Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein wiederverwendbares Wischtuch zur Feucht- und Trockenreinigung von Flächen und trägt die im Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruchs aufgeführten Merkmale.
Ein solches Wischtuch ist in WO 90/14039 beschrieben: Eine textile Grundlage aus nicht gewebten Fasern enthält auf ihrer zur Reinigung vorgesehenen Fläche eine Vielzahl von aus dieser Fläche hervortretenden Fadenschlaufen, welche durch Nadeln der textilen Grundlage erhalten worden und zu alternierend verlaufenden Flächenbereichen zusammengefaßt sind. Zwischen diesen Flächenbereichen liegen Trennlinien, welche über das gesamte Tuch verlaufen und in Form von Vertiefungen ausgestaltet sind. Diese Linien sind im wesentlichen frei von hervorstehenden Fadenschlaufen und werden durch das Faden-bzw. Fasermaterial der textilen Grundlage gebildet.
Die tiefliegenden Linien verlaufen nicht gerade, sondern in gekrümmter bis geknickter Form, wodurch nicht allein eine besonders gute Gleitfähigkeit des Tuches auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche erzielt wird, sondern auch beim Wischen Schmutz-Agglomerate sofort aufgenommen werden: Da die Übergänge zwischen den Schlaufenbereichen und den diese voneinander trennenden, durchgehenden Linien über ihren Verlauf ständig ihre Richtung ändern, wirkt nicht nur ein vertikal zur Wischrichtung gerichteter Druck auf die Schmutzpartikeln, sondern es entsteht zusätzlich eine schräg wischende Krafteinwirkung, welche den aufgenommenen Schmutz veranlaßt, sich entlang der Kanäle zu bewegen. Dies verringert die Gefahr, daß festsitzende Schmutzpartikel sich aus den mit Schlaufen versehenen Bereich wieder herauslösen.
Mindestens eine der Schlaufen aufweisenden Flächen muß sich kontinuierlich von einem Ende des Tuches zum anderen erstrecken; bevorzugt verlaufen jedoch alle mit Fadenschlaufen versehenen Flächen und alle von Schlaufen freien, vertieften Kanäle durchgehend in Längsrichtung des Tuches.
Die Fadenschlaufen-Flächen und die Linien dazwischen können aus gleichem oder verschiedenem textilem Material bestehen, wie aus natürlichen, regenerierten und synthetischen Fasern, welche antistatisch, antistatisch ausgerüstet oder mit die Reinigung fördernden Substanzen behandelt sein können.
Zur Herstellung eignen sich zahlreiche Verfahren, wobei einer Vorgehensweise analog der Herstellung eines Frotté-Tuches der Vorzug gegeben wird. Dabei geht man von einer gewebten Grundfläche aus.
Die hervorstehenden Schlaufen gemäß der Lehre in WO 90/14039 können auch abgeschnitten sein, so daß die Faserbüschel mit ihren Enden aus den erhabenen Flächen herausragen. In jedem Falle liegen langgestreckte, zumindest teilweise über das gesamte Wischtuch sich kontinuierlich erstreckende Flächenbereiche vor.
DE 86 25 683 U beschreibt einen "Reinigungshilfsvorrichtung" genannten Lappen aus einem genadelten Textilfilz mit einer Reliefstruktur in der Oberfläche des Textilgewebes, die unter Hitzeeinwirkung mit Verschweißungen benachbarter Fasern bleibend eingeprägt ist. Um die beim Prägen unter Hitzeeinwirkung entstehende Reliefstruktur zu verwirklichen, enthält das Textilgewebe 10 bis 70 % höher schmelzende und 90 bis 30 % niedriger schmelzende Fasern. Letztere verkleben und verschmelzen miteinander derart, daß auch bei harter mechanischer Einwirkung auf das Wisch- und Schrubb-Tuch die Einzelfasern nicht so leicht herausgerissen werden. Als Reliefstrukturen werden langgestreckte, gleich breite, parallel nebeneinander sich erstreckende Rippen oder alternativ langgestreckte Noppen, die in ihrer Längserstreckung mit Lücken dazwischen zeilenweise hintereinander und auf Lücke nebeneinander angeordnet sind, genannt. Dabei liegt die Längserstreckung der Noppen beziehungsweise Rippen senkrecht zur Ausrichtung der in der Oberfläche gelegenen Faserschlingen.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, ausgehend von einem Wischtuch der eingangs genannten Art, die weitere Verbesserung der Reinigungswirkung auch gegenüber unterschiedlich stark verschmutzten Flächenbereichen, unter Beibehaltung der leichten Gleitfähigkeit des Tuches und unter Ausnutzung der an sich bekannten Transport- und Schmutzhalte-Eigenschaften, wie sie durch die gekrümmten, von Fadenschlaufen freien Linien erzielt werden. Insbesondere ist es die Aufgabe der Erfindung, die auf die Schmutzpartikel vertikal und lateral einwirkenden Kräfte beim Wischen pro Flächeneinheit zu vermehren.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht in einem Wischtuch mit den Kennzeichen des ersten Patentanspruchs. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen gehen aus den Kennzeichen der Unteransprüche hervor.
