Definitions
- the invention relates to a flushing device in a toilet cistern according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a flushing device of this type is state of the art made known by EP-A-0 448 092.
- a lever system with two separately for triggering the partial flush stored levers provided between which one Coupling device is arranged with a hook, which in an angle rotatable at a free end portion of a first Lever is arranged, with guide means through a inclined part are formed, the so-called second lever in the place of said first lever attached hook protrudes to engage the said To enable hooks with the second lever.
- This very complex actuator is in itself ensures that after triggering a partial rinse the closing movement of the valve body by the operator cannot be influenced. The closing movement is carried out precisely even when the Operator the corresponding button of the actuator constantly depresses.
- this flushing device is considered a disadvantage that it is comparatively complex lever system is bound and for example an actuator with a push button not possible.
- the lever system is at least partly over the rinse water and is very susceptible on limescale deposits that can lead to faults.
- a flushing device with an actuator that either full or partial rinsing is also possible made known by the applicant's DE-A-36 18 671. In the case of partial rinsing, this is done using an upper end of the valve body arranged reversing device the additional weight is attached to the valve body. A Coupling of the actuator after triggering one Partial rinsing is not provided here.
- DE-U-92 15 972 shows a flushing device, for the partial emptying of the cistern of an actuator a floating body is assigned, which is connected to an auxiliary auxiliary valve. This facility is very complex to build and consist of many Individual parts.
- the invention has for its object a flushing device of the type mentioned to create the more universally applicable and in particular enables a push button operation and which is also due to a simpler structure distinguished.
- the solution to the problem results from the Features listed in the independent claim.
- the actuating device can be of any design and only required a lever with which the additional weight is raised can be. Such an additional weight is also one Push button operation possible.
- the float valve of the waste set can also be formed in the usual way and does not require an auxiliary valve and the like. Thereby the desired universal application results the flushing device according to the invention.
- valve body by no switching or connecting means must be loaded and thus the float buoyancy can be kept to a minimum. So is one Execution possible in which the unloaded during a full flush Valve pipe is raised.
- the flushing device 50 shown in the drawing is in one usual and shown here only in sections Cistern 12 used. It essentially consists of a drain fitting 10 and an actuator 11, with which a valve body 2 for triggering a flush, which can also be an overflow pipe from one Valve seat 19 is lifted, which is located in the cistern 12 Water through side windows 17 into a float housing 15 and from there through an opening 49 into a toilet bowl, not shown here.
- the float 16 causes the valve body 2 to float held until the cistern is partially or completely emptied is.
- Drain fittings 10 with a float 16 and a removable Valve body 2 have been known for a long time. To fix them is a nozzle 18 of the float housing 15 through an opening 13 inserted in the bottom of the cistern 12 and with a fastening nut screwed on from the bottom 14 fixed.
- the actuating device 11 is designed such that either full or partial rinsing is possible.
- a lever 25 which is pivotally mounted on a web 24 and is the one accessible from the outside of the cistern Button 26 has. With an end 51 it engages Lever 25 in a slot 22 formed on the valve body 2 Tab 21 a.
- the lever 25 can also be a push button be, as he is especially with ceramic cisterns is used. It is only essential that through a Actuation of the valve body 2 can be raised. At the Depressing the button 26, the valve body 2 with the Valve plate 20 raised so that the drain valve opens.
- the float 16 holds the raised valve body 2 in Hover until the cistern 12 is essentially complete is emptied.
- the valve body 2 then falls again down and closes the valve, after which the cistern via an inlet valve not shown here again up to is filled to a predetermined level.
- the actuating device is used to trigger a partial flush 11 provided with a second lever 30, which is also is pivotable on the web 24 and one that can be operated from the outside Button 31 has.
- the key 31 is also only one here Handle, which can also be a push button, for example can.
- a lower end 52 of the lever 30 engages in one Opening 28 of a tab 27 at the top of a Pull element 3, in particular a pull rod attached is.
- the pull rod 3 is one in a bore 41 Weight body 4 molded approach 40 slidably guided and extends down to a cover 38 of the float housing 15.
- a bearing part 34 is attached to which a coupling member 1 is pivotally mounted.
- the coupling member 1 is a two-armed lever, one downward arm 5 through an opening 36 in the cover 38 in the float housing 15 engages.
- the other arm 6 is obliquely upwards directed and inclined towards the outside of the valve body 2.
- a nose 39 is formed on the coupling member 1 in the position shown in Figure 1 on the top of the lid 38 is present.
- Another nose formed on the coupling member 1 53 lies in the position shown in FIG Cam 35 of the lid 38 and holds the arm 6 in the shown Position.
- the pull rod 3 by pivoting the lever 30 after Moved up, the coupling member 1 is simultaneously with pulled up.
- the swiveled in Arm 6 the weight body 4 on a shoulder 55 and pulls this also with up.
- the final position after this Movement directed upwards is shown in FIG. This The position is after the button 31 is fully depressed reached.
- the drain valve is open and in this position the rinse water can move outwards in the direction of arrow 48 flow into the toilet bowl, not shown here.
- Lever 8 which is pivotable at its upper end on a Axis 62 of the weight body 4 is pivoted, until a tooth 61 at the lower end of this lever 8 at a short distance over a shoulder 29 of the valve body 2 is arranged.
- the pivoting takes place through Scenes 45, which are guided in an opening 44 of the cover 38 are.
- is at complete open valve a lower stop surface 57 of the Zahns 61 just a little over shoulder 29 from the tie rod 3 decoupled weight body 4 on the valve body 2 down, so after a short distance the Tooth 61 on shoulder 29, causing said movement interrupted and the valve body 2 by the weight the weight body 4 is loaded.
- the total weight of the Valve body 2 and the weight body 4 is dimensioned so that the buoyancy of the float 16 is not sufficient around a premature closing movement of the valve body 2 prevent.
- the valve body 2 therefore moves after Locking the weight body 4 relatively quickly down until the valve plate 20 on the valve seat 19 lies on. As a result of the premature closing of the valve a predetermined portion of the rinse water remains in the Cistern 12.
- the coupling member 1 remains in this case the position shown in Figure 2, during the weight body 4 moves down and the coupling member 1 in a recess 59 receives. Finally, the key 31 released, the pull rod 3 lowers with the Coupling member 1 down into the starting position shown in Figure 1. After closing the outlet valve the cistern 12 in a manner known per se by a here Inlet valve, not shown, refilled. The flushing device 50 is then again for an optional full or partial rinse ready.
- the flushing device according to the present invention Compared to a conventional rinsing device without partial rinsing is the flushing device according to the present invention comparatively with a few simple and robust additional parts realizable.
- These additional parts, in particular the two coupling elements 1 and 8 are in the outlet set 10 integrable, which makes a special compact and easy to assemble.
- the valve body 2 is freely rotatable in the float housing 15 not burdened by additional coupling parts.
- the actuator 11 can be very different be executed, which is why the inventive Rinsing device essentially in all usual Cisterns and especially also for ceramic and concealed cisterns is usable.
