Abstract

Es wird eine anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte (1) vorgeschlagen, die im obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel zwei seitliche flügelartige Ausbuchtungen (1a) für die Schultern besitzt, und fußwärts davon Einbuchtungen (1b) zur Mitte hin aufweist. Die beiden mittleren Viertel weisen näherungsweise die maximale Breite der Luftsprudelmatte (1) auf. Das Fußende ist in einer S-förmig geschwungenen Kontur (1c) näherungsweise auf die Breite, die zwischen den Einbuchtungen (1b) im obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel verbleibt, verjüngt. Die Bildung der Sprudel- und Perlbläschen erfolgt durch auswechselbare Plaketten (2), die in besonderer Verteilung angeordnet sind. Die Luftsprudelmatte ermöglicht eine gezielte Behandlung erkrankter Körperpartien.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte.
  • Die Erfindung geht aus von Luftsprudelmatten üblicher Bauart, wie sie seit Jahrzehnten geläufig sind. So ist aus dem DE-GM 78 18 875 beispielsweise eine Luftsprudelmatte bekanntgeworden, die am Kopfende verjüngt ist. Dies ist insofern sinnvoll, als die in der Wanne liegende Matte, der Wannenschräge folgend, einen Knick aufweist, der ohne die Verjüngung zu störenden Falten am Rande führen würde.
  • Ferner sind Luftsprudelmatten bekannt, bei denen neben dem Kopfende auch das Fußende verjüngt ist.
  • Während die Verjüngung am Fußende auch von der Anatomie her gerechtfertigt ist, vernachlässigt die Verjüngung am Kopfende gerade einen der wichtigsten Bereiche des Bewegungsapparates, nämlich die Schultern.
  • Die US-A-41 22 846 offenbart eine aus Elementen zusammengesetzte Luftsprudelmatte, bei der auch rechteckige Bereiche für verschiedene Körperregionen abgeteilt sind. Allerdings ist bis auf die in der Zeichnungsbeschreibung anklingende aufgabenhafte Zuordnung zu einzelnen Körperregionen eine echte anatomische Kongruenz nicht ersichtlich. Insbesondere sind die häufigen Beschwerdepunkte, die besonders intensiver Behandlung bedürfen, nicht berücksichtigt.
  • Die Sprudelplaketten, auf denen die vorliegende Anmeldung aufbaut, sind der DE-A-34 35 453 zu entnehmen. Allerdings zeigt auch diese Druckschrift nur marginale Rücksichtnahme auf anatomische Gegebenheiten, z.B. in Figur 3 eine den Fußsohlen nachempfundene Anordnung der Plaketten.
  • Überhaupt werden die jedem niedergelassenen Arzt geläufigen Schmerzpunkte an Rücken, Schulter, Nacken, Hinterkopf, aber auch Gesäß (Ischias), Hüfte und Füßen bei keiner bekannten Luftsprudelmatte ausreichend berücksichtigt, z.B. durch entsprechende Anordnung der Ausströmer.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher die Weiterbildung einer gattungsgemäßen Luftsprudelmatte in der Weise, daß zumindest die wichtigsten und am häufigsten erkrankten Bezirke des Bewegungsapparates von der erzeugten Perlung/Sprudelung gezielt erfaßt werden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruches 1 dadurch gelöst, daß die Luftsprudelmatte im obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel zwei seitliche flügelartige Ausbuchtungen für die Schultern besitzt, daß fußwärts davon Einbuchtungen zur Mitte hin vorgesehen sind, daß näherungsweise die beiden mittleren Viertel die maximale Breite der Luftsprudelmatte aufweisen, daß das Fußende in einer S-förmig geschwungenen Kontur näherungsweise auf die Breite, die zwischen den Einbuchtungen im obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel verbleibt, verjüngt ist, daß die Bildung der Sprudel- und Perlbläschen durch auswechselbare Plaketten erfolgt und daß die Plaketten, den Prädilektionsstellen rheumatischer Erkrankungen entsprechend, einerseits in Gruppen und andererseits längs von ineinandergreifenden Kurven, die im Groben dem Verlauf der Muskelzüge entsprechen, angeordnet sind, also korrespondierend zu Hinterkopf, Nacken, Schultergürtel, Wirbelsäule, Ischias, Hüftgelenk, Schenkel und Füßen.
  • Ein hauptsächliches Merkmal der vorliegenden Luftsprudelmatte sind die am obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel seitlich flügelartig ausladenden Ausbuchtungen für die Schulterpartie. Die beiden mittleren Viertel der Luftsprudelmatte weisen die maximale Breite auf, die von der Badewanne vorgegeben ist. Zwischen den Ausbuchtungen für die Schultern und den beiden mittleren Vierteln ist die Matte zur Mitte hin eingebuchtet. Dies ist erforderlich, damit sie sich am Übergang zur kopfwärtigen Wannenschräge an den Seiten nicht aufwellt bzw. Falten wirft.
