Claims (7)
- Tire-bouchon à vissage, extraction et expulsion automatique des bouchons de liège comprenant:caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend:un bâti (2) pourvu de deux couples de colonnes guides (3) pour le coulissement d'un charriot mobile (4), lesdites colonnes guides étant unies à une extrémité supérieure d'une traverse (5);une vis hélicoïdale à visser dans un bouchon et reliée à une plaquette (16),deux leviers 6 et 7, chacun desquels est guidé respectivement par un couple de colonnes guides et s'étendant respectivement à partir de roues dentées (8 et 9) montées pivotantes sur ledit charriot mobile, lesquels leviers sont à même de provoquer le coulissement longitudinal d'un arbre denté creux (10) sur lequel elles s'engrènent, à l'intérieur d'un orifice (11) qui traverse ledit charriot mobile et à l'intérieur de ladite traverse, ledit arbre denté creux ayant une cavité coaxiale (12) en son interne;une vis hélicoïdale (13) logée à l'intérieur de ladite cavité coaxiale (12) et ayant la plaquette (16) coulissante entre les fentes (15) formées dans ledit arbre denté de manière à ce que ladite vis hélicoïdale puisse translater longitudinalement et pivoter autour du propre axe longitudinal;un ressort (17) inséré entre ladite plaquette (16) et ledit charriot mobile, de manière à ce que, lorsque le charriot mobile est déplacé dans une direction l'éloignant de la traverse, le ressort agit contre la plaquette (16) en la poussant vers une extrémité inférieure du bâti;moyens pour effectuer le blocage de l'arbre dentécreux (10) sur la traverse (5) quand l'arbre creux est dans une position voisine de l'extrémité inférieure, alors que le charriot mobile est libre de translater vers cette extrémité inférieure lorsque les deux leviers sont pivotés;un capuchon (19) relié aux colonnes guides (3) avec la possibilité de coulisser le long des mêmes colonnes guides et pourvu d'une barrette ou guide hélicoïdal (20) conçue pour contraindre en rotation la vis hélicoïdale (3) lorsque celle-ci est translatée en s'éloignant de l'extrémité supérieure et pénètre dans le bouchon, poussée par le charriot mobile (4);moyens pour effectuer le blocage de l'arbre denté creux(10) sur le charriot mobile après que les deux leviers soient relâchés et que l'extension dudit ressort (17) ne cause le retour du charriot mobile à l'extrémité supérieure, de manière à ce que le charriot mobile ne reste bloqué sur la traverse et que l'arbre denté ne soit libre de translater longitudinalement en s'éloignant de l'extrémité inférieure lorsque commence une seconde rotation des leviers vers le bas, en causant le soulèvement du capuchon et l'extraction du bouchon de la bouteille.
- Tire-bouchon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un ressort (17) inséré entre le charriot mobile (4) et la plaquette (16) de laquelle est solidaire d'un pivot (14) qui soutient la vis hélicoïdale (13), ledit ressort (17) étant conçu pour maintenir le charriot mobile (4) repoussé vers le haut.
- Tire-bouchon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un ressort (18) inséré dans une cavité (12) de l'arbre (10) et relié à la plaquette (16) pour maintenir élastiquement la vis hélicoïdale à l'intérieur de la cavité (12).
- Tire-bouchon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens pour bloquer l'arbre creux (10) sur la traverse (5) ou, alternativement, le charriot mobile (4) sur la traverse (5), comprennent un élément de blocage (28) inséré dans un logement (27) de la traverse supérieure (5), ledit élément étant pourvu d'une fourche supérieure (30) conçue pour s'insérer entre les dents de l'arbre creux et une fourche inférieure (31) conçue pour s'insérer dans une entaille (32) formée dans le charriot mobile, ledit élément de blocage étant libre d'effectuer une légère oscillation horizontale pour insérer ou désinsérer, alternativement, les fourches dans ou des cavités respectives.
- Tire-bouchon selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une saillie (33) en forme de plan incliné conçue pour agir sur la fourche supérieure (30) pour effectuer l'insertion de la même fourche dans la cavité respective et comprend en outre une saillie (34) en forme de plan incliné, qui va agir sur un plan incliné (35) formé sur l'élément de blocage (28) pour effectuer l'insertion de la fourche inférieure (31) dans l'entaille (32) respective du charriot mobile.
- Tire-bouchon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le capuchon (19) comprend un corps cylindrique (19c) pourvu de fentes (21) au travers desquelles s'insèrent des ressorts à lame (23) conçus pour s'insérer sous la colerette du goulot d'une bouteille pour la retenir pendant la phase de vissage de la vis cylindrique.
- Tire-bouchon selon les revendications 1 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que le capuchon (19) comprend deux barrettes coulissantes verticalement à l'intérieur du corps cylindrique (19c), ledit capuchon étant conçu pour retenir le bouchon un fois extrait de la bouteille pour permettre à la vis cylindrique d'être extraite dudit bouchon.
