Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Montage eines Kessels zur Dampferzeugung, der aus einer Tragstruktur (1) in der Form eines Turms mit der Gesamthöhe H, einer an der Spitze dieser Struktur befestigten Decke (2) und an dieser Decke hängenden Kesselteilen (3) mit der Gesamthöhe h gebildet wird, welches die folgenden Verfahrensschritte umfaßt:
    (a) man setzt die genannte Decke (2) auf dem Boden zusammen, während man die genannte Tragstruktur (1) wenigstens auf eine Höhe hn aufrichtet,
    (b) man hebt die Decke (2) fortschreitend bis zur Höhe hn an und montiert die hängenden Kesselteile (3A) sukzessiv in einer einige Meter vom Boden entfernten Stellung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Höhe hn kleiner ist als die Gesamthöhe H der Tragstruktur (1) und daß man schrittweise Schritte zum Heben der Decke (2) und der Montage der Kesselteile (3) gleichzeitig mit den Schritten zum Aufrichten der Tragstruktur (1) bis zu ihrer Gesamthöhe H durchführt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Höhe hn kleiner ist als die Höhe h der Kesselteile (3), oder dieser gleich ist, und daß es gleichermaßen die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    (c) wenn hn unterhalb von h liegt, richtet man gleichzeitig mit dem vorhergehenden Schritt die Tragstruktur (1) auf eine Höhe von wenigstens hn+1 auf,
    (d) man hebt die Decke (2) fortschreitend bis zu Höhe hn+1 und montiert die hängenden Kesselteile (3) in einer einige Meter vom Boden entfernten Stellung,
    man wiederholt die Schritte (c) und (d) bis hi gleich h ist,
    man richtet die Tragstruktur (1) gleichzeitig mit dem vorhergehenden Schritt bis zu ihrer Gesamthöhe H auf,
    man hebt danach die Decke (2) bis zur Höhe H.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 zur Montage eines Kessels zur Dampferzeugung, welcher eine Tragstruktur (1) umfaßt, die aus durch horizontale Träger (1B) und Windverstrebungen (1C) verbundene Masten (1A) gebildet wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decke (2) auf den Höhen hi provisorisch auf provisorische Legeträger (4), die von den horizontalen Hauptträgern (1B) der Tragstrukhtr (1) getragen werden, gelegt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 zur Montage eines Kessels zur Dampferzeugung, welcher eine Tragstruktur (1) umfaßt, die aus durch Windverstrebungen (1B, 1C) verbundene Masten (1A) gebildet wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decke (2) auf den Höhen hi provisorisch auf Legeklötze (9), die von den Masten (1A) gestützt werden, gelegt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heben der Decke (2) durch Druckzylinder (5) erfolgt, die auf den provisorischen Stützträgern (6), die von den horizontalen Hauptträgern (1B) der Tragstruktur (1) getragen werden, befestigt sind.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heben der Decke (2) durch Druckzylinder (5) erfolgt, die auf provisorischen Aufsätzen (7), die auf den Höhen hi von den horizontalen Trägern (1B) getragen werden, befestigt sind.
