Relative displacements between tool and locking element which lead to friction are thereby avoided, which leads to a substantial increase in the service life of both the tool and the tool holder.

- the ends of the locking elements are preferably dome-like, so that large transmission areas are formed in cooperation with the tool.
- the dome-like stimuli further reduce wear due to friction.
