Abstract

Es gibt einen Torwarthandschuh, bei dem ein Oberhandteil 5 und ein Innenhandteil 7 vier vordere Fingerbereiche 2 und einen Tellerbereich 3 aufweist und bei dem jeweils ein Oberhand-Fingerbereich und ein zugeordneter Innenhand-Fingerbereich entlang Längsrändern 14 miteinander verbunden sind und ein freies Ende mit der Fingerkuppen-Kappe 10 bilden. Dabei ist es erwünscht, wenn die an den freien Enden der Fingerbereiche gebildeten Kappen weniger durch Nähte beeinträchtigt sind. Dies ist erreicht, indem bei mindestens einem der vorderen Fingerbereiche 2 der Innenhand-Fingerbereich 8 am freien Ende 20 einstückig in einen streifenartig breiten Kuppenfortsatz 19 übergeht, der Fingerkuppen-Kappe 10 bildend auf den zugeordneten Oberhand-Fingerbereich 6 umgeschlagen und an diesem befestigt 15, 21 ist. Bei dem Torwarthandschuh ist die am freien Ende zweier Fingerbereiche vorgesehene Kappe nach unten, nach vorne und nach oben hin frei von einem Nahtstoß und zwar über die Breite des Kuppenfortsatzes. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Torwarthandschuh mit Fingerkuppen-Kappen, bei dem ein Oberhandteil und ein Innenhandteil vier vordere Fingerbereiche und einen Tellerbereich aufweisen und bei dem jeweils ein Oberhand-Fingerbereich und ein zugeordneter Innenhand-Fingerbereich entlang Längsrändern miteinander verbunden sind und ein freies Ende mit der Fingerkuppen-Kappe bilden.
  • Bei einem bekannten (DE-OS 42 41 261) Torwarthandschuh dieser Art liegen für jeden Fingerbereich die freien Enden des Oberhand-Fingerbereichs und des Innenhand-Fingerbereichs beieinander, d.h. auf gleicher Höhe und sind die freien Enden mit Quernähten im Kuppenbereich festgelegt, wobei die Nähte an einem Nahtstoß der beiden miteinander zu verbindenden Teile vorgesehen sind. Das geschlossene freie Endstück der zwei einander zugeordneten Fingerbereiche wird hier Fingerkuppen-Kappe genannt. Wenn der Torwarthandschuh belastet wird, trifft die Belastung auf die Naht bzw. den Nahtstoß. Eine solche Belastung tritt z.B. auf, wenn sich der Torwart über die Fingerkuppen-Kappen am Erdboden abstützt oder über die Fingerkuppen-Kappen auf einen Ball einwirkt. Wie Abnutzungsspuren an einem häufig benutzten Torwarthandschuh zeigen wird der Torwarthandschuh im Bereich der Fingerkuppen-Kappen besonders umfangreich belastet. Die Nähte bzw. die dadurch bedingten wulstartigen Nahtstöße wirken bei Benutzung der Fingerkuppen-Kappen störend, indem sie dem den Torwarthandschuh tragenden Torwart an dessen Fingerkuppen ein unangenehmes Gefühl verursachen oder die Einwirkung des Torwarthandschuhs auf den Ball stören.
  • Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, einen Torwarthandschuh der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem die an den freien Enden der Fingerbereiche gebildeten Kappen weniger durch Nähte beeinträchtigt sind. Der erfindungsgemäße Torwarthandschuh ist, diese Aufgabe lösend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mindestens einem der vorderen Fingerbereiche der Innenhand-Fingerbereich am freien Ende einstückig in einen streifenartig breiten Kuppenfortsatz übergeht, der Fingerkuppen-Kappe bildend auf den zugeordneten Oberhand-Fingerbereich umgeschlagen und an diesem befestigt ist.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Torwarthandschuh ist die am freien Ende zweier Fingerbereiche vorgesehene Kappe nach unten, nach vorne und nach oben hin frei von einem Nahtstoß und zwar über die Breite des Kuppenfortsatzes. Durch die Einstückigkeit des Kuppenfortsatzes mit dem Innenhand-Fingerbereich ist unten bzw. an der Innenhand und am anschließenden Übergang zur Kappe jegliche Naht vermieden und zwar auch eine Naht an flach aufeinandergelegten Teilen. Die von dem Kuppenfortsatz gebildete Fingerkuppen-Kappe liegt an der zugehörigen Fingerkuppe des Torwarts und an einem beaufschlagten Ball frei von einem Nahtstoß an. Der Kontakt der Torwart-Fingerspitzen mit dem Ball ist gedämpft, glatter und rutschfester.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es, wenn bei allen vier vorderen Fingerbereichen jeweils ein streifenartig breiter Kuppenfortsatz vorgesehen ist. Die durch den Kuppenfortsatz für einen Finger erreichbaren Vorteile sind nun für alle vier vorderen Finger gegeben, wodurch eine merkliche Verbesserung der Gebrauchseigenschaften des Torwarthandschuhs erreicht ist.
