheiten (20, 28, 38, 46) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) mit einem lenkbaren Wagen koppelbar oder als lenkbarer Wagen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25) schienengeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckprodukte in der von der Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) transportierbaren Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) in Schuppenformation gespeichert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Zubringeinrichtung (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) transportierbare Speichereinheit als Wickel, als Wickelkassette oder als Turmstapel ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Wickel oder Wickelkassette ausgebildete Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) lösbar an einem zwischen einer Be- und einer Entladestellung verschwenkbaren Arm (5) der Zubringeinrichtung (1) gehalten bzw. gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur Aufnahme einer als Wickel ausgebildeten Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) geeignete Zubringeinrichtung eine Spule (13) zur Aufnahme eines Wickelbandes sowie eine Einrichtung zum Rückspulen des Wickelbandes auf einen leeren Wickelkern (16) aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Druckprodukten zu einer Verarbeitungsstrecke (21) mit einer Anzahl von Stationen (22), welchen jeweils ein Puffer (23) zugeordnet ist, bei demeine mobile Zubringeinrichtung ( 1, 25, 40) mit einer eine Anzahl von Druckprodukten beinhaltenden Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) beladen,die Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) an einen Puffer (23) angeschlossen,der Puffer (23) mit in der Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) enthaltenen Druckprodukten beschickt, unddie Verarbeitungsstrecke (21) mit den im Puffer (23) zwischengespeicherten Druckprodukten versorgt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschickung des Puffers (23) über die Speichereinheit (2, 3, 26, 31, 32, 37, 43) der Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) mit einem höheren zeitlichen Durchsatz von Druckprodukten vorgenommen wird als die über den Puffer (23) erfolgende Beschickung der Verarbeitungsstrecke (21).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) nur während des Zeitraums des Beschickens des Puffers (23) an diesen angeschlossen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit einer Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) mehrere Puffer (23) versorgt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Zeitpunkt des Beschickens eines Puffers (23) noch Druckprodukte im Puffer (23) gespeichert sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckprodukte im Puffer (23) in Schuppenformation zwischengespeichert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zubringeinrichtung (1, 25, 40) zwischen einer Beladeposition, den Puffern (23) und einer Entladeposition verfahren wird, wobei in der Beladeposition eine volle Speichereinheit (43) aufgenommen und in der Entladepostion eine leere Speichereinheit (46) abgelegt wird.
