Description
Claims (13)
- Werkzeugkopf für Profilzerspaner zur Verarbeitung der seitlichen Segmente von Holzstämmen, mit einem drehangetriebenen Werkzeugkopf-Grundkörper, der an seinem Umfang mehrere Gruppen von Hackmessern und an seiner Stirnfläche mindestens ein Schlichtwerkzeug trägt, wobei jede Gruppe von Hackmessern mindestens ein stirnseitiges Hackmesser aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stirnseitige Hackmesser (2) und das Schlichtwerkzeug (4, 4') an einem gemeinsamen Werkzeugträger (5) angebracht sind, der auswechselbar am Werkzeugkopf-Grundkörper (1) befestigt ist.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (5) ein Ringsegment ist.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (5) ein Ring ist.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Ringsegment mindestens ein stirnseitiges Hackmesser (2) und an seiner Stirnfläche als Schlichtwerkzeug ein Kreissägen-Ringsegment (4) trägt.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stirnseitige Hackmesser (2) am vorauslaufenden Ende des Ringsegments angebracht ist.
- Werkzeugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (5) mittels Schnellspanneinrichtungen (6) am Werkzeugkopf-Grundkörper (1) befestigt ist.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnellspanneinrichtung (6) mindestens einen vom Werkzeugträger (5) vorspringenden, achsparallelen Spannzapfen (9) aufweist, der in eine Spannbohrung (13) des Werkzeugkopf-Grundkörpers (1) ragt und dort jeweils mit einer Spannvorrichtung (16) in Eingriff steht.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannzapfen (9) in den Spannbohrungen (13) zentriert sind.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Spannzapfen (9) einen Spannkopf (15) aufweist, der von einem Halteelement der Spannvorrichtung (16) hintergriffen wird.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement der Spannvorrichtung (16) eine druckmittelbetätigte, elektrisch oder mechanisch betätigte, im Spannzustand selbsthemmende Spannzange ist.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckmittelzufuhr zu der Spannvorrichtung (16) über Kanäle (18, 19) erfolgt, die an der Stirnseite des Werkzeugkopf-Grundkörpers (1) an einem Druckmittel-Kupplungsanschluß (20) münden.
- Werkzeugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (5) am Werkzeugkopf-Grundkörper (1) angeschraubt ist.
- Werkzeugkopf nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (5) an mindestens zwei aus den Spannbohrung (13) des Werkzeugkopf-Grundkörpers (1) herausragenden Zentrierzapfen (27) angeschraubt ist.