  • Wenn bei dem Torwarthandschuh ein Daumenbereich von einem Innenhand-Fingerbereich und einem Oberhand-Fingerbereich gebildet ist, ist es besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft, wenn bei dem Daumenbereich der Innenhand-Fingerbereich am freien Ende einstückig in einen streifenartig breiten Kuppenfortsatz übergeht, der Fingerkuppen-Kappe bildend auf den zugeordneten Oberhand-Fingerbereich umgeschlagen und an diesem befestigt ist. Die durch den Kuppenfortsatz für einen Finger erreichbaren Vorteile sind nun auch für den Daumen gegeben, wodurch eine weitere Verbesserung der Gebrauchseigenschaften des Torwarthandschuhs erreicht ist.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn das Innenhandteil nach außen hin eine Latexschicht bildet und wenn die äußere Latexschicht auch an dem Kuppenfortsatz vorgesehen ist. Die sich um die Fingerkuppe nahtlos herum erstreckende Latexschicht verbessert die Einwirkung des Torwarthandschuhs auf den Ball erheblich, indem die Haftung der Fingerkuppen-Kappe am Ball verstärkt ist. Beim Abstützen des Torwarts auf den Fingerkuppen ist die Latexschicht eine Polsterung. Die Latexschicht dämpft und schützt gegen Verletzungen.
  • Die Erfindung läßt sich unabhängig davon vorsehen, ob der Innenhand-Fingerbereich und der zugehörige Oberhand-Fingerbereich entlang den Längsrändern unmittelbar miteinander vernäht sind oder über Schichtel bzw. Seitenteile verbunden sind, die einerseits mit dem Innenhand-Fingerbereich und andererseits mit dem Oberhand-Fingerbereich vernäht sind. Die Fingerbereiche sind z.B. mit dem Tellerbereich einstückig. Ein wulstartiger Nahtstoß zweier miteinander vernähter Teile liegt vor, wenn sich beide Teile auf der gleichen Seite der Naht erstrecken. Eine flache Nahtlege zweier miteinander vernähter Teile liegt vor, wenn sich das eine Teil auf einer Seite der Naht und das andere Teile auf der anderen Seite der Naht erstreckt.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es sodann, wenn sich der Kuppenfortsatz über mindestens 1/3 der Länge des Oberhand-Fingerbereichs erstreckt. Dies vermeidet an der Fingerkuppen-Kappe nach oben hin, d.h. an der Oberhand Stoßstellen und Nähte und verbessert die Festlegung des Kuppenfortsatzes am Oberhand-Fingerbereich.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es weiterhin, wenn der umgeschlagene Bereich des Kuppenfortsatzes über die Länge in der Breite an den Oberhand-Fingerbereich angeglichen ist. Auch dies vermeidet an der Fingerkuppen-Kappe nach oben hin, d.h. an der Oberhand Stoßstellen und Nähte und verbessert die Festlegung des Kappenfortsatzes am Oberhand-Fingerbereich.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es dabei, wenn der Oberhand-Fingerbereich entlang den beiden Längsrändern zum freien Ende hin mit verbindenden Nähten versehen ist und wenn die verbindenden Nähte an den Längsrändern den umgeschlagenen Bereich des Kuppenfortsatzes mit fassen. Dies vereinfacht die Festlegung des Kuppenfortsatzes am Oberhand-Fingerbereich.

