Claims (10)

  1. Selbstangetriebenes, fliegendes Spielzeug oder Objekt, das im wesentlichen aus folgendem besteht:
    einem einen ersten Rahmen (1) und zwei Flügel (2, 3) aufweisenden Körper,
    einem einen zweiten Rahmen (4) und zwei Blätter (5, 6) aufweisenden Propeller, wobei der erste Rahmen (1) die Drehung des Propellers gemäß der Längsachse (7) des Spielzeugs oder Objekts gestattet,
    einem Motor zum Antrieb des Propellers zur Drehung bezüglich des Körpers, der im wesentlichen aus einem dehnbaren oder elastischen Band (53) besteht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Rahmen einstückig ist.
  2. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der erste Rahmen einstückig ist.
  3. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der zweite Rahmen des Propellers eben ist und bei dem der erste Rahmen des Körpers ebenfalls eben ist, mit Ausnahme einer oder mehrerer Windungen (21), die ein Drehlager für den Propeller bilden, und bei dem der erste Rahmen mindestens ein nach innen gebogenes freies Ende aufweist, das einen Befestigungshaken (35, 36) für das Band bildet.
  4. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem der erste und der zweite Rahmen aus einem ersten Metalldrahtabschnitt bzw. einem zweiten Metalldrahtabschnitt bestehen und bei dem sich der Durchmesser des ersten Drahtabschnitts vom Durchmesser des zweiten Drahtabschnitts unterscheidet.
  5. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem der Querschnitt eines Strangs des dehnbaren oder elastischen Bands zwischen 2 und 8 mm2 beträgt und bei dem die anfängliche Dehnung des Bands zwischen 1% und 25% beträgt.
  6. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die Flügel des Körpers und die Blätter des Propellers im wesentlichen aus aus einem Blatt Papier ausgeschnittenen Stücken (44, 47) bestehen, deren flächenbezogene Masse unter 200 g/m2 beträgt.
  7. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem der zweite Rahmen des Propellers an jedem freien oder Umfangsende des Rahmens eine Schlaufe (15, 16) aufweist.
  8. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem die Vorderkante (59) der Blätter oder Flügel des Propellers und vorzugsweise ein rechteckiger Hauptabschnitt (13, 14) des Rahmens des Propellers mit einer Längsachse (7) des Spielzeugs einen Winkel (18) bilden, dessen Wert zwischen 30° und 90° liegt.
  9. Spielzeug oder Objekt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem die Flügel oder die Blätter aus zwei- oder mehrfarbigem Papier bestehen, das mit zur Längsachse des Spielzeugs symmetrischen Motiven oder Flecken bedruckt ist, und bei dem das dehnbare oder elastische Band voll durchgefärbt ist.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines selbstangetriebenen fliegenden Spielzeugs oder Objekts, das im wesentlichen aus folgendem besteht:
    einem einen ersten Rahmen und zwei erste Flügel aufweisenden Körper,
    einem einen zweiten Rahmen und zwei Flügel oder Blätter aufweisenden Propeller oder Rotor,
    einem Motor zum Antrieb des Propellers zur Drehung bezüglich des Körpers, der im wesentlichen aus einem dehnbaren oder elastischen Band aus Kautschuk, Kreppgummi oder Elastomer besteht,
    bei dem man:
    aus einem Metalldrahtabschnitt den zweiten Rahmen des Propellers flach ausbildet,
    die Blätter aus Papier mit Klebstoff bestreicht, vorzugsweise jedes Blatt in zwei Zonen, die nach dem Falten einander gegenüber angeordnet werden können, mit Klebstoff bestreicht,
    die Blätter und den zweiten Rahmen durch Kleben zusammenfügt, indem man einen wesentlichen Teil jedes Schenkels des zweiten Rahmens mit einem mit Klebstoff bestrichenen und zur Bildung jedes Blatts gefalteten Teil des Stück Papiers umgibt,
    mindestens eine mittlere Windung bildet, dann aus einem Metalldrahtabschnitt den ersten Rahmen des Körpers flach ausbildet,
    zwei Stücke Papier, die die Flügel des Körpers bilden sollen, mit Klebstoff bestreicht und vorzugsweise jeden Flügel in zwei Zonen, die nach dem Falten einander gegenüber angeordnet werden können, mit Klebstoff bestreicht,
    die beiden Flügel durch Kleben mit dem ersten Rahmen des Körpers zur Bildung des Körpers verbindet, indem man einen wesentlichen Teil jedes Schenkels des ersten Rahmens mit einem mit Klebstoff bestrichenen und zur Bildung jedes Flügels gefalteten Teil des Stück Papiers umgibt,
    ein elastisches Band um den Propeller bis zu einer darin ausgebildeten U-förmigen Welle oder Kerbe einführt, dann
    die beiden Bandstränge, die miteinander verbunden oder aneinandergeklemmt oder zusammengefügt sind, in den Durchlaß oder die Öffnung der im ersten Rahmen des Körpers ausgebildeten Windung(en) einführt,
    das gesamte Band durch die Windung bis zur Einführung der Welle oder Kerbe des zweiten Rahmens in oder durch die Windung hindurch hindurchführt,
    auf das Band eine Zugkraft ausübt, bis eine Dehnung von einem Wert.von mindestens gleich 5% und vorzugsweise unter 25% bewirkt wird, dann
    ein oder zwei nach innen gebogene freie Enden des ersten Rahmens des Körpers durch das Band hindurch einführt,
    gegebenenfalls die zweiten nach innen gebogenen freien Enden miteinander verbunden oder neben- oder übereinander angeordnet hält, dann die auf das Band ausgeübte Zugkraft entspannt und dabei kontrolliert, daß das Band über das oder die nach innen gebogene (n) freie (n) Ende (n) des Rahmens des Körpers eingeführt wird.