  • Der Körperanatomie folgend, verjüngt sich die Matte zum Fußende hin in einer S-förmig geschwungenen Kontur etwa auf die Breite, die zwischen den Einbuchtungen verbleibt. Die Besprudelung/Beperlung erfolgt aus Plaketten, die vorzugsweise in anatomischen Gruppen und Kurven angeordnet sind, gemäß den Prädilektionsstellen für Schmerzen/Verspannungen. So sind z.B. Gruppen vorgesehen für die sehr oft schmerzhaften Sehnenansätze am Hinterkopf, für die Wirbelsäule, für die Schultern oder auch für die Hüftregion.
  • Für den gehobenen Komfort kann die Matte auch über vorzugsweise höhenverstellbare Sitz-/Liegeauflagen ausreichender Ausdehnung und/oder Abstützelemente für die Schultern und/oder eine aufsteckbare und entfernbare oder auch drehbare Mehrfunktions-Lufteinspeisung und/oder einen oder mehrere Tragegriffe am Mattenumfang oder auf der Mattenfläche verfügen.
  • Ebenfalls vorzugsweise auf der Mattenfläche oder am Mattenumfang können sich Umlagerungs- bzw. Aufrichthilfen befinden, z.B. in Form von Schlaufen, Zügeln oder gestielten Griffen, mit denen es auch dem bewegungseingeschränkten Badenden möglich ist, relativ kraftsparend die jeweils gewünschte Position einzunehmen.
  • Vor allem im Klinikbereich ist vom hygienischen Standpunkt aus zu fordern, daß die Matte auch im Innern nach dem Bad rasch austrocknet. Dies können entsprechende verschließbare Öffnungen auf der Unter- wie Oberseite gewährleisten.
  • Die Vorteile der vorgeschlagenen Luftsprudelmatte sind offensichtlich: Erstmals werden wirklich alle Bezirke am Rücken von der Sprudel- oder Perlmassage erreicht, und dies nicht mit aufwendigen oder komplizierten Zusatzeinrichtungen, sondern allein durch eine kompromißlos an die Körperform angepaßte Außenkontur. Zudem sind ja für die Problembereiche, wie oben beschrieben, spezielle Gruppen von Plaketten vorgesehen, die eine noch exaktere anatomische Anpassung an die wirklichen Bedürfnisse der Benutzer bieten.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Luftsprudelmatte abgebildet. Im einzelnen zeigen:

  • In Abb. 1 ist eine Draufsicht auf die Luftsprudelmatte 1 dargestellt. Die Luftsprudelmatte verfügt am obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel über zwei seitliche flügelartige Ausbuchtungen 1a für die Schultern der badenden Person. Fußwärts davon sind Einbuchtungen 1b zur Mitte hin vorgesehen. Die folgenden beiden mittleren Viertel weisen näherungsweise die maximale Breite der Luftsprudelmatte auf. Das Fußende ist in einer S-förmig geschwungenen Kontur 1c näherungsweise auf die Breite, die zwischen den Einbuchtungen 1b im obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel verbleibt, verjüngt.
  • Zur Bildung der Sprudel- und Perlbläschen sind auswechselbare Plaketten 2 in der Matte 1 vorgesehen, durch die hindurch eine Luftströmung austritt, die beispielsweise durch einen Kompressor erzeugt wird.
  • Die Sprudelpiaketten 2 sind vorzugsweise, den Prädilektionsstellen rheumatischer Erkrankungen entsprechend, einerseits in Gruppen und andererseits längs von ineinandergreifenden Kurven 2a - 2i, die im Groben dem Verlauf der Muskelzüge entsprechen, angeordnet, also zweckmäßigerweise korrespondierend zu Hinterkopf, Nacken, Schultergürtel, Wirbelsäule, Ischias, Hüftgelenk, Schenkeln und Füßen der badenden Person.
  • Vorzugsweise besteht die Luftsprudelmatte 1 aus zwei miteinander verschweißten Folien.
  • Für die spezielle Besprudelung der Wirbelsäule kann eine aus Sprudelplaketten 2 gebildete Mittelzeile 2a mit kopfwärts in der Art eines Ypsilons gespaltener Anordnung der Plaketten 2 vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Matte 1 verfügt über eine Lufteinspeisung 4, die vorzugsweise Richtung Fußende angeordnet und beispielhaft als Mehrfunktions-Lufteinspeisung 4 ausgebildet ist. Die Lufteinspeisung 4 kann steckbar ausgeführt sein. Außerdem kann sie dreh- und schwenkbar ausgebildet sein.