Der Begriff "Fadenschlaufen" bzw. "Schlaufen" soll auch in diesem Falle so verstanden werden, daß die Alternative abgeschnittener Schlaufen, also hervorstehender Faserbüschel-Enden statt gekrümmter, durchgehender Fasern, mit enthalten ist.
Zur näheren Beschreibung des Wischtuchs sei die beispielhaft anzusehende Figur herangezogen:
Kennzeichen der Erfindung ist, daß die die Fadenschlaufen aufweisenden Flächen 2 jeweils isotrop zueinander ausgerichtet sind, wobei sie aus der textilen Grundlage 1, im Neuzustand des Tuches, in einem Ausmaß von 0,5 bis 5 mm herausragen. Es liegen dabei im gleichen Abstand voneinander, zueinander in ihrer Längsrichtung gestaffelt, d.h. versetzt angeordnete, individuelle Inseln 2 vor.
Die Inseln 2, welche aus einer Vielzahl von Fadenschlaufen aus Filamenten gebildet werden, besitzen jeweils eine Länge von 4 bis 50 mm bei einer entsprechenden Breite von 2 bis 10 mm, wobei der Längenwert zweckmäßig mindestens das Doppelte des Breitenwertes ausmacht.
Die Anordnung "auf Lücke" bewirkt, daß versetzt, beiderseits jeden schmalen Endes einer durch die Fadenschlaufen gebildeten Fläche, je eine weitere inselartige Fläche 2 beginnt. Jedes dieser Enden ist beiderseits durch eine schlaufenfreie, bezüglich der Fläche 2 tiefer liegende Fläche 4 von dem Beginn/Ende der benachbarten, versetzt angeordneten Fläche 2 getrennt.
Mit dieser Ausgestaltung erstrecken sich die von hervorstehenden Schlaufen freien, tiefliegenden, ihren Verlauf periodisch ändernden Linien, welche durch die textile Grundlage 1 gebildet werden, kontinuierlich über die gesamte Wischfläche, wobei sie jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Längsseiten der inselartigen Schlaufenflächen 2, im Bereich 3, eine Breite gleich bis zweifach derjenigen einer dieser Flächen 2 einnehmen, hingegen jeweils im Bereich 4 der einander benachbarten Enden der zueinander gestaffelt bzw. versetzt positionierten, inselartig hervorstehenden Flächen 2 ihre Breite um etwa 1/2 bis 1/4 des ursprünglichen Betrages verringern.Dabei gehen sie dort in ihrem Verlauf in die erwähnte, tiefer liegende Fläche 4 über.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der wischenden Oberfläche des Tuches erzielt sowohl im nassen wie im trockenen Zustand eine noch vollständigere Reinigungswirkung auch bezüglich festanhaftenden Schmutzes, verglichen mit dem genannten Stand der Technik. So ist bereits durch einmaliges Wischen ein Reinigungseffekt erzielbar, welcher mit einem Tuch gemäß WO 90/14039 erst durch mehrmaliges oder kreisendes Wischen erreicht werden kann.
Diese signifikante Verbesserung der Reinigungswirkung war nicht vorhersehbar und resultiert offenbar daraus, daß die Ausgestaltung der Schlaufen tragenden, herausragenden Flächen 2 als isolierte, gestaffelte, in jedem Gebrauchszustand aus der Wischfläche des Tuches herausragende Inseln insgesamt eine größere Kantenlänge eben dieser Inseln bei der Reinigung dem Schmutz entgegensetzt; die Summe aus lateraler und vertikaler Druckbeaufschlagung über diese Flächenkanten ist größer.
