Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe, en élévation latérale, illustrant le mécanisme de verrou complètement enroulé sur l'axe d'enroulement du tube ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe, en élévation latérale, illustrant la cinématique du mécanisme formant verrou au cours de la descente du tablier ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe, en élévation latérale, illustrant la cinématique du mécanisme formant verrou lorsque le tablier est en position basse ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective du mécanisme formant verrou.
On réalise une liaison rigide entre le tube et la première lame du tablier grâce à l'ensemble des maillons 1, 2, 3, 4, qui viennent en butée positive l'un contre l'autre, afin de former un ensemble rigide en position déroulée du tube.
Claims (8)
- Verrou pour volet roulant, équipé d'un axe (6) d'enroulement du tablier libre en rotation, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un ensemble d'au moins deux maillons (2, 3) articulés entre eux par un système de glissière (14), et dont l'amplitude de la course est réglée par un système d'échappement, formé notamment par une barrette (17), articulée à l'une des extrémités (16) de l'un (2) des maillons (2, 3) et coopérant au niveau de l'autre maillon (3), chacune des extrémités libres des maillons (2, 3) étant respectivement connectée à l'axe d'enroulement (6) du tablier et à la première lame (5) du tablier.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le second maillon (2), réalisé en matière plastique ou métallique, se présente sous la forme d'un élément de profil sensiblement curviligne et comporte, d'une part un évidement central (11) et d'autre part, sur ses parois latérales (12, 13), des lumières (14).
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (17) dans son mouvement oscillant, réalise un mécanisme d'échappement par rapport à des parois inclinées (19) formées sur l'une des faces (20) du troisième maillon (3).
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les crans (19) ainsi formés emprisonnent la barrette (17) et offrent en fonction du débattement angulaire de celle-ci et de la position du troisième maillon (3) par rapport au second maillon (2), une pluralité de positions de réglage et de blocage.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (17) tourne autour d'un axe d'articulation (18) sur le deuxième maillon (2), de manière à pouvoir se rabattre sur le troisième maillon (3) lors de l'enroulement du tablier.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (17) comporte à l'une de ses extrémités, une patte (23) qui permet de l'escamoter lors de l'enroulement.
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose, au niveau de l'articulation (9) reliant le premier maillon (1) et le second maillon (2), un organe élastique (24) du type ressort, de manière à faire pivoter le second maillon (2) contre ce premier maillon (1).
- Verrou pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit de disposer au bout de l'axe supportant le tube d'enroulement du tablier (6), un organe élastique notamment du type ressort plat hélicoïdal.
