CONDITIONNEMENT DE PAPIER HYGIENIQUE EN DOSE INDIVIDUELLE
L'invention concerne un conditionnement de papier hygiénique et a pour objectif essentiel de fournir un conditionnement constitué d'une dose individuelle facilement transportable et offrant toutes les garanties d'hygiène.
Un autre objectif de l'invention est de fournir un conditionnement permettant de délivrer au moyen d'un distributeur automatique des doses individuelles de papier hygiénique.
Un autre objectif de l'invention est de fournir un conditionnement intégrant un liquide de nettoyage corporel. A cet effet, l'invention vise un conditionnement de papier hygiénique constitué d'une dose individuelle comportant une bande de papier hygiénique enroulée sur elle-même de façon à former un enroulement présentant une section de dimension maximale au plus égale à 45 mm, et d'une enveloppe renfermant ledit rouleau.
Un tel conditionnement présente l'avantage d'être très facilement transportable car de dimensions réduites, tout en comportant une bande de papier hygiénique d'une longueur largement suffisante. De plus, du fait de ses dimensions réduites, ce conditionnement peut être aisément délivré au moyen d'un distributeur automatique.
En outre, ce conditionnement offre toutes les garanties d'hygiène puisqu'il comporte une enveloppe de protection du papier hygiénique qui assure la non contamination de ce dernier lors de son transport.
Au niveau de l'hygiène, il est à noter, en outre, que ce conditionnement élimine tout risque de souillage du papier hygiénique résultant, lors de l'utilisation d'un rouleau de papier hygiénique collectif, des manipulations du(des) utilisateur(s) précédent(s) .
Selon un premier mode de réalisation préférentiel, l'enroulement de papier hygiénique forme un rouleau sensiblement cylindrique de diamètre au plus égal à 30 mm .
Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation préférentiel, l'enroulement de papier hygiénique présente une section de forme oblongue de faible épaisseur par rapport à sa largeur, ladite largeur étant au plus égale à 45 mm.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, l'enveloppe présente une forme adaptée pour épouser périphériquement la forme de l'enroulement de papier hygiénique.
Une telle enveloppe assure le maintien et 1' indéformabilité du rouleau de papier hygiénique et permet d'obtenir un conditionnement de dimensions optimales dont la forme oblongue ou cylindrique rend très aisée la distribution automatique de ce dernier.
Cette enveloppe est, en outre, avantageusement constituée d'un film plastique ou d'un papier Kraft permettant d'assurer un parfait maintien du rouleau de papier hygiénique. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le conditionnement intègre une pochette étanche renfermant un liquide de nettoyage corporel.
L'intégration de cette pochette renfermant un liquide de nettoyage permet, sans augmentation notable des dimensions du conditionnement, d'offrir à l'utilisateur la possibilité de se laver les mains et/ou de procéder à un lavage anal après humidification du papier. Une telle pochette permet donc d'obtenir en tous lieux la garantie d'une hygiène parfaite. Par ailleurs, lorsque la bande de papier hygiénique est enroulée sous forme d'un rouleau cylindrique, la pochette étanche est préférentiellement disposée à l'intérieur dudit rouleau.
De ce fait et en premier lieu, la pochette étanche constitue un noyau autour duquel peut être facilement réalisé l'enroulement de la bande de papier hygiénique. De plus, cette pochette étanche étant intégrée à l'intérieur du fourreau que constitue le rouleau de papier hygiénique, elle se trouve donc protégée contre tout risque d'ouverture accidentelle. Il est à noter, en outre, que dans l'hypothèse d'une ouverture accidentelle de la pochette étanche résultant par exemple d'un défaut de fabrication, le liquide serait absorbé par le papier hygiénique, cette absorption garantissant contre tout risque de fuite.
Lorsque la bande de papier hygiénique est enroulée de façon à présenter une section de forme oblongue, la pochette peut par contre être préférentiellement accolée longitudinalement audit enroulement le long d'une des grandes faces de ce dernier.