Durch den erfindungsgemäß ausgestalteten Verlauf sich verengender und erweiternder, tiefliegender Streifen und Kanäle sowie durch die Tatsache, daß diese Kanäle sich im Flächenbereich 4 der gestaffelt zueinander liegenden Enden/Anfänge der Inseln 2 deutlich verjüngen und vereinigen, werden die Schmutzpartikel nicht nur entlang der Kanäle transportiert und bei Kontakt mit den Faserschlaufen fest in diesen gehalten, sondern es ist zudem unmöglich geworden, daß dieser Transport über längere Strecken erfolgt, ohne daß sich die Partikel mit benachbarten Faserschlaufen verhaken. Diese Partikel können lediglich über die breiten Bereiche 3 zwischen den Längsseiten benachbarter inselartiger Schlaufenbereiche bewegt werden. Bei wischender Richtung in der Längsachse der tiefliegenden Kanäle stoßen sie jedoch spätestens in der Zone der Streifenverengung 4, d.h. im Bereich benachbarter Inselspitzen, zwangsläufig auf Faserschlaufen, in welchen sie dann festgehalten werden.
Trotz der isotropen Ausrichtung der Wischfläche ist somit Gewähr gegeben, daß auch beim Abweichen von der bevorzugten Wischrichtung senkrecht zu den Inselschlaufen-Kanten, d.h. zum wesentlichen Verlauf der tiefliegenden Linien, bis hin zum im wesentlichen parallelen Wischen, ein längerer als einen Wischzug dauernder Transport von Schmutzpartikeln ohne Kontakt mit den Faserschlaufen nicht möglich ist.
Die Herstellung der Faserschlaufen ist auf verschiedene Art und Weise möglich, wobei von der bereits erwähnten Frottébildungs-Technik -Technik aus einem Gewebe ausgegangen werden kann. Alternativen sind, wie z.B. in der Druckschrift GB 2 162 213 A aufgeführt, das Nadeln eines nichtgewebten Faservliestoffs, wobei Fasern oder Filamente aus der Gegenfläche des Tuches durch dieses hindurch auf die Wischfläche in Schlaufenform mittels Widerhaken herausgezogen werden; die Faserschlaufen bestehen also aus Material der gegenüberliegenden Fläche. Auch ist es möglich, bereits von der gegenüberliegenden Fläche mit konkav gekrümmten Nadelenden durch das Basisvlies hindurchzustoßen.
In einem ähnlichen, ebenfalls bekannten Verfahren bedient man sich sogenannter Strukturnadelmaschinen, wie sie z.B. von der Firma Dilo hergestellt und vertrieben werden. Hierbei ist die Menge der hervorstehenden Faserschlaufen durch die Wahl der Nadeltypen und der Hubzahl der Nadeln, die Höhe der vorstehenden Faserschlaufen durch die Einstichtiefe der Nadeln in weiten Bereichen jeweils regulierbar. Die Handhabung solcher Strukturnadelmaschinen ist dem Fachmann geläufig.
Die für das Wischtuch erfindungsgemäß erforderliche Grobstrukturierung in schlaufentragende Inselbereiche 2 und dazwischenliegende Vertiefungen ohne hervorstehende Schlaufen erfolgt durch die Wahl der Anordnung der Nadeln auf dem Nadelbrett entsprechend der gewünschten Anordnung der Schlaufen tragenden Bereiche 2 am fertigen Wischtuch.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform bestehen die textile Grundlage 1 zumindest teilweise aus Cellulosefasern und die schlaufentragenden, inselförmigen Bereiche 2 aus Synethesefilamenten, bevorzugt aus Polyester. Durch diese Materialwahl wird den Schmutzpartikeln ein besonders effektiver Widerstand beim Wischen entgegengesetzt.
Selbstverständlich ist es jedoch auch möglich, für die herausragenden Bereiche 2 Cellulosefasern zu wählen, wenn auf der zum Wischen bestimmten Fläche der saugende Effekt dominieren soll. Entsprechend der Herstellungstechnik ist dann dafür Sorge zu tragen, daß vor dem Bilden der Schlaufen die nicht wischende Fläche des Tuches mehrheitlich die später die Schlaufen bildenden Fasern enthält.
