Abstract

Die Befestigungsvorrichtung ist vorzugsweise für Rasterdecken in Reinräumen vorgesehen und hat Rasteröffnungen (3) zum Einbau von Filter-Ventilator-Einheiten (4). Sie sind auf Auflageschienen (2) der Befestigungsvorrichtung abgestützt. Die Filter-Ventilator-Einheiten (4) sind auf wenigstens zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten (8, 9) über jeweils mindestens ein Auflageteil (10, 11) auf den Auflageschienen (2) abgestützt. Das Auflageteil (10, 11) ragt in die Rasteröffnung (3) und ist auf den Auflageschienen (2) gehalten. Die Filter-Ventilator-Einheiten (4) und das Filter (5) lassen sich vom Reinraum (6) aus montieren, ohne daß im Bereich oberhalb der Befestigungsvorrichtung ein entsprechend hoher Freiraum vorhanden sein muß.
