High tensile strength and high elongation potential provide adequate protection against mechanical influences. There is also an indefinite aging resistance in the soil. Materials of this type have been used in pond construction for decades, but generally without tissue inlay.
- the shell which is open at the top, is attached to the four grave walls using pegs that are welded to the outside. There is about 200mm of earth on the bottom of the grave, so that the original depth level is established. Due to the usual covering of the grave walls with cloths during the funeral ceremony, practically no inspection of the shell is possible. If it is necessary to stiffen the grave due to static requirements, this can be done in a conventional manner. After the coffin has been lowered onto the ground layer, the filling of the grave area can begin. After filling in the side rooms, additional earth material is brought in, up to an approx. 300mm high covering of the coffin. Assuming a coffin about 600mm high, the earth level reached is then around 1100mm.
- Two large-volume air distributors (1) which are already connected to the push-in sleeves (2), are inserted from the inside of the sleeve and externally with one through two sleeves welded on in the upper sleeve area Sealing strap sealed. After removing the ground nails, the approximately 500mm high side walls are brought together above the center of the grave and hermetically sealed with a waterproof zipper or an electric hand welder for thermoplastics.
- Two plastic pipes (3) are plugged into the upper part of the insert sleeve (2) like a chimney. The connections are achieved through precisely fitting rubber seals, retaining and waterproof properties.
- the tubes have a length of 450mm and a diameter of 100mm. In the upper area there are sufficient openings (5) over a length of 200mm to ensure the necessary air entry or gas exchange.
