Definitions
- the invention relates to a curtain with a hanging device several relatively movable parts and a method for Production of such a curtain.
- curtains are known as curtains or so-called white goods and as Curtain. While a certain transparency is sought for curtains a curtain is made so that it is no longer possible to see through it is. Such curtains should also have one when closed have specific drapery and for this purpose is on the top the curtain is sewn with a curtain tape or curling tape.
- tapes have multiple eyelets in which the bracket a roller can be inserted. The trap arises from the fact that the folding hook is passed through several eyelets or through pulling thread ruffled and thus gathered part of the curtain.
- pleated tape which has threads on which can be pulled to fold the curtain and thus one to achieve predetermined folds (2 fold, 3 fold etc.).
- the invention is based, so a generic curtain the task further develop that simple suspension with the formation of folded and smooth areas is made possible and with patterned fabrics an assignment between pattern and fold is achieved.
- the curtain is along one side has perforated and non-perforated areas next to each other and in the perforated Area at least twice two holes narrower than the other holes are arranged side by side and each part of the suspension device is threaded through at least two of the more closely spaced holes to create wrinkles there.
- the curtain according to the invention has the great advantage that no curtain or Wrinkle tape is more necessary. This leads to big savings in the Production and assembly of the curtains.
- the Holes are provided so that they correspond to the pattern and a Displacement between fold and pattern is excluded.
- holes are understood to mean any opening that there is allowed to thread a hanger through.
- a double hole can also arise when using a floating thread that is horizontal or is attached vertically and forms a loop.
- An advantageous embodiment provides that the closer to each other arranged double holes are arranged at equal distances from each other. This facilitates the formation of an even fold due to the distance between the double holes - or a multiple of this distance - the length corresponds to the fabric sheet forming the fold.
- the invention also allows that Form side-by-side folds of different sizes. Understandably, the crease gets bigger if only every second or third Double hole is used as if each successive double hole is used Wrinkling is used.
- the width of the curtain is larger than the width of the window area to be covered. Therefore, the width of the curtain is in one certain ratio to the width of the window area to be covered. This Ratio can be determined by the distance of the double holes on it a certain relationship is coordinated.
- a special type of fold also known as an overlapping pinch fold can be achieved in that instead of or between two closer a single hole is arranged next to one another.
- a single hole is arranged next to one another.
- For Wrinkling will all described holes on a cross to the curtain arranged lying axis and threaded onto a suspension device. This creates folds running to the right or to the side with the curtain left of the central axis.
- a further development of the invention provides that the closer together arranged holes at different distances to the side of the curtain are arranged. This opens up further possibilities for threading the Hanger and wrinkling in a wide area in the Connection to the side of the curtain.
- the curtain reinforce in the area of the holes. Doing so will tear out or unwanted enlargement of the holes when using the curtain avoided.
- a preferred embodiment of the curtain provides that the curtain is a Has woven or knitted fabrics. This allows it to be done in a simple manner Provide holes in the process of making the curtain. If the tissue or knitted fabrics between two adjacent holes thinner this area is to be used as a predetermined breaking point. At a This area can be weakened by at least one missing vertical thread be formed.
- the holes are either provided in the area of the usual end edge or the end edge is formed so wide that all holes in the Area of the end edge.
- the trailing edge forms a natural one Reinforcing the curtain along the side where the holes are to be made and can also be easily reinforced depending on the requirements be formed.
- a hanging device is suitable for hanging the curtain parts movable relative to one another through at least two double holes have threadable stirrups and a sliding or rolling device.
- Such parts are known as sliders or rollers with folding hooks, preferably the Form or select the bracket so that it is easily through the intended Holes is threadable.
- the invention is also based on the object of a method for the production to propose such a curtain.
- This task is solved with a procedure in which the curtain from one Woven or knitted fabric is produced, when it is produced along one side several double holes provided from holes arranged closer together and each part of the suspension device by at least two Double holes are threaded back and forth to create a crease.