  • Der Torwarthandschuh gemäß Zeichnung besitzt einen Daumenbereich 1, vier vordere Fingerbereiche 2, einen Tellerbereich 3 und einen Handgelenkbereich 4. Ein Oberhandteil 5 bildet einstückig einen Oberhand-Handgelenkbereich, einen Oberhand-Tellerbereich und vier vordere Oberhand-Fingerbereiche 6. Das Oberhandteil 5 liegt über einem Innenhandteil 7, das einstückig einen Innenhand-Tellerbereich, vier vordere Innenhand-Fingerbereiche 8 und einen Innenhand-Fingerbereich 9 des Daumenbereichs 1 bildet. Das vordere Endstück jedes vorderen Fingerbereichs 2 und des Daumenbereichs 1 bildet eine Fingerkuppen-Kappe 10, deren zum Tellerbereich hin gewendetes Ende durch eine gestrichelte Linie 11 angedeutet ist. Das Innenhandteil 7 besteht aus einer Trägerschicht 12, die nach außen hin eine Latexschicht 13 trägt. Die vier vorderen Fingerbereiche 2 und der Daumenbereich 1 sind an den Längsrändern 14 jeweils mittels Nähten 15 vernäht, wobei wulstartige Nahtstöße 16 gebildet sind.
  • Der Daumenbereich 1 ist am freien Ende mittels einer quer verlaufenden Naht 17 vernäht, so daß die Fingerkuppen-Kappe einen quer verlaufenden Nahtstoß 18 bildet. Derartiges ist bei den vier vorderen Fingerbereichen 2 nicht vorgesehen, da dort die Innenhand-Fingerbereiche 8 jeweils in einen Kuppenfortsatz 19 übergehen, der nach oben umgeschlagen ist und so das vordere Ende 20, die Spitze des Fingerbereichs 2 bildet. Der umgeschlagene Bereich des Kuppenfortsatzes 19 weist über seine Länge die gleiche Breite auf wie der Oberhand-Fingerbereich 6 und ist an den Längsrändern 14 von den Nähten 15 mit erfaßt. Der dem Tellerbereich 3 zugewendete Querrand des Kuppenfortsatzes 19 ist am Oberhand-Fingerbereich 6 mittels einer Naht 21 festgelegt, wobei Oberhand-Fingerbereich und Kuppenfortsatz eine flache Nahtlege 22 bilden.

Claims (7)

  1. Torwarthandschuh mit Fingerkuppen-Kappen,
    bei dem ein Oberhandteil und ein Innenhandteil vier vordere Fingerbereiche und einen Tellerbereich aufweisen und
    bei dem jeweils ein Oberhand-Fingerbereich und ein zugeordneter Innenhand-Fingerbereich entlang Längsrändern miteinander verbunden sind und ein freies Ende mit der Fingerkuppen-Kappe bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß bei mindestens einem der vorderen Fingerbereiche (2) der Innenhand-Fingerbereich (8) am freien Ende (20) einstückig in einen streifenartig breiten Kuppenfortsatz (19) übergeht, der Fingerkuppen-Kappe (10) bildend auf den zugeordneten Oberhand-Fingerbereich (6) umgeschlagen und an diesem befestigt (15, 21) ist.
  2. Torwarthandschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei allen vier vorderen Fingerbereichen (2) jeweils ein streifenartig breiter Kuppenfortsatz (19) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Torwarthandschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem ein Daumenbereich von einem Innenhand-Fingerbereich und einem Oberhand-Fingerbereich gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Daumenbereich (1) der Innenhand-Fingerbereich am freien Ende einstückig in einen streifenartig breiten Kuppenfortsatz übergeht, der Fingerkuppen-Kappe bildend auf den zugeordneten Oberhand-Fingerbereich umgeschlagen und an diesem befestigt ist.
  4. Torwarthandschuh nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei dem das Innenhandteil nach außen hin eine Latexschicht bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Latexschicht (13) auch an dem Kuppenfortsatz (19) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Torwarthandschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Kuppenfortsatz (19) über mindestens 1/3 der Länge des Oberhand-Fingerbereichs (6) erstreckt.
  6. Torwarthandschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der umgeschlagene Bereich des Kuppenfortsatzes (19) über die Länge in der Breite an den Oberhand-Fingerbereich (6) angeglichen ist.
  7. Torwarthandschuh nach Anspruch 6, bei dem der Oberhand-Fingerbereich entlang den beiden Längsrändern zum freien Ende hin mit verbindenden Nähten versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verbindenden Nähte (15) an den Längsrändern (14) den umgeschlagenen Bereich des Kuppenfortsatzes (19) mit fassen.
