Claims (9)

  1. Müllbehälter mit einem Behälter (1), bestehend aus einem Gefässboden und aus einer Seitenwand, die mit einer Randleiste (3, 4) versehen ist, welche die Öffnung des Behälters (1) abgrenzt, und einem Deckel (2), der im Verhältnis zu dem Behälter durch Drehung zwischen zwei Ausgangsstellungen, nämlich der Öffnung und des Verschlusses aufklappbar ist, und zwar dank mindestens eines mit dem Deckel formschlüssig verbundenen Flügels (7), der mit mindenstens einem entsprechenden Flügel (5), der mit dem Behälter formschlüssig verbunden ist, zusammenarbeitet, so dass der Deckel auf die Randleiste (3, 4) in Verschlubstellung umgeklappt werden kann, und in Öffnungsstellung in Richtung einer Front der Seitenwand, wobei mindestens einer der beiden Flügeln (5, 7) mit einem Bewegungsbegrenzer ausgestattet ist, der auf den mit ihm verbundenen zweiten Flügel (7, 5) einwirkt, und somit die Bewegung des Deckels (2) einschränkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Flügel (5) des Behälters (1) eine untere Kante (13) mit einem konvexen Profil aufweist , während mindestens ein Flügel (7), der dem Deckel (2) entspricht, eine Anschlagsfläche (12) besitzt, deren konkaves Profil annähernd dem Profil der Kante (13) entspricht und dieses ergänzt. Die untere Kante (13) des Flügels und die Anschlagsfläche (12) sind hierbei so angeordnet, dass die Kante (13) und die Anschlagsfläche (12) bei Öffnung des Deckels (2) teilweise miteinander in Berührung stehen, wobei die Drehung des Deckels (2) in einem bestimmten Abstand zur Seitenwand des Behälters (1) unterbrochen wird, wobei ein Zwischenraum zwischen dem restlichen Teil der Kante (13) und der Anschlagsfläche (12) entsteht, der wiederum eine elastische Verformung der Pufferung des mit dem Deckel (2) verbundenen Flügels (5) bewirkt, und zwar so lange, bis sich die Kante (13) und die Anschlagsfläche (12) annähernd ineinander einfügen, ohne dass der Deckel (2) an den Behälter (1) anschlägt.
  2. Müllbehälter lt. Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Flügel, in Richtung des damit verbundenen Flügels eine erste Fläche aufweist, die aus einem ebenen Abschnitt (9) besteht, der mit einem vorspringenden Anschlag (11) abschliesst, gegen den der besagte verbundene Flügel in der besagten Öffnungsstellung anschlägt.
  3. Müllbehälter lt. Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verbundene Flügel, gegenüberstehend des ebenen Abschnittes (9) der ersten Seite, einen entgegengestellten ebenen Abschnitt (10) aufweist, der so angeordnet und konzipiert ist, dass er während der Drehung des Deckels (2) über den ebenen Abschnitt (9) gleitet, wobei der Anschlag (11) das besagte Profil aufweist, das dem Profil der Seitenwand (13), die an die gegenüberliegende ebene Seite (10) anschliesst, annähernd entspricht.
  4. Müllbehälter entsprechend eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, durch die Anwesenheit von zwei Flügeln (5) gekennzeichnet, die über den Rand des Behälters hinausragen, wobei diese Flügel nach oben gebogen sind und beiderseits einer senkrechten Mittelebene des Behälters (1) angeordnet sind, wobei eine Drehachse bestimmt wird, die über der Ebene (4) der Randleiste des Behälters definiert wird.
  5. Müllbehälter entsprechend eines der Anprüche 1 bis 4, durch die Anwesenheit einer Berührungstelle (14) auf mindestens einem Flügel (5, 7) gekennzeichnet, der mit der Randleiste des verbundenen Flügels (7, 5) vor Beendigung des Verschlusses des Deckels in Reibungskontakt steht, und zwar ohne diese besagte Bewegung einzuschränken.
  6. Müllbehälter entsprechend Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Berührungstelle eine Reibungsfläche (14) aufweist, die auf dem Anschlag (11) liegt, und welche die Bewegung eines jeden der Flügel des Deckels (7) einschränkt, und die an die Anschlagsfläche (12) angrenzt, und gegenüber der oberen konkaven Randleiste (15) des verbundenen Flügels (5) des Behälters angeordnet ist.
  7. Müllbehälter entsprechend eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügel, auf welchen der Anschlag sitzt, mit letzterem zusammen in einem Stück gegossen sind , sowie mit dem Behälter oder dem Deckel auf dem die Flügel angebracht sind.
  8. Müllbehälter entsprechend eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Platte aus elastischem Material, wie z.B. Gummi, aufweist, die über die Oberfläche der Randleiste (3, 4) überhängt und die dazu geeignet ist, in Verschlubstellung gegenüberstehend des Deckelrandes (2) zu liegen.
  9. Müllbehälter entsprechend eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens einen Führer (11 a) aufweist, der jeweils die Oberfläche (12) und/oder die Randleiste (13) überragt, sowie in Richtung dieser Randleiste (13) und/oder dieser Oberfläche (12).
