Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Warentheke, insbesondere eine Kühltheke für leicht verderbliche Lebensmittel. Sie weist eine Thekenauslage (3), eine um die Thekenauslage herum geführte Umwälz-Luftströmung (7) sowie ein von der Luftströmung durchströmtes Filter (15) zum Ausfiltern von Schwebeteilchen, Bakterien und dergl. auf. Die erfindungsgemäße Warentheke ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filter zumindest teilweise in einem statischen elektrischen oder magnetischen Feld angeordnet ist.
