Claims (8)

  1. Geschichtete Einheit, zusammengesetzt aus einem mit Kett- oder Schußfäden (1) gestrickten bzw. gewirkten Gewebe mit Maschen (4) und einem Träger (8), wobei das mit Kett- oder Schußfäden (1) gestrickte bzw. gewirkte Gewebe mit Maschen (4) ein leichtes, sehr offenes, mechanisch zerbrechliches und in der Dimension unstabiles Gewirk aus Kettfäden oder Maschenstäbchen (2) und Schußfäden oder Maschenreihen (3) sowie freien gewirkten Maschen, deren Füße (5) mit den Kett- und Schußfäden zusammenwirken, während der Rest jeder Masche, der aus zwei von den Maschenfüßen ausgehenden Maschenschenkeln (6) und einem Maschenkopf (7) zur Verbindung der beiden Maschenschenkel besteht, frei ist, umfasst,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich mindestens einer der beiden Maschenschenkel an mindestens einem Kettfaden (2) und/oder Schußfaden (3) entfernt von dem zu dem (jeweiligen) Maschenschenkel (6) gehörigen Maschenfuß (5) abstützt, wobei jede Masche eine Abmessung aufweisst so dass sie einen Maschenfuss (5) einer anderen Masche übergreift kann und das Gewirk durch einen Klebstoff auf den Träger (8) geklebt ist.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Draufsicht die Maschen (4) in Bezug auf die allgemeine Ausrichtung der Kett- und Schußfäden schräg verlaufen.
  3. Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Maschenfüße (5) einer Masche (4) auf einem (einzigen) Kettfaden (2) befinden.
  4. Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Maschenfüße (5) einer Masche (4) auf verschiedenen, z.B. benachbarten, Kettfäden befinden.
  5. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Maschenfüße (5) einer Masche (4) auf benachbarten Schußfäden (3) befinden.
  6. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Maschenfüße (5) einer Masche (4) auf nicht-benachbarten Schußfäden (3) befinden.
  7. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Maschenfüße (5) einer Masche (4) auf nicht-benachbarten Schußfäden (3) befinden.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung der geschichteten Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    es darin besteht, das Gewebe (1) so zu stricken bzw. zu wirken, daß seine Maschen (4) die genannte Abmessung in Bezug auf den Abstand der Kettfäden (2) und/oder der Schußfäden (3) und in Bezug auf den Maschenfuß einer anderen Masche (4) aufweisen,
    einen Klebstoff (9) auf den Träger (8) aufzubringen, und
    das Gewebe (1) mit dem Träger (8) in Kontakt zu bringen, um beide durch Verkleben zu einer Einheit zusammenzufügen.
