Definitions
- the present invention relates to a folding box for a essentially cuboid product with a top, an underside, two end walls and two side walls, with a first folding unit, which is a somewhat larger cuboid Form than the product, and a second folding unit, which is a somewhat larger cuboid shape than the first folding unit has and a recess on one end has, so that the first folding unit with the product in the second folding unit can be inserted.
- Such folding boxes are used in a large number, for example cosmetic products, medical products and the like to pack more.
- folding boxes are available in a variety of ways For example, folding boxes can be opened by folding them over a folding unit on the front. Likewise are Folding boxes are known by folding their top can be opened or closed.
- the object of the present invention is technical Problem underlying a folding box of the aforementioned Specify type that is simple and economical to manufacture is high demands with regard to their optical appearance, reliable packaging ensures simple Removing the packaged product enables and Safe even with multiple opening and closing processes Product uptake guaranteed.
- the folding box according to the invention is accordingly distinguished characterized in that the first folding unit on one end has a first recess, so that the product at least can be inserted in some areas into the first folding unit, the existing on an end face of the first folding unit Recess and the one end of the second folding unit existing second recess on opposite end faces the folding box are present, the second folding unit the end region opposite the second recess has a foldable hood, with the product inserted this is partially present inside the hood, and the hood can only be folded down when the first Folding unit by a predetermined amount from the second folding unit is pulled out.
- the folding box according to the invention thus consists of two interlocking folding units that are reliable Ensure packaging of the product.
- To remove the product becomes the first folding unit with the product predeterminable dimension pulled out of the second folding unit.
- the product can easily be put back in the folding box, that is, the first or second folding unit be introduced with the hood open, whereby when closed, the product in some areas in the Interior of the hood protrudes, a reliable locking mechanism that prevents unintentional opening.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention Design is characterized in that the first folding unit up to a stop from the second folding unit is extractable.
- a constructively easy to implement and one Training according to the invention providing a reliable stop is characterized in that the attack by one each in the area of the recess of the first or the second folding unit formed folded folded flap the folding flap of the first folding unit to the outside is bent and the folding flap after the second folding unit is bent inside.
- a preferred embodiment in terms of handling is characterized in that the second folding unit in Area of the second recess on the top and / or bottom has a recess open to the free edge. Through the open recess, the first folding unit can gripped the product without any problems and out of the second folding unit are pulled out, so that it then the hood is folded down and then moved the first folding unit with the product the product can be removed from the second folding unit itself.
- a preferred embodiment of the folding box according to the invention is characterized in that the hood on the top and on the side walls via a separable perforation line and on the underside via a folded edge to the second Folding unit is connected.
- the folding box according to the invention is particularly suitable to record the recording units for CD units (Compact Disc) and pack reliably, this packaging advantageous for presentation, for example by printing, suitable is.
- CD units Compact Disc
- a folding box 10 has a substantially cuboid shape Shape, comparing the height of the cuboid shape significantly reduced in length and width is. Such a folding box is particularly suitable to record a recording unit 12 for a compact disc.
- the receiving unit 12 is in the following cuboid product Called 12.
- the folding box 10 has a first folding unit 14 which is designed so that the cuboid product 12 in the first folding unit 14 can be inserted.
- first folding unit 14 On the at inserted folding unit 14 facing outward the first folding unit 14 is via a front flap 40 followed by a folded over flap 42 completed outside.
- the opposite front end area the first folding unit 14 is open, and forms a first recess 18 through which the cuboid Product 12 inserted into the first folding unit 14 can be.
- the top is in the area of the first recess 18 a recess 30 in the wall of the first folding unit 14 available.
- Bottom is in the area of the first Recess 18 a folding tab 24 over the entire width of the first folding unit 14 is present, which is folded outwards is and is glued to the underside of the folding unit 14.
- the second folding unit 16 is also cuboid, in a form that the first folding unit 14 with the product inserted into the interior of the second folding unit 16 can be.
- the second folding unit 16 here a second recess 20 in one end region through which the first folding unit 14 is inserted can be.
- On the opposite of the second recess 20 The end area has the second folding unit 16 a hood 22.
- the hood 22 is formed in that the top A severable perforation line across the width of the folding unit 32.1 and inclined on the side walls running perforation line 32.2 is present.
- a folding flap 26 is formed on the width is turned inside and with the inner wall of the second Folding unit 16 is glued. At the same time it is circular Recess 20.1 available, such that when folded Folding tab 26 also a semicircular, outward recess open towards the free edge results.
- the forehead area 24 is in a known manner by means of a Forehead flap 44 and subsequent adhesive flap 46 closed.
- the side walls 50 of the first folding unit 14 are formed by corresponding wall elements formed over folded edges educated.
- the formation of a permanent rectangular shape in the width direction is by an adhesive tab 52 in Connection with the front plate 40 guaranteed.
- the second folding unit 16 also has folded edges overmolded side walls 54, here too the rectangular one Cross-sectional shape by maintaining one rectangular cross-sectional shape through an adhesive tab 52 in Connection with the front plate 44 can be ensured.
- the folding box is in the closed state shown.
- the Hood 22 are folded down, thereby the Perforation lines 32.1 and 32.2 are cut. Is 3, the hood 22 is bent down far enough, the first folding unit 14 with the product 12 is in again the second folding unit 16 pushed in, which results in that the product 12 in some areas from the folding the hood 22 emerged opening protrudes and easily gripped and pulled out of the first folding unit can.
- the first folding unit 14 is pulled out Position according to Figure 2 is.
- the Hood 22 can be folded down and the product inserted 12 in the first folding unit is easily possible.
- the hood 22 is folded up and then attached the first folding unit 14 with the cuboid product 12 pushed back into the second folding unit so that the first folding unit 14 and the cuboid product 12 partially protrude into the interior of the hood 22, whereby this is secured in position so that unintentional opening is not possible in this state.
