Description
- la bobine mobile doit déplacer la totalité de la masse de la partie mobile du haut-parleur, ce qui limite l'émission des sons en hautes fréquences et suppose notamment l'utilisation d'aimants lourds et coûteux pour compenser ce défaut ;
- pour des raisons de performance des haut-parleurs, les matériaux utilisés doivent être le plus léger possible tout en restant extrêmement rigides. Le béryllium est par exemple utilisé pour réaliser ladite membrane, ce qui augmente bien entendu le coût de ces haut-parleurs ; et
- il est nécessaire de prévoir une pièce de mise en phase extrêmement complexe en conception et en réalisation, puisqu'il est nécessaire de faire converger en phase à l'embouchure du pavillon le rayonnement élémentaire de chaque partie de la surface de la membrane.
- d'émettre des sons à des fréquences élevées ;
- d'utiliser une pièce de mise en phase simple et peu coûteuse ; et
- d'engendrer la variation de pression génératrice de son, en regard de la bobine électromagnétique, ce qui est favorable pour la production de fréquences élevées.
- il peut émettre des sons à des fréquences élevées, au moins jusqu'à 16 kHz pour certains modes de réalisation ;
- il peut être réalisé, de même que la pièce de mise en phase associée, de façon simple et à coût réduit, puisque sa structure est du type annulaire ;
- il présente une surface émissive importante pour un diamètre déterminé de la bobine ; et
- la membrane peut être réalisée en un matériau, par exemple un matériau composite ou un polymère à haut module de Young, moins coûteux que celui utilisé dans les modes de réalisation connus précités, puisqu'on ne lui demande plus d'être quasiment infiniment rigide.
- premièrement, si on essayait d'adjoindre à ladite membrane du type "CSD" une partie annulaire externe à la bobine mobile, en vue de rendre la membrane annulaire, le flux sonore engendré par cette partie annulaire externe ne pourrait converger vers l'embouchure du pavillon dans le même temps que le flux sonore engendré par la partie annulaire interne, condamnant dans ce cas ce perfectionnement ;
- deuxièmement, le pavillon ou guide d'ondes est en regard du côté concave de ladite membrane et non du côté convexe comme dans la présente invention ;
- troisièmement, la prise de pression de l'embouchure du pavillon n'est pas située directement en regard de la bobine mobile, comme dans le cas de l'invention.
- le haut-parleur 1 peut émettre des sons jusqu'à des fréquences sensiblement plus élevées que les haut-parleurs de l'état de la technique ;
- il peut être réalisé de façon simple et à coût réduit ;
- il présente une surface émissive importante (au niveau des deux parties annulaires souples 9 et 10) pour un diamètre déterminé de la bobine 3 ; et
- il présente un encombrement réduit car il peut notamment être réalisé avec un aimant plus petit que dans les modes de réalisation connus, puisque la masse à déplacer est moins importante.
- soit des lignes d'assouplissement radiales non représentées, uniformément réparties sur la périphérie desdites parties annulaires ;
- soit des fentes radiales non représentées, également réparties uniformément sur la périphérie et fermées au moyen d'une résine élastique et souple, par exemple du latex de butyle.
- elles créent une rigidité dynamique et provoquent un amortissement visqueux ;
- elles permettent de réduire de façon dynamique la surface émissive de la membrane en fonction de la vitesse vibratoire ; et
- elles repoussent les modes propres naturels de la membrane vers les hautes fréquences.
Claims (10)
- Haut-parleur pour fréquences élevées (1) comportant une membrane vibrante (4) comprenant une partie annulaire centrale (9) et une partie annulaire périphérique (10) reliées ensemble le long d'une jonction annulaire (11) située en regard du guide d'ondes (12) dudit haut-parleur (1), ladite membrane (4) étant reliée au niveau de ladite jonction annulaire (11) à une bobine électromagnétique mobile (3) suspendue dans l'entrefer (5) des pièces polaires (6, 7) d'un aimant permanent (8) et alimentée par un courant électrique représentatif des sons à reproduire,
caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (4) est réalisée en une matière souple et élastique de manière à présenter une déformation définie lors du mouvement de ladite bobine électromagnétique (3), et en ce que lesdites parties annulaires (9, 10) sont bombées et sont directement reliées par leur extrémité libre (13, 14) à une structure fixe dudit haut-parleur (1), le côté convexe desdites parties annulaires (9, 10) étant disposé en regard dudit guide d'ondes (12). - Haut-parleur selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une desdites parties annulaires (9, 10) est reliée à ladite structure fixe de manière à former des lames d'air (13A, 13B, 14A, 14B) par rapport à ladite structure fixe. - Haut-parleur selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que lesdites lames d'air (13A, 13B, 14A, 14B) présentent une épaisseur décroissant progressivement vers la zone de fixation de la membrane (4) sur la structure fixe. - Haut-parleur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que lesdites lames d'air sont formées d'un seul côté de la membrane. - Haut-parleur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que lesdites lames d'air (13A, 13B, 14A, 14B) sont formées des deux côtés de la membrane (4). - Haut-parleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une desdites parties annulaires est munie de lignes d'assouplissement radiales uniformément réparties sur la périphérie de ladite partie annulaire. - Haut-parleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une desdites parties annulaires est munie de fentes radiales uniformément réparties sur la périphérie de ladite partie annulaire et fermées au moyen d'une résine souple et élastique. - Haut-parleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (4) est réalisée en un matériau composite. - Haut-parleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (4) est réalisée en un polymère à haut module de Young. - Haut-parleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que ledit guide d'ondes (12) est un pavillon et en ce que ladite membrane (4) et ladite bobine électromagnétique (3) constituent un moteur à chambre de compression.
