Claims (8)
- Dispositif de ventilation pour séchage de produits empilés du type comportant un caisson (30) muni d'une part d'un ventilateur (31) et d'autre part, d'ouvertures de sortie (33), le ventilateur étant disposé à l'extrémité dudit caisson pour y propulser un flux d'air, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe (X) du flux de ventilation fait avec le plan contenant l'ouverture de sortie (33) un angle "a" tel que cette ouverture coupe totalement le flux du ventilateur.
- Dispositif de ventilation selon la revendication 1 dans lequel l'ouverture de sortie (33) est muni d'une pluralité de lamelles (34) fixées à une plaque (36) située dans un plan parallèle à celui contenant l'ouverture (33) de sorte que le flux d'air soit dévié dans des directions horizontales (F2) pratiquement perpendiculaires aux rangées d'empilages (a) de produits à sécher.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 dans lequel les dimensions du caisson (30) et la valeur de l'angle "a" sont déterminées de façon telle que la hauteur (H) de l'ouverture (33) soit sensiblement égale à la hauteur (h) des empilages (A) de produits à sécher.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 dans lequel l'ouverture de sortie (33) du caisson (30) est verticale, l'axe (X) dudit caisson (30) et du flux d'air étant oblique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 dans lequel l'axe (X) du caisson (30) et du flux d'air est vertical, le plan contenant l'ouverture (33) du caisson (30) étant oblique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel le caisson (30) est un cylindre et l'ouverture (33) est ovale.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel le caisson (30) est parallélépipèdique, l'ouverture (33) étant rectangulaire.
- Enceinte de séchage (40) dans laquelle sont disposées des rangées (C) parallèles d'empilages (A) ménageant entre elles des couloirs (D) parcourus par des dispositifs de ventilation (E) selon les revendications 1 à 7.
