Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Montage und zur Fertigbearbeitung von pulvermetallurgisch vorgefertigten Ventilsitzringen in ihrer Gebrauchsstellung in einer dafür vorgesehenen Aufnahmebohrung am Anfang eines Gaskanals im Zylinderkopf von Verbrennungsmotoren aus Leichtmetallegierungen, z. B. auf Al-Basis, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein durch Pulverpressen und Sintern vorgefertigter Ringkörper (1) mit Hilfe eines Rollierwerkzeuges (4) mit Spiel in eine Bohrung (2) eingebracht, anschließend durch Rollieren radial bis zum formschlüssigen Halt an der Bohrungswandung expandiert und auf Fertigmaß mit Gebrauchsdichte verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkörper (1) mit einem Rollensatz (6) mit zylindrischer Umhüllungskontur auf das der zylindrischen Wandung des Gaskanals (7) angepaßte Fertigmaß verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Verdichten zugleich auch der Übergang Ventilsitzring/Gaskanal durch Rollieren bearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Hilfe eines am Rollierwerkzeug (4) vorgesehenen zweiten Rollensatzes (8) mit kegliger Umhüllungskontur an der freien Innenkante des Ringkörpers (1) der Ventilsitz unter einem vorgegebenen Winkel von z. B. 45° bzw. 60° durch Rollieren bei gleichzeitiger weiterer Verdichtung des Werkstoffes erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Hilfe eines am Rollierwerkzeug (4) vorgesehenen zweiten Rollensatzes mit Profilrollen (10) am Ringkörper (1) Sitz- und Sitznebenflächen durch Rollieren bei gleichzeitiger weiterer Verdichtung des Werkstoffes erzeugt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkörper mit einem Rollensatz mit Profilrollen (11) auf ein Fertigmaß mit einer konturierten Innenmantelfläche (12) verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine gegenüber der Wandung des Gaskanals (7) vorstehende Innenmantelfläche (12) erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkörper (1) während der radialen Expansion auch nach Berührungsschluß mit der Bohrungswandung anfänglich weiter in Rotation versetzt und durch die dabei entstehende Erwärmung der Teile eine Reibschweißverbindung erzeugt wird.
