Description
EP-A-0 496 946 beschrieben. Ein derartiges Auftragswerk mit Auftragskammer eignet sich für höhere Durchlaufgeschwindigkeiten (> 1500 m/min.) und bewirkt durch den Druck in der Auftragskammer eine größere Penetrationstiefe. Darüber hinaus eignet sich ein solches Auftragswerk für geringe Strichgewichte und ermöglicht dabei eine saubere Abdeckung.

Claims (26)
- Auftragswerk zum direkten oder indirekten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums auf eine laufende Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Basis-Baugruppe mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeinem sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckenden Tragbalken ( 3; 30)undeiner Verteileinrichtung (4, 11; 31, 35) zur Einspeisung des flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums in einen sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckenden Zufuhrspalt (10; 34), der von einer Vorderwand (9; 32) und einer Rückwand (5; 33) begrenzt wird,
der Bereich (5, 5A, 9; 32, 33) der Vorder- und Rückwand der Basisbaugruppe zum lösbaren Anbau von Elementen (13, 13A, 14, 17; 36, 37, 39; 21, 21A, 23; 44, 45) zur Ausbildung einer Auftragskammer (12) oder zur Ausbildung eines als Freistrahldüse arbeitenden Dosierspaltes (24) für das flüssige oder pastöse Medium eingerichtet ist. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente für die Auftragskammer (12) oder den Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspalt (24) ein- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet sind. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest ein gemeinsames Anbauelement (21A) in einer gleichen Anbauposition sowohl beim Anbau der Auftragskammer (12) als auch beim Anbau des Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspaltes (24) verwendbar ist. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das gemeinsame Anbauelement (21A) mit der Basisbaugruppe einstückig ausgebildet ist. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung der Auftragskammer (12) einen Rakelträger (13, 13A, 36) mit Rakelelement (14; 37) und eine Stauleiste (17; 39) umfassen. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung der Auftragskammer (12) im Bereich der Stauleiste (17; 39) eine Überströmeinrichtung ( 18, 20; 40, 41, 42) umfassen. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Überströmeinrichtung eine Überschußsammel- und -abführeinrichtung (20; 42) aufweist, die an eine Überströmfläche (18; 40, 41) anschließt. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente (21, 21A, 23; 44, 45) für den Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspalt (24) eine im wesentlichen leisten- oder lippenförmige Gestalt haben. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung des Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspaltes derart gestaltet sind, daß sich an das freie Ende des Dosierspaltes (24) auf einer Seite des Spaltes eine konkave, freie Umlenkfläche (22) für das flüssige oder pastöse Medium anschließt. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung des Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspaltes derart gestaltet sind, daß der Dosierspalt (24) mit dem Zufuhrspalt (10) für das flüssige oder pastöse Medium etwa einen rechten Winkel einschließt. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Auftragswerk mit einer Zustell- und/oder Kippeinrichtung (D, K, L, S, Z) versehen ist. - Auftragswerk zum direkten oder indirekten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums auf eine laufende Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Basis-Baugruppe mitsowie mit im Bereich (5, 5B, 9) der Vorder- und Rückwand der Basisbaugruppe ausgebildeten Lippenelemente (12B, 14B), die zwischen sich einen als Freistrahldüse arbeitenden Dosierspalt (13B) für das flüssige oder pastöse Medium bilden,einem sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckenden Tragbalken (3) undeiner Verteileinrichtung (4, 11) zur Einspeisung des flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums in einen sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckenden Zufuhrspalt (10), der von einer Vorderwand (9) und einer Rückwand (5) begrenzt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bereich der Lippenelemente (12B, 14B) zum lösbaren Anbau von Elementen (16B, 18B, 19B, 20B) zur Ausbildung einer Auftragskammer (22B) eingerichtet ist. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die die Freistrahldüse bildenden Lippenelemente (12B, 14B) zumindest zum Teil lösbar mit dem Bereich (5, 5B, 9) der Vorder- und Rückwand verbunden sind. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung der Auftragskammer (22B) ein- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet sind. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung der Auftragskammer (22B) einen Rakelträger (18B, 19B) mit Rakelelement (20B) sowie eine Stauleiste (16B) umfassen. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung der Auftragskammer (22B) im Bereich der Stauleiste (16B) eine Überströmeinrichtung (17B, 23B) umfassen. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Überströmeinrichtung eine Überschußsammel- und -abführeinrichtung (23B) aufweist, die an eine Überströmfläche (17B) anschließt. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Rakelträger (18B, 19B) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Auftragswerk mit einer Zustell- und/oder Kippeinrichtung (D, K, L, S, Z) versehen ist. - Auftragswerk zum direkten oder indirekten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums auf eine laufende Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Basis-Baugruppe mitsowie mit im Bereich (5, 5C, 9) der Vorder- und Rückwand der Basisbaugruppe befindlichen, eine Auftragskammer (20C) bildenden Elementen, die einen Rakelträger (18C) mit Rakelelement (17C) sowie eine Stauleiste (12C) umfassen,einem sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckenden Tragbalken (3) undeiner Verteileinrichtung (4, 11) zur Einspeisung des flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums in einen sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckenden Zufuhrspalt (10), der von einer Vorderwand (9) und einer Rückwand (5) begrenzt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bereich des Rakelträgers (18C) und der Bereich der Stauleiste (12C) zum lösbaren Anbau von Elementen (21C, 24C) zur Ausbildung eines als Freistrahldüse arbeitenden Dosierspaltes (25C) eingerichtet sind. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die die Auftragskammer (20C) bildenden Elemente zumindest zum Teil lösbar mit dem Bereich (5, 5C, 9) der Vorder- und Rückwand verbunden sind. - Auftragswerk nach Anspruch 20 oder 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente (21C, 24C) zur Ausbildung des Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspaltes (25C) im wesentlichen von leisten- oder lippenförmiger Gestalt sind. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Elemente (21C, 24C) zur Ausbildung des Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspaltes derart gestaltet sind, daß sich an das freie Ende des Dosierspaltes (25C) auf einer Seite des Spaltes eine konkave, freie Umlenkfläche (22C) für das flüssige oder pastöse Medium anschließt. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente zur Ausbildung des Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspaltes (25C) ein- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet sind. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Auftragswerk mit einer Zustell- und/oder Kippeinrichtung (D, K, L, S, Z) versehen ist. - Auftragswerk nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anbauelemente (21C, 24C) zur Ausbildung des Freistrahldüsen-Dosierspaltes (25C) derart gestaltet sind, daß der Dosierspalt (25C) mit dem Zufuhrspalt (10) für das flüssige oder pastöse Medium etwa einen rechten Winkel einschließt.
