Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Anlegen von Vorsätzen in einem ununterbrochenen Prozeß an die Vorder- und Rückseite von mit dem Rücken nach unten weisenden, in einem Buchblockkanal von Transporteuren kontinuierlich geförderten Buchblocks, mit neben dem Buchblockkanal verlaufenden Vorsatzkanälen und mit Anlegern zum Vereinzeln der Vorsätze aus einem Stapel und Zuführen in die Vorsatzkanäle zum gemeinsamen Weiterfördern mit dem Buchblock durch die Transporteure, an denen sich die Vorsätze zum Buchblock ausrichten, gekennzeichnet durch vereinzelte Vorsätze (1,2) in Förderrichtung der Buchblocks (3) den Vorsatzkanälen (10) zuführende Anlegesysteme (I,II), die zeitlich derart auf die Bewegung der die Buchblocks fördernden Transporteure abgestimmt sind, daß eine Übernahme der Vorsätze durch die Transporteure aus der Bewegungsphase in Förderrichtung heraus erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Magazin (13) zur Aufnahme liegend gestapelter Vorsätze (1, 2), durch einen die Vorsätze (1, 2) in Förderrichtung der Buchblocks (3) vereinzelnden Anleger (18, 19, 22-26, 30) und durch einen die vereinzelten Vorsätze (1, 2) aus ihrer Liegendposition in eine Stehendposition überführenden Förderer (28, 29, 12) zwischen Anleger (22-26, 30) und Vorsatzkanal (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Förderer ein um die Längsachse gewundener, die Vorsätze (1, 2) im Rückenbereich erfassender Klemmförderer ist mit einem Fördergurt (28) und einer Kugelschiene (29) als Gegendruckmittel.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein parallel zum Klemmförderer (28, 29) verlaufendes Stützmittel (12) für die vom Klemmförderer (28, 29) nicht erfaßten Bereiche der Vorsätze (1, 2).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch einen die vereinzelten Vorsätze (1, 2) flachliegend weitertransportierenden Übergabeförderer (26, 27, 30) mit einer Beleimeinrichtung (31) zum Auftragen eines Leimstreifens auf die geförderten Vorsätze (1, 2).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleimeinrichtung eine Leimauftragsdüse (31) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsatzkanal (10) mit einem die Anlage des Leimstreifens verhindernden Freiraum (11) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlegesysteme (I, II) in Förderrichtung des Buchblocks (3) zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