En effet, un tel enroulement de section oblongue présente, pour une même longueur de bande de papier hygiénique, une épaisseur et donc un encombrement inférieurs à ceux d'un rouleau cylindrique, qui autorisent de disposer la pochette étanche à l'extérieur dudit enroulement de façon à la rendre visible par les consommateurs, et ce sans nuire de façon notable aux dimensions réduites du conditionnement.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la pochette étanche comporte un orifice de faible section normalement fermé par une portion détachable formée d'un seul tenant avec ladite pochette mais qui peut être séparée de cette dernière pour libérer l'orifice.
Une telle conception connue en soi permet de contrôler l'écoulement du liquide dont la distribution est obtenue en comprimant la pochette étanche.
Par ailleurs, le conditionnement selon l'invention intègre préférentiellement une serviette. Une telle serviette présente, en effet, l'avantage de pouvoir être réalisée en un matériau, tel qu'avantageusement de la ouate de cellulose non tissée, mieux approprié pour l'essuyage des mains et pour être humidifié en vue du lavage anal.
D'autres caractéristiques, buts et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description détaillée qui suit en référence aux dessins annexés qui en représentent, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, deux modes de réalisation préférentiels. Sur ces dessins qui font partie intégrante de la présente description :
- la figure 1 est une coupe longitudinale par un plan A d'un premier mode de réalisation d'un conditionnement selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 en est une coupe transversale par un plan B,
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'un deuxième mode de réalisation d'un conditionnement conforme à l'invention,
- et la figure 4 est une vue longitudinale d'une pochette étanche intégrant un conditionnement conforme à l'invention. Le conditionnement de papier hygiénique représenté aux figures 1 et 2 se présente sous la forme d'un cylindre d'une hauteur de l'ordre de 100 mm (largeur courante des bandes de papier hygiénique) et d'un diamètre sensiblement compris entre 18 mm et 22 mm. Ce conditionnement intègre, en premier lieu, une pochette étanche allongée 1 de section oblongue constituée d'un film plastique souple.
Cette pochette 1 d'une largeur de 8 à 10 mm renferme un liquide de nettoyage tel que de l'eau stérilisée ou une lotion hypoallergenique. Ses dimensions permettent de fournir une quantité de liquide (sensiblement de 4 ml à 7 ml) suffisante soit pour se laver les mains, soit pour procéder à un lavage anal.
Le conditionnement comporte, en outre, une serviette 2 en ouate de cellulose non tissée, directement enroulée autour de la pochette étanche, destinée soit à l'essuyage des mains, soit au lavage anal après humidification de cette dernière.
Autour de cette serviette 2, se trouve enroulée une bande de papier hygiénique 3 d'une longueur pouvant varier sensiblement entre 1100 mm et 1700 mm selon le diamètre souhaité de conditionnement.
En vue d'assurer le maintien provisoire de l'enroulement, l'extrémité de cette bande de papier hygiénique 3 est classiquement immobilisée à l'aide de tout moyen connu en soi tel que point de colle, morceau de ruban adhésif... En dernier lieu, ce conditionnement comprend une enveloppe 4 constituée d'un film plastique assurant le maintien de l'enroulement de papier hygiénique, cette enveloppe étant dotée de tout système connu en soi d'ouverture, tel que par exemple un fil d'ouverture 5. Le conditionnement représenté à la figure 3 comporte quant à lui une bande de papier hygiénique 6 enroulée sur elle-même de façon à former un enroulement de section oblongue d'une largeur de l'ordre de 40 à 45 mm et d'une épaisseur de l'ordre de 10 à 20 mm. Ce conditionnement comporte, en outre, une pochette étanche 7 présentant, vu en plan, une forme rectangulaire prolongée par un col, disposée longitudinalement contre l'enroulement 6 de papier hygiénique. Tel que représenté à la figure 4, cette pochette étanche 7 comporte, vers son extrémité opposée au col, une incision oblique 8 délimitant une languette détachable 9 formée d'un seul tenant avec ladite pochette et obstruant, avant arrachage, un orifice de faible section d'écoulement du liquide.
