Claims (25)
- Procédé pour le nettoyage de la vaisselle, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) prélavage avec une solution d'un acide organique et/ou d'un complexant d'ions de métaux alcalino-terreux ;b) lavage principal avec une solution enzymatique de lavage ;c) rinçage.

- Kit pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par les constituants suivants :un produit de prélavage, qui contient un acide inorganique et/ou un complexant des ions de métaux alcalino-terreux ;un produit de lavage principal enzymatique.
- Kit selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le produit de prélavage contient des acides mono- et/ou dicarboxyliques ayant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone.
- Kit selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de l'acide formique et/ou de l'acide acétique.
- Kit selon l'une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le produit de prélavage contient des acides organiques complexants et/ou leurs sels.
- Kit selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le produit de prélavage contient au moins un acide choisi dans l'ensemble comprenant l'acide citrique, l'acide malique, l'acide tartrique, l'acide lactique et/ou les sels des acides mentionnés ci-dessus.
- Kit selon les revendications 16 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le produit de prélavage est tamponné.
- Kit selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que le produit de prélavage est tamponné à un pH de 2 à 9, plus précisément de 2 à 5 ou de 8 à 9.
- Kit selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que tampons des amines, plus précisément des alcanolamines, plus particulièrement de la mono-, di- et/ou triéthanolamine.
