Claims (12)
- Fenêtre/porte (1) comportant des points de fermeture (2) entre le châssis de battant oscillo-battant (3) et le dormant fixe (4), lesquels points de fermeture (2) se composent d'organes complémentaires de fermeture, à savoir des fentes d'introduction (5) et des tiges de verrouillage (6) qui entrent dans celles-ci, qui sont prévues par paires et parmi lesquelles l'une coopère avec une fente d'introduction tandis que l'autre est désaccouplée, un organe complémentaire de fermeture étant fixe tandis que l'autre est solidaire de la tringle de commande (7) de la ferrure de fenêtre, et comportant des capteurs (8) pour détecter les positions d'indicateurs de position (9) déplacés avec la tringle de commande, dans la position de fermeture (10) et dans la position de basculement (11), caractérisée en ce que1.1 au niveau d'un point de fermeture (2) où des fentes d'introduction (5) et les tiges de verrouillage (6) prévues par paires sont accouplées aussi bien dans la position de fermeture (10) que dans la position de basculement (11),1.2 deux capteurs (8.1, 8.2) sont prévus là où l'organe complémentaire de verrouillage qui est relié à la tringle de commande (7) de la ferrure entre dans l'organe complémentaire de verrouillage fixe de la position de fermeture (10), d'une part, et de la position de basculement (11), d'autre part, étant précisé que les organes complémentaires se composent de tiges en forme de champignons (6) prévues par paires et de fentes d'introduction associées (5) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la ferrure, que les tiges en forme de champignons (6) engagées s'accrochent derrière les fentes d'introduction (5) correspondantes, et qu'il est prévu sur le dormant (4) une ligne de couplage préparée (20) pour un bus de données (21), qui est reliée grâce à celui-ci à une installation privée (22, 23), à laquelle plusieurs fenêtres/portes équipées de circuits de commande appropriés (26) peuvent être reliées et dont les états de surveillance sont affichés individuellement (23).
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tige en forme de champignon (6) est en acier spécial très résistant et en ce qu'un indicateur de position magnétique (9) est placé dans la tige (6).
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux capteurs (8.1, 8.2) sont fixes et coopèrent avec un seul indicateur de position (9) qui est mobile avec la ferrure de fenêtre.
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux capteurs (8.1, 8.2) sont reliés à la tringle de commande (7) de la ferrure et coopèrent avec un seul indicateur de position fixe (9).
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux capteurs (8.1, 8.2) sont disposés, fixes (4) ou sur la tringle de commande (7), avec un écartement prédéfini et en ce qu'ils coopèrent avec deux indicateurs de position (9) disposés sur la tringle de commande (7) ou fixes, de telle sorte que dans la position de fermeture (10) comme dans la position de basculement (11), un seul capteur (8.1 ; 8.2) se trouve à chaque fois dans l'alignement de l'un des indicateurs de position (9).
- Fenêtre/porte selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'indicateur de position (9) et le capteur (8) coopèrent sans contact.
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'indicateur de position (9) est conçu comme un aimant permanent (13) et en ce que le capteur (8) est conçu comme un contact à lames souples (14).
- Fenêtre/porte selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu en supplément, sur chaque élément de châssis de la fenêtre/de la porte, au moins un accouplement formé d'un capteur (8) et d'un indicateur de position (9), uniquement pour la surveillance de fermeture (12).
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les capteurs (8) pour la surveillance de fermeture (12) sont montés en série (porte OU).
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les capteurs (8) pour la surveillance de fermeture (12) sont montés en parallèle (porte ET).
- Fenêtre/porte selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'en plus de la position de fermeture (10) et de la position de basculement (11), la position de l'organe complémentaire de fermeture est aussi surveillée dans la position fenêtre-ouverte (15) de celui-ci.
- Fenêtre/porte selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que la surveillance de la position fenêtre-ouverte (15) se fait grâce à un circuit logique (16) qui, en l'absence d'un signal de position de fermeture et en même temps en l'absence d'un signal de position de basculement, génère un signal de fenêtre ouverte.
