Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pressure compensation vessel to accommodate volume changes in a quantity of one Temperature responsive liquid with a change rigid container housing, the one feed nozzle and one Has drain pipe for the liquid and one in the Housing attachable stretchable membrane covering the interior of the container into a liquid space and a gas space divided, with the membrane in the unstretched initial state an area with an approximately star-shaped cross section Folding.
  • Pressure expansion vessels of this type are used for Heaters or water heating systems used.
  • a Pressure compensation vessel of the type mentioned at the beginning is e.g. known from German utility model 19 85 404 (U1), which forms the preamble of claim 1.
  • the Membrane has an area here in the unstretched initial state with an approximately star-shaped fold in cross section. By this cross-sectional shape deviates from the circular shape a gentler strain and deformation of the membrane the expansion achieved.
  • the object of the present invention is a Pressure expansion tank of the type mentioned with a Creating membrane that has high wear resistance shows, always expands and contracts in a defined way, so that no undefined folds with unwanted Water pockets can be formed and a better one Length compensation is given for a membrane under pressure.
  • a solution according to the invention provides this object Pressure expansion tank of the type mentioned with the characteristic features of the main claim.
  • the ring beads according to the invention and the concaves Curvatures improve the length compensation for pressure loads Membrane.
  • the membrane is in the unstretched initial state also folded so that there is about a cross section Star shape results. With increasing fluid pressure in the Liquid space inside the membrane becomes the concave Sections of the star-shaped membrane pressed outwards, see above that the membrane approximates a cylindrical shape. He takes Liquid pressure in the interior of the membrane decreases again, then takes the star shape that was originally given Folding.
  • Such a membrane has a high elongation potential and is consequently very wear-resistant. It expands and pulls back together like a lung.
  • the membrane is preferably approximately cylindrical Container with lid part and bottom part in the lid area or Floor area e.g. held over a flange attached to parts of the container clamped in the lid area or bottom area becomes.
  • the membrane preferably extends in Longitudinal direction in the container, with the liquid space inside lies, which is surrounded concentrically by the gas space and Liquid space above and below in the axis area of the Tank attached inlet or outlet nozzle is fed.
  • the extended membrane with a surrounding support plate Openings are provided for the gas passage.
  • To support the folded membrane is a second one within it Support tube attached. This perforated pipe, the pipe for the water supply can prevent a complete closing of the membrane inwards and ensures the possibility of a constant water flow in the unstretched initial state of the folded membrane.
  • a section with the approximately star-shaped Cross section and / or below this section shows the Membrane on a ring bead. Between ring bead and star-shaped section is concave at the top and / or at the bottom Curvature present.
  • the star-folded part can be three or more star arms distributed over the circumference in symmetrical Arrangement with concave arches in between Have sections.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 the specially trained according to the invention Wrinkle membrane explained.
  • Fig. 1 shows the fold membrane in lower part in the side view, in the upper part in vertical longitudinal section.
  • the fold membrane has 10 above a mounting flange 11 by a kind of fold is formed and at the bottom is a corresponding mounting flange 15 for mounting in Surge tank.
  • This ring bead connects a curvature 17 towards the inside.
  • this curvature 17 runs through the wall of the fold membrane 10 back outwards and ends in a longer section 16, which, as can be seen from Fig. 2, in plan view seen folded in a star shape.
  • the section according to FIG. 1 shows the transition region 17 between the upper ring bead 13 and the star-folded section 16 in its greatest latitude. It can be seen from Fig. 2 that this Star-shaped fold 16 over the circumference of the fold membrane seen four symmetrical arms 16a, between which each concave wider sections 16b connecting these run. The section Fig. 1 thus runs through an arm 16a of the star fold. The section Fig. 3 runs against it through the narrowest section 16b of the concave curvature of the area folded in a star shape.
  • the Mounting flange 11 not round but on two opposite sides, each with a flat 12 Mistake.
  • the four arms 16a of the star-shaped fold protrude slightly further outwards than the upper ring bead 13.
  • Above the lower mounting flange 15 is also one shaped lower annular bead 14, as can be seen from Fig. 1.
  • the fold membrane 10 is again concave and curved goes up into the star-shaped section 16.
  • Fig. 4 now shows an inventive Pressure expansion tank with built-in fold membrane 10.
  • the entire container is designated by reference numeral 20. He consists of an upper part 20a and a lower part 20b, the are welded together.
  • the container 20 has an approximately cylindrical shape, with the cylindrical wall above in merges into a flat lid section and into one below flat bottom section. As you can see are above and below each provided holding devices 29 which Mounting flange 11 or 15 in the lid area of the Container wall or in the bottom area of the container wall clamp. Concentrically extends axially through the Container 20 a water pipe 21 through which through the upper Feed pipe 25 water enters the container. At the The bottom is the water through the drain port 28 dissipated.
  • the water pipe 21 has openings 22 through which the Water in the liquid space 23 inside the Wrinkle membrane 10 arrives. Outside the fold membrane there is the gas space 24. Between fold membrane 10 and A support plate 26 is also provided with the container wall Openings 27 at which the pressure increases in the Liquid space 23 expanding fold membrane 10 supports.
  • the star-shaped folding of the invention Folded membrane 10 leads to a defined expansion or Contraction of the wrinkle membrane and prevents training of water bags. The residual water can always be completely replaced.
  • the ring beads 13, 14 and the concave curvatures help to compensate for the length membrane under pressure.
  • the gas filling valve 30 for the Filling the gas space of the surge tank in the Area of the wall is attached to the top and at a distance from the container axis.
  • the opening of the Gas filling valve 30 points at an angle of 45 ° Cylinder axis of the container to the outside. Are just as good other angles to the cylinder axis of the container are possible.
  • the Gas filling valve 30 is due to this arrangement according to the invention particularly accessible for an operator.