Il est à noter que cette pochette étanche 7 peut contenir un volume de liquide supérieur à celui de la pochette étanche 1 du premier mode de réalisation, en raison de la faible épaisseur de l'enroulement de papier hygiénique 6. A titre d'exemple, une telle pochette étanche 7 peut renfermer une quantité de liquide de l'ordre de 12 ml sans nuire aux dimensions réduites du conditionnement. Il convient également de noter que la pochette étanche 1 du premier mode de réalisation peut avantageusement présenter la même conception que celle décrite ci-dessus.
Tel que le précédent, ce conditionnement comporte, en outre, une serviette 10 pliée de façon à présenter sensiblement le même encombrement que l'enroulement de papier hygiénique 6, cette serviette 10 étant disposée entre ledit enroulement de papier hygiénique et la pochette étanche 7. En dernier lieu, ce conditionnement comporte également une enveloppe 11 assurant le maintien de l'enroulement de papier hygiénique 6 et de la pochette étanche 7, cette enveloppe étant par exemple obturée par thermo-soudage au droit de chacun de ses bords transversaux.
De tels conditionnements, facilement transportables dans une poche, un sac..., permettent à son possesseur d'avoir une hygiène correcte, et ce en tout lieu même démuni de points d'eau. De tels conditionnements individuels sont donc spécialement conçus pour les personnes modernes, se déplaçant beaucoup, soucieuses de leur hygiène, et de leur bien-être, et ne voulant jamais être prises au dépourvu. La formule des trois produits correspond, en effet, à toutes les exigences d'un imprévu.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS 1/ - Conditionnement de papier hygiénique, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une dose individuelle comportant une bande de papier hygiénique (3 ; 6) enroulée sur elle-même de façon à former un enroulement présentant une section de dimension maximale au plus égale à 45 mm, et d'une enveloppe (4 ; 10) renfermant ledit enroulement.
2/ - Conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement de papier hygiénique (3) forme un rouleau sensiblement cylindrique de diamètre au plus égal à 30 mm.
3/ - Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de papier hygiénique (3) présente un diamètre sensiblement compris entre 18 mm et 22 mm.
4/ - Conditionnement selon la revendication
1, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement de papier hygiénique (6) présente une section de forme oblongue de faible épaisseur par rapport à sa largeur, ladite largeur étant au plus égale à 45 mm.
5/ - Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (4 ; 11) présente une forme adaptée pour épouser périphériquement la forme de l'enroulement de papier hygiénique (3 ; 6).
6/ - Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il intègre une pochette étanche (1 ; 7) renfermant un liquide de nettoyage corporel.
7/ - Conditionnement selon les revendications 2 et 6 prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que la pochette étanche (1) est disposée à l'intérieur du rouleau de papier hygiénique (3). 8/ - Conditionnement selon les revendications 4 et 6 prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que la pochette étanche (7) est accolée longitudinalement à l'enroulement de papier hygiénique (6), le long d'une des grandes faces de ce dernier.
9/ - Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pochette étanche (1 ; 7) est constituée d'un film plastique souple. 10/ - Conditionnement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la pochette étanche (1 ; 7) comporte un orifice de faible section normalement fermé par une portion détachable (9) formée d'un seul tenant avec ladite pochette, mais qui peut être séparée de cette dernière pour libérer l'orifice.
11/ - Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la pochette étanche (1 ; 7) renferme de l'eau stérilisée.
12/ - Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la pochette étanche (1 ; 7) renferme une lotion hypoallergenique.
13/ - Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il intègre une serviette (2 ; 10) . 14/ - Conditionnement selon les revendications 2 et 13 prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que la serviette (2) est enroulée directement autour de la pochette étanche (1).
15/ - Conditionnement selon les revendications 4 et 13 prises ensemble caractérisé en ce que la serviette (10) est pliée et disposée entre l'enroulement (6) de papier hygiénique et la pochette étanche (7) .
16/ - Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la serviette (2 ; 10) est réalisée en ouate de cellulose non tissée.
