Claims (3)

  1. Chemise de cylindre pour moteur à combustion interne destinée à être montée dans un alésage de cylindre d'un bloc moteur, la chemise de cylindre (1) étant produite dans un procédé de formage libre par pulvérisation thermique d'un matériau pulvérisable sur un noyau servant de corps de forme en formant une paroi de cylindre, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de cylindre de la chemise de cylindre comprend une couche résistant à l'usure (2) appliquée thermiquement sur une périphérie interne, une couche intermédiaire de liage appliquée sur la couche résistant à l'usure (2) et une couche de revêtement (4) appliquée sur la couche intermédiaire (3) sur la périphérie externe.
  2. Chemise de cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de cylindre de la chemise de cylindre (1) présente une épaisseur de paroi de 1 mm et plus.
  3. Procédé de fabrication de la chemise de cylindre (1) selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 2 par pulvérisation thermique d'un matériau pulvérisable sur la surface externe d'un noyau rotatif servant de corps de forme et en retirant ensuite la chemise de cylindre formée (1) du noyau suivi d'un usinage de surface frontal de la chemise de cylindre (1), caractérisé en ce que la surface périphérique externe du noyau servant de corps de forme est pourvu d'une couche de chrome dur qui avant la pulvérisation thermique pour la formation de la chemise de cylindre (1) est décapée au sable et/ou est traitée avec un spray anti-adhérent, la paroi de cylindre de la chemise de cylindre étant constituée d'une couche résistant à l'usure (2) pulvérisée thermiquement sur la périphérie interne, une couche intermédiaire de liage (3) pulvérisée sur la couche résistant à l'usure (2) et une couche de revêtement (4) pulvérisée sur la couche (3) sur la périphérie externe.
