Description

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif de chauffage pour machine à laver séchante.
Certains types de machine à laver le linge séchantes comportent deux éléments chauffants, un pour chauffer les bains de lavage, et un pour chauffer l'air de séchage. Une telle solution est onéreuse du fait du doublement des éléments chauffants. D'autres types de machines à laver séchantes comportent un seul élément de chauffage pour assurer les deux fonctions précitées. Ce seul élément chauffant est disposé au fond de la cuve de la machine, mais on a constaté que son rendement en fonction séchage est très faible et que sa mise au point est difficile à cause des températures élevées produites au fond de la cuve en fonction séchage.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de chauffage pour machine à laver séchante qui permette de réduire le coût de la machine, d'en augmenter la fiabilité liée aux composants critiques, à la température élevée du fond de la cuve et à la régulation de celle-ci, et d'en améliorer le rendement par un chauffage plus rapide jusqu'à la température désirée du linge mouillé.
La présente invention a également pour objet une machine à laver séchante pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
Le procédé de chauffage conforme à l'invention consiste à chauffer le linge à laver et/ou à rincer en injectant de l'air chaud produit par le dispositif de séchage de la machine dans la masse de linge mouillé.
Le dispositif de chauffage d'une machine à laver séchante conforme à l'invention comporte un unique bloc de chauffage disposé dans le circuit de séchage de la machine, qui est alimenté en énergie en phases de lavage et/ou rinçage et en phase de séchage.
La présente invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description détaillée d'un mode de réalisation, pris à titre d'exemple non limitatif et illustré par le dessin annexé, sur lequel :
  • la figure 1 est une vue simplifiée en coupe d'une machine conforme à l'invention, en phase de lavage de linge, et
  • la figure 2 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1, mais en phase de séchage de linge.
La machine lavante-séchante 1 représentée sur le dessin comporte essentiellement une carrosserie 2 renfermant une cuve 3 à l'intérieur de laquelle tourne un tambour 4. Un circuit de séchage 5 (chauffage et propulsion d'air) a son entrée d'air 6 reliée à la partie supérieure de la cuve 3, au-dessus du niveau d'eau de la cuve, et son tube de sortie 7 est relié au tambour 4. De préférence, l'extrémité de ce tube 7 est coaxiale à l'axe du tambour 4. En variante, l'extrémité du tube 7 peut déboucher au fond de la cuve 3. Ce circuit de séchage 5 comporte, de façon connue en soi, un ventilateur 8 et un bloc 9 de chauffage d'air. Les autres éléments de la machine, inutiles pour la compréhension de l'invention (moteurs, programmateur, capteur thermique, condenseur, circuit de régulation de température, etc.) n'ont pas été représentés sur le dessin. Une charge de linge 10 a été disposée dans le tambour 4.
Comme représenté en figure 1, une quantité appropriée d'eau de lavage 11 est admise dans la cuve 3. Généralement, le niveau d'eau est nettement en-dessous de l'axe du tambour 4, ce qui fait qu'une partie seulement de la charge de linge 10 trempe dans cette eau, le reste du linge étant seulement mouillé.
L'air chaud insufflé dans le tambour 4 par le tube 7 est ainsi directement en contact avec le linge mouillé, ce qui fait que l'eau de lavage est chauffée surtout indirectement par le linge. Bien entendu, il est avantageux de n'insuffler l'air chaud dans le tambour que lorsque le linge est complètement mouillé. Il est également bien entendu que ce chauffage peut être mis en oeuvre en phase de rinçage.
Comme représenté en figure 2, en phase de séchage, l'eau de la cuve est évacuée, et l'air chaud est envoyé par le circuit 5 de la même façon qu'en figure 1, c'est-à-dire vers l'axe du tambour 4.
Bien entendu, lors du déroulement des différentes phases de lavage, rinçage et séchage, la température de l'air chaud envoyé par le circuit 5 dans le tambour est régulée à une valeur appropriée à chacune de ces phases.
Ainsi, grâce à l'invention, on supprime un élément de chauffage avec son capteur de température et les circuits associés, ce qui permet de réduire le coût de la machine. En outre, on améliore la fiabilité de la machine par la suppression de ces éléments, et on améliore le rendement de la machine en lavage, et éventuellement en rinçage, grâce au fait que la température du linge mouillé, directement chauffé par l'air chaud, augmente plus rapidement que lorsque l'on chauffe directement l'eau de lavage.
De façon avantageuse, on peut augmenter la puissance de l'élément chauffant 10 par rapport à celle d'un élément chauffant de séchage classique, afin de diminuer le temps de chauffage en phase de lavage.
De façon avantageuse également, on peut supprimer la volume mort de fond de cuve, puisque l'on n'a plus besoin de prévoir de volume supplémentaire pour y loger l'élément chauffant de l'eau de lavage. On diminue ainsi le volume d'eau nécessaire au lavage, et donc aussi l'énergie de chauffage.
Selon une variante de l'invention, le circuit 5 peut injecter dans le tambour en phase de lavage et/ou rinçage, en plus de l'air chaud (par exemple alternativement) de la vapeur d'eau ou de l'eau chaude. Pour cela, on fait recirculer l'eau de lavage, ou de rinçage, que l'on envoie dans le circuit de séchage, en amont de l'élément chauffant 9 (circuit de recirculation 12 représenté en traits interrompus sur la seule figure 1).

Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de chauffage pour machine à laver séchante, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à chauffer le linge à laver et/ou à rincer en injectant de l'air chaud produit par le dispositif de séchage de la machine dans la masse de linge mouillé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en phase de lavage et/ou de rinçage on injecte, en plus de l'air chaud, de la vapeur d'eau ou de l'eau chaude.
  3. Dispositif de chauffage d'une machine à laver séchante, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un unique bloc de chauffage (9) disposé dans le circuit de séchage (5) de la machine, ce bloc de chauffage étant alimenté en énergie en phases de lavage et/ou de rinçage, et en phase de séchage, et en ce que l'entrée d'air (6) du bloc de chauffage unique est disposée au-dessus du niveau d'eau de la cuve afin de rechauffer, en régime de lavage, et de rinçage le cas échéant, l'eau de lavage par de l'air chaud.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le circuit de séchage débouche (7) dans l'axe du tambour (4) de la machine.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un circuit de recirculation d'eau (12) est branché dans le circuit de séchage en amont du bloc de chauffage.
