Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Längsschieberventil mit zwei in einem Ventilgehäuse koaxial angeordneten, in einigen Bereichen zylindrisch ausgebildeten Längsschiebern (140,147), von denen der erste (140) den Druckmittelstrom zwischen mindestens einem Verbraucheranschluß und mindestens einem Rücklaufanschluß entlang seinem Ventilkegel und seinem Feinsteuerbereich führt. Der zweite Längsschieber (147), der im ersten (140) gelagert und geführt ist, leitet elektromagnetisch angesteuert aus dem Verbraucheranschluß (50) abgezweigtes Druckmittel bei Bedarf für die Öffnungsbewegung des ersten Längsschiebers (140) primär vor eine von dessen Stirnseiten um. Dabei steht ein vor der anderen Stirnseite des ersten Längsschiebers (140) angeordneter Druckraum (135) in der Sperrstellung hydraulisch mit dem Verbraucheranschluß (50) in Verbindung.
Zur Schaffung einer geringeren Flächenpressung im Ventilsitz (146) des ersten Längsschiebers wird der mittlere Durchmesser der kegelmantelförmigen Dichtfläche von dessen Ventilkegel (148) größer ausgelegt als der maximale Durchmesser des nachgeordneten Feinsteuerbereichs. Zusätzlich wird zur Vermeidung von Unstetigkeiten im Ventilregelverhalten der Feinsteuerbereich mit einer relativ großen positiven Überdeckung ausgestattet.
