Abstract

Beschrieben werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Innenbeschichtung einer Gasflasche (1) mit Kunststoff. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Gasflasche (1) erwärmt und Kunststoffpulver durch Schwerkraft in die Gasflasche (1) eingebracht, welches schmilzt und nach Abkühlen der Gasflasche eine Korrosionsschutz-Schicht bildet; die Gasflasche (1) wird zur Verteilung des Kunststoffpulvers über ihre gesamte Innenwand um ihre Längsachse (21) gedreht sowie um eine quer zur Längsachse verlaufende Achse (16) in Schräglagen unterschiedlicher Neigung gebracht. Die hierfür verwendete Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Gestell (6), an welchem ein Träger (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der eine Einspanneinrichtung (8) für die Gasflasche (1) drehbar lagert, wobei dem Träger (7) ein Schwenkantrieb (14) und der Einspanneinrichtung (8) ein Drehantrieb (39) zugeordnet ist.
