Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Einfädeln von Rohren in eine Ziehvorrichtung zur Querschnittsverminderung in mindestens einer Ziehstufe mittels mindestens zweier aufeinanderfolgender, das Werkstück am äußeren Umfang mit umlaufenden Treibketten greifender Ziehaggregate, die nach dem Einfädeln der am Rohranfang ausgebildeten Ziehangel das Werkstück kontinuierlich durch je einen jedem Ziehaggregat vorgeordneten Ziehring ziehen. Die Vorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch,
mindestens zwei hintereinander angeordnete Kettenziehmaschinen (1, 2, 3) mit radial auseinanderbewegbaren Treibketten (1a bis 3a und 1b bis 3b) sowie mit je einer hinter jeder Kettenziehmaschine (1, 2, 3) angeordneten Zange (8) zum Ergreifen der am Rohranfang ausgebildeten Ziehangel (6), die aus einer Ruheposition seitlich von und außerhalb der Ziehlinie in eine Arbeitsposition verschwenkbar ist, in der die Zange (8) zwischen den auseinanderbewegten Treibketten (1a bis 3a und 1b bis 3b) in Ziehrichtung bewegbar ist.
