Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Trocknen von Wäschestücken in einem Trommelwäschetrockner, in dem die Wäschestücke durch drehende Bewegungen der Trommel umgewälzt werden, wobei die Trommel gemeinsam mit einem Prozessluftgebläse in derselben oder der gegenläufigen Drehrichtung betrieben wird, eine erhitzte Prozessluft durch die Trommel strömt, der Strom des am Ausgang des Prozessluftgebläses austretenden Luft in Vorwärtsdrehrichtung erhöht und in Gegendrehrichtung vermindert wird, der Trocknungsvorgang drei Phasen aufweist, und zwar eine Startphase, eine Haupttrocknungsphase und eine Endphase, die Temperatur im Prozessluft-Kreislauf festgestellt wird und das Prozessluftgebläse und eine Trommel während der Startphase in der Vorwärtsdrehrichtung ständig betrieben werden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Haupttrocknungsphase der Betrieb für einen Zeitabschnitt von der Vorwärtsdrehrichtung auf wechselnde Drehrichtungen (Umkehrbetrieb) nur dann umgeschaltet wird, wenn eine vorbestimmte Maximaltemperatur erreicht worden ist, wobei der Zeitabschnitt vorbestimmt ist oder dann beendet wird, wenn eine vorbestimmte Minimaltemperatur erreicht worden ist, und dass in der Endphase der Betrieb mit wechselnden Drehrichtungen erfolgt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Vorhandensein eines Kondensators im Prozessluft-Kreislauf der Temperaturunterschied am Kondensator gemessen wird, dass in der Haupttrocknungsphase die Trommel und das Prozessluftgebläse für einen Zeitabschnitt von der Vorwärtsdrehrichtung auf wechselnde Drehrichtungen umgeschaltet werden, wenn ein Maximaltemperaturunterschied erreicht worden ist, wobei die wechselnden Drehrichtungen dann beendet werden, wenn ein vorbestimmter Minimaltemperaturunterschied erreicht worden ist, und dass in der Endphase der Betrieb wahlfrei entweder in Vorwärtsdrehrichtung oder mit wechselnden Drehrichtungen erfolgt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitabschnitte für die Startphase, die Haupttrocknungsphase und die Endphase konstant und vorbestimmt sind.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitabschnitte für die Startphase, die Haupttrocknungsphase und die Endphase für das Trocknungsverfahren einstellbar sind.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur im Prozessluft-Kreislauf hinter der Trommel gemessen wird.
