Description
Claims (7)
- Echangeur thermique constitué d'au moins un tube porteur (1), dit premier tube, et d'une pluralité de tubes portés (2), dits seconds tubes, lesdits seconds tubes étant liés perpendiculairement audit premier tube, la liaison entre un second tube (2) et ledit premier tube (1) étant effectuée par un agencement de liaison comportant une pièce de liaison (5) soudée audit premier tube (1) et, pour chaque second tube, une partie de liaison (3, 6) soudée audit second tube, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de liaison (5) est unique et constituée d'un simple profilé plat soudé le long d'une génératrice dudit premier tube, ledit profilé présentant des découpes (4) de réception desdites parties de liaison (3, 6), un blocage radial desdits seconds tubes étant assuré par des formes complémentaires de la partie de liaison (3, 6) et de la découpe (4), et en ce que chaque partie de liaison (3, 6) comporte des moyens de butée longitudinale dans au moins un sens.
- Echangeur thermique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites formes complémentaires sont en queue d'aronde.
- Echangeur thermique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de butée longitudinale consistent en une barrette de butée (3E) portée par la partie de liaison (3).
- Echangeur thermique selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de butée longitudinale sont obtenus par une forme arrondie de la partie de liaison (6) dans la direction longitudinale du second tube (2).
- Echangeur thermique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie de liaison (3) est constituée d'une pièce métallique qui a une forme de C, avec sur une de ses faces, centré sur l'axe de symétrie de cette pièce (3), un berceau (3D) destiné à recevoir le second tube (2) et sur ses branches (3B, 3C) des parties de blocage de section transversale en queue d'aronde et sur l'autre face de la pièce (3), sur l'âme (3A), ladite barrette de butée (3E).
- Echangeur thermique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de liaison (6) est constituée d'une pièce métallique qui a une forme de O, avec sur une de ses faces, centré sur l'axe de symétrie horizontal de cette pièce, un berceau (6E) destiné à recevoir le second tube (2) et sur ses branches horizontales (6C, 6D), des parties de blocage de section transversale en queue d'aronde et avec sur l'autre face de la pièce (6), ladite forme arrondie en arc de cercle.
- Echangeur thermique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier tube (1) est vertical et porteur, et en ce que le second tube (2) est horizontal et porté.