- a woven or knitted fabric allows the holes to be made during the manufacture of the fabric or knitted fabric in the fabric consider.
- the manufacturing machines for creating the fabric or Knitted fabrics can be programmed so that without additional effort the woven or knitted fabric with the necessary holes in the right places will be produced.
- the holes can be made directly during the Weaving or knitting are incorporated so that they match the pattern ensure appropriate drapery.
- the making of the holes during the making of the woven or knitted fabric moreover, it allows a particularly special one in the area of the holes Work in reinforced edge or to reinforce the holes Edge.
- the curtain 1 in Figure 1 has an upper side 2, at the top one End edge 3 connects.
- the trailing edge goes approximately to the dotted Line 4, below which the curtain is in conventional training with or without Pattern continues.
- An upper row of holes is horizontally next to each other in the area of the end edge arranged double holes 5 - 9 through which the parts of the Suspension device (not shown) can be threaded through.
- Below the described double hole row there is another double hole row with 5 Double holes 10 - 14. These double holes are used to fix the curtain an eyelet threaded through these holes. This will over a longer vertical area fixes the wrinkling, which is in a loose folds below the end edge 3 continues.
- an unperforated area 16, 17 is provided on both sides of the perforated area 15.
- the curtain with the specified holes is attached to the folding hook.
- the Double holes 5 - 9 on the fold hooks will make the curtain in this area gathered and there is a wrinkle formation as shown schematically by line 18 has been hinted at.
- Figure 2 shows a curtain according to the invention made of a knitted fabric, at in the curtain 1, the double holes 5-9 according to the invention and the further holes 10-14 were affected.
- the lack of vertical thread, which is used to form the target kink, is at the positions of the reference numbers 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 can be seen.
- This Gap 17 is not folded, so the pattern of the flower 24 is good too is recognizable.
- an interface is through in this intermediate region 17 a double arrow appears.
- the present example clearly shows that even with one different density woven or knitted fabric or one area during the finishing stretched fabric, the pattern of the flower 24 always in the unfolded area 17 lies. Thus, even with heavy use of the curtain during the Equipment ensures that the folds harmonize with the pattern.
- the fabric consumption (fabric requirement) can be arbitrarily chosen by different arrangement the double holes are regulated z. E.g .: 3: 1 (like Figures 1 and 2), 2.7: 1; 2.5: 1; 2: 1 etc.
- the perforated area of the curtain 25 shown in FIG. 3 has on its upper side Page also holes 26-34, between which folds 35-42 are arranged are.
- the holes 26, 27; 28, 29; 31, 32; and 33, 34 serve here as Double holes.
- the folds 35, 37, 40 and 42 are folded so that the kink points into the sheet plane and the folds 36, 38, 39 and 41 are folded so that the folds point out of the leaf plane.
- the curtain can are gathered so that all holes 26 - 34 are congruent one above the other and a folded curtain reduced in width is produced, which is shown in FIG is shown. One can then pass through the holes one above the other Threading device are performed, the fold in the predetermined manner holds together.
- a threading device is suitable, for example Flat-headed nail that goes from the front into hole 30 and through the one behind Holes is threaded and at the end of the suspension device is attached.
- the flat head of the nail thus covers the hole 30 and can color coordinated with the type of curtain.
- Figure 5 shows a further curtain 43, on which are arranged in parallel incisions 44, 45, 46, 47 or floating threads in the Curtain are generated through which a hanging device can be threaded.
- two double incisions 45, 46 are in the middle on a lower one Level and in the outer area a double incision 44, 47 on an upper one Level attached.
- FIG. 6 shows how a suspension device corresponds to the arrow directions 48 - 51 can be threaded through the double holes 44 - 47, um, the curtain, as in Figure 7 shown to gather.
- the gathering shown in Figure 7 is by the inventor "Door hinge threading" because the suspension device 52 as in one Door hinge is threaded through openings 44-47 to close the curtain gather up.