Bevorzugt bezüglich der Einfachheit und Kostengünstigkeit des Herstellungsverfahrens, bezüglich der guten Gebrauchseigenschaften und Robustheit des Tuches und bezüglich der Verfügbarkeit des Basismaterials 1 liegt das erfindungsgemäße Wischtuch in Form eines nicht gewebten Flächengebildes, also eines Vliesstoffs, vor.
In einer optisch prägnanten Variante sind die inselartig hervortretenden Bereiche 2 bezüglich der dazwischenliegenden Linien verschieden gefärbt. Die technische Wirkung des Reinigens wird dadurch optisch deutlich gemacht, und durch die Konzentration unterschiedlich gefärbter Fasern auf der Rück- und Vorderseite des Tuches vor der Herstellung der Schlaufen ist ein solcher Effekt leicht erzielbar.
Die Faserstärken können an den Verwendungszweck angepaßt werden; zum Reinigen robusterer Oberflächen sind Titer von 10-5 kg/m (100 dtex) die bevorzugte Wahl.

Claims (9)

  1. Wiederverwendbares Wischtuch zur Feucht- und Trockenreinigung von Flächen, bestehend aus einer textilen Grundlage, auf deren zur Reinigung vorgesehenen Fläche eine Vielzahl von aus dieser hervortretenden Fadenschlaufen vorhanden sind, welche durch Nadeln der textilen Grundlage erhalten worden sind, wobei diese Vielzahl von Fadenschlaufen in jeweils voneinander getrennten Flächenbereichen zusammengefaßt ist, welche durch nicht gerade verlaufende, im wesentlichen von Fadenschlaufen freie Linien voneinander getrennt sind, die durch die textile Grundlage gebildet werden, wobei die Fadenschlaufen-Flächen und die Linien dazwischen aus gleichem oder verschiedenem textilem Material bestehen, wie natürliche, regenerierte und synthetische Fasern, welche antistatisch oder antistatisch ausgerüstet oder mit die Reinigung fördernden Substanzen behandelt sein können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fadenschlaufen aufweisenden Flächen (2) isotrop ausgerichtet sind und als jeweils im gleichen Abstand voneinander liegende Inseln aus der textilen Grundlage (1) mit einer Höhe, im Neuzustand des Tuches, von 0,5 bis 5 mm herausragen, daß sie eine Länge von 4 bis 50 mm bei einer dieser Länge jeweils entsprechenden Breite von 2 bis 10 mm besitzen, daß sie bezüglich ihrer Längsrichtung in gestaffelter, zueinander versetzter Anordnung vorliegen dergestalt, daß beiderseits jeden Endes einer durch Schlaufen gebildeten Fläche, durch eine von Schlaufen freie, tiefer liegende Fläche (4) getrennt, jeweils eine weitere inselartige Fläche (2) beginnt, daß die schlaufenfreien, tiefliegenden Linien sich über die gesamte Wischfläche erstrekken, daß sie jeweils im Bereich (3) zwischen zwei benachbarten Längsseiten der inselartigen Flächen (2) eine Breite einnehmen, welche das Ein- bis Zweifache der Breite einer dieser Flächen (2) beträgt, daß sie jeweils im Flächenbereich (4) der einander benachbart liegenden Enden der Insel-Flächen (2) diese ihre Breite um etwa 1/2 bis 1/4 verringern und in ihrem Verlauf dort in den Flächenbereich (4) übergehen.
  2. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die textile Grundlage (1) zumindest teilweise aus Cellulosefasern und die Schlaufen aufweisenden, inselförmigen Bereiche aus Synthesefilamenten, bevorzugt aus Polyester, bestehen.
  3. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem nicht gewebten, genadelten Faservliesstoff besteht.
  4. Wischtuch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inselartig hervortretenden Bereiche (2) bezüglich der dazwischenliegenden Linien verschieden gefärbt sind.
  5. Wischtuch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch Faser- bzw. Fadenstärken von 10-7 bis 10-5 kg/m (1 bis 100 dtex).
  6. Wischtuch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein Flächengewicht von 50 bis 500 g/m2.
  7. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 bis 6 als Bestandteil der Wischfläche eines Reinigungsschwammes.
  8. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 bis 6 als Bestandteil eines mit einem Stiel und einer Haltevorrichtung für das Wischtuch versehenen Boden- oder Fensterreinigungsgerätes.
  9. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 bis 6 in Form eines Reinigungsstreifens für bürstenlose Autowaschanlagen.