  • Am Rand der Matte und auch auf der Mattenfläche selbst können Griffe 5, 6 eingearbeitet sein. Außerdem können auf der Matte 2 sowie am Mattenumfang Umlagerungs- bzw. Aufrichthilfen angebracht sein. Insbesondere in den beiden mittleren Vierteln der Matte 1 sind Sitz-/Liegeauflagen 3 angebracht, die höhenverstellbar sein können. Außer den Sitzauflagen 3 sind vorzugsweise zusätzliche Abstützelemente 7, z.B. für die Schultern vorhanden. Sie befinden sich im Schulter-/Kopfbereich und sind zweckmäßigerweise höhenverstellbar ausgebildet.
  • Am Kopfende der Matte 1 ist zweckmäßigerweise ein Tragegriff ausgeformt.
  • Auf der Unter- wie Oberseite der Matte können verschließbare Öffnungen zur Beschleunigung des Austrocknens nach Benutzung eingearbeitet sein.
  • Die Außenkontur der Luftsprudelmatte ist also von kopf- zu fußwärts insbesondere folgendermaßen gegliedert:
    • Ausbuchtung 1a für die Schultern
    • Einbuchtung 1b
    • Breites Mittelstück für die Sitzauflagen 3
    • S-förmig geschwungene Kontur 1c zum Fußende hin
  • Die auswechselbaren Plaketten 2 für die Perlung/Sprudelung sind zusammengefaßt in folgende Gruppen/Kurven:
    • Plakettengruppe Nacken/Hinterkopf 2b
    • Mittelzeile 2a
    • Plakettengruppe Wirbelsäule 2c
    • Plakettengruppe Schultergürtel 2d
    • Plakettenkurve Schulter → Brustraum 2e
    • Plakettenkurve Lende → Becken 2f
    • Plakettengruppe Ischias/Hüftgelenk 2g
    • Plakettengruppe Fußsohle 2i
  • Abb. 2 und Abb. 3 verdeutlichen die unterschiedliche Position des Gesäßes/des Rückens beim Liege-(Voll-)bad und beim Sitz(Halb-)bad. Beim Liegebad mit angewinkelten Knien befindet sich das Gesäß auf dem fußwärtigen Teil der Sitzauflage 3, beim Sitzbad dagegen auf dem kopfwärtigen Teil. Die anatomische Zuordnung der Plakettengruppen gilt von 2b - 2g für das Liegebad, von 2h - 2i für das Sitzbad. Die Abstützelemente 7 sowie ein vorzugsweise vorhandenes Nackenpolster 8 treten nur beim Liegebad in Funktion und unterstützen dann Schultern bzw. Hinterkopf/Nacken.

Claims (10)

  1. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel zwei seitliche flügelartige Ausbuchtungen (1a) für die Schultern besitzt, daß fußwärts davon Einbuchtungen (1b) zur Mitte hin vorgesehen sind, daß näherungsweise die beiden mittleren Viertel die maximale Breite der Luftsprudelmatte aufweisen, daß das Fußende in einer S-förmig geschwungenen Kontur (1c) näherungsweise auf die Breite, die zwischen den Einbuchtungen (1b) im obersten kopfwärtigen Viertel verbleibt, verjüngt ist, daß die Bildung der Sprudel- und Perlbläschen durch auswechselbare Plaketten (2) erfolgt und daß die Plaketten (2), den Prädilektionsstellen rheumatischer Erkrankungen entsprechend, einerseits in Gruppen und andererseits längs von ineinandergreifenden Kurven (2a - 2i), die im Groben dem Verlauf der Muskelzüge entsprechen, angeordnet sind, also korrespondierend zu Hinterkopf, Nacken, Schultergürtel, Wirbelsäule, Ischias, Hüftgelenk, Schenkeln und Füßen.
  2. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus zwei miteinander verschweißten Folien besteht.
  3. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die spezielle Besprudelung der Wirbelsäule eine aus Plaketten gebildete Mittelzeile (2a) mit kopfwärts in der Art eines Ypsilons gespaltener Anordnung der Plaketten vorgesehen ist.
  4. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den beiden mittleren Vierteln Sitz-/Liegeauflagen (3) angebracht sind, die höhenverstellbar sein können und daß am Kopfende ein Tragegriff ausgeformt ist.
  5. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich auf der Matte sowie am Mattenumfang Griffe (5, 6) befinden.
  6. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Matte sowie am Mattenumfang Umlagerungs- bzw. Aufrichthilfen angebracht sind.
  7. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich im Schulter/Kopfbereich höhenverstellbare Abstützelemente (7) befinden.
  8. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Unter- wie Oberseite der Matte verschließbare Öffnungen zur Beschleunigung des Austrocknens nach Benutzung eingearbeitet sind.
  9. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lufteinspeisung (4) steckbar ausgeführt ist.
  10. Anatomisch geformte Luftsprudelmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lufteinspeisung (4) dreh- und schwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
