Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer deaktivierbaren Resonanz-Etikette für Diebstahl-Sicherungssysteme, bei welcher Etikette auf einer als Dielektrikum ausgebildeten Trägerschicht auf der Vorder- und Rückseite die vorzugsweise aus Aluminium bestehenden Flächen eines Kondensators eines auf einer Seite vorgesehenen Schwingkreises angeordnet sind, wobei durch lokales Gegeneinanderdrücken der beiden Kondensatorflächen mittels eines vorzugsweise beheizten Stössels und einen Stromfluss das Material des Dielektrikums lokal verdrängt wird und die beiden Kondensatorflächen in diesem Bereich punktartig miteinander verschweisst werden, danach diese leitende Verbindung durch eine elektrische Entladung wieder unterbrochen wird, wobei ein Luftraum entsteht und die Kondensatorflächen in eine Gleichgewichtslage zurückkehren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei jeder so präparierten Etikette im genannten Luftraum durch eine geeignete Strom/Spannungsquelle ein Kurzschluss zur erneuten Bildung einer elektrisch leitenden Verbindung zwischen den Kondensatorflächen erzeugt wird und danach diese Verbindung zur Bildung von zwei sich direkt gegenüberliegenden Elektroden erneut unterbrochen wird, womit die Etikette für eine Deaktivation beim Kunden durch Verschweissung der Elektroden durch einen induzierten Strom bereit ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbrechung der leitenden Verbindung, in der Regel in Form eines Metallfaden, und damit Bildung der Elektroden im Zeitpunkt der Durchführung des Gütetests der Etikette efolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbrechung der elektrischen Verbindung durch mechanische Käfte, z.B. mittels Ultraschall, erfolgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer deaktivierbaren Resonanz-Etikette für Diebstahl-Sicherungssysteme, bei welcher Etikette auf einer als Dielektrikum ausgebildeten Trägerschicht auf der Vorder- und Rückseite die vorzugsweise aus Aluminium bestehenden Flächen eines Kondensators eines auf einer Seite vorgeseheen Schwingkreises angeordnet sind, wobei durch Anlegen eines geeigneten Stromes eine metallische Verbindung zwischen den beiden Kondensatorflächen entsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Verbindung zur Bildung von zwei sich direkt gegenüberliegenden Elektroden unterbrochen wird, so dass die Etikette für eine handelsübliche Deaktivation beim Kunden durch Verschweissung der Elektroden durch einen induzierten Strom bereit steht.
