Claims (16)
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme (1) mit einem Kontaktierungsbereich (2) zur Kontaktierung eines komplementären Kontaktstiftes und mit einem Verbindungsbereich (3) zur Verbindung mit einem elektrischen Leiter, wobei der Kontaktierungsbereich (2) aus einer inneren Kontaktierungsfeder (6) und einer äusseren Aussenüberfeder (7) besteht, wobei die Kontaktierungsfeder (6), die in den Verbindungsbereich (3) übergeht, zumindest zwei sich gegenüberliegende Kontaktfederarme (8 bis 13) aufweist, die von der Aussenüberfeder (7) unterstützt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zumindest auf einer den Kontaktfederarmen (8 bis 13) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Aussenüberfeder (7) ein quer zur Steckrichtung verlaufender Steg (29,30) freigeschnitten ist und dass dieser Steg (29,30) nach innen gebogen ist, derart, dass er von aussen auf den Kontaktfederarm (9,12) drückt. - Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (29,30) auf zwei Längsseiten freigeschnitten ist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (29,30) in der Mitte quer geteilt ist und zwei Zungen bildet, die gemeinsam auf einem Kontaktfederarm oder von denen jede auf einen Kontaktfederarm drücken.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein Steg (29,30) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Aussenüberfeder (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktierungsfeder (6) eine kastenförmige Federarmbasis (22) und zumindest zwei sich gegenüberliegende, sich nach vorne erstreckende Kontaktfederarme (9,12) aufweist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfederarme (8 bis 13) bis zum Kontaktierungspunkt (K) aufeinander zu und dann wieder auseinander verlaufen und dass der Steg (29,30) in Steckrichtung vor dem Kontaktierungspunkt (K) auf den Kontaktfederarm (9,12) drückt.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei Paare von Kontaktfederarmen (8 bis 13) vorgesehen sind, wobei der jeweils mittlere von einem Steg (29,30) unterstützt ist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfederarme (8 bis 13) vorgespannt sind durch am stirnseitigen Ende der Aussenüberfeder (7) umgebogene Anschlagslaschen (31 bis 37), die die freien Enden der Kontaktfederarme (8 bis 13) hintergreifen.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überlänge des nach innen gebogenen Steges (29,30) durch Prägen hergestellt ist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussklemme (1) aus zwei Teilen hergestellt ist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äusseren Kontaktfederarme (8,10,11,13) jeweils von seitlichen Armen (18 bis 21) der inneren Kontaktierungsfeder unterstützt werden.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenüberfeder (7) zumindest eine Rastfederzunge (27,28) aufweist, und dass die Rastfederzunge (27,28) auf der gleichen Seite der Aussenüberfeder (7) angeordnet ist, wie der Steg (29,30).
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenüberfeder (7) im wesentlichen kastenförmig aufgebaut ist und im Querschnitt senkrecht zur Steckrichtung zwischen den Seitenwänden eine Verjüngung aufweist, die sich in Steckrichtung erstreckt.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 13, dass an der Aussenüberfeder (7) im Bereich der Verjüngung eine Rastfederzunge (27,28) vorgesehen ist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach Anspruch 14, dass die Aussenüberfeder (7) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten im Bereich der Verjüngung je eine Rastfederzunge (27,28) aufweist.
- Elektrische Anschlussklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastfederzungen (27,28) nicht über die maximale Breite der Aussenüberfeder (7) hinausragt.
