Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Befestigung einer Waschtischplatte oder dergleichen (4) für einen Waschplatz, insbesondere für eine Glasplatte (4) vorgeschlagen, die flexibel bei Platten (4) unterschiedlichster Ausmaße einsetzbar ist. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß Träger (3) für die Platte (4) mit Befestigungsmitteln (6, 7) versehen werden, die entlang von an der Wand befestigbaren Halterungsmitteln (2) verschiebbar ausgebildet sind, wobei die Halterungsmittel (2) den Träger (3) in montiertem Zustand halten. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Auflage für einen Waschplatz nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
An Waschplätzen in Sanitärräumen, wie Badezimmern, Duschräumen etc. werden Waschtischplatten oder auch sonstige Ablageplatten aus Steingut oder Glas angebracht, die zur Aufnahme des Waschbeckens oder auch als sonstige Auflage dienen. Sofern diese Platten über keine eigene Halterungsmöglichkeit an der Wand verfügen, müssen hierzu entsprechende Halterungsvorrichtungen angebracht werden, mittels welchen die Platten zu befestigen sind. Diese Halterungen müssen an die Maße der jeweiligen Platten oder Auflage angepaßt sein, wodurch eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Größen von Halterungen bevorratet werden müssen.
Die Erfindung hat daher die Aufgabe, eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung insbesondere einer Waschtischplatte oder sonstigen Auflageplatten für einen Waschplatz oder dergleichen vorzusehen, die flexibel bei verschiedenen Größen von Auflagen, insbesondere Glasauflagen zu verwenden ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend von einer Vorrichtung der einleitend genannten Art durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Durch die in den Unteransprüchen genannten Maßnahmen werden vorteilhafte Ausführungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung möglich.
Dementsprechend zeichnet sich eine erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung dadurch aus, daß der die Waschtischplatte oder dergleichen tragende Träger Befestigungsmittel aufweist, mittels denen der Träger entlang von an der Wand befestigbaren Halterungsmitteln verschiebbar ausgebildet ist, wobei diese Halterungsmittel den Träger in montiertem Zustand halten.
Durch eine derartige verschiebbare Befestigung der Träger für die entsprechende Waschtischplatte ergibt sich eine große Flexibilität zum Einsatz der Befestigungsvorrichtung bei verschieden Platten unterschiedlicher Länge.
Vorzugsweise werden die Halterungsmittel mit einer Schiene versehen, deren Ränder von den Befestigungsmittel der Träger für die Waschtischplatte wenigstens teilweise umschlossen sind. Durch diese wenigstens teilweise die Ränder der Schiene umgreifenden Befestigungsmittel sind die Träger zuverlässig und dennoch verschiebbar an der Befestigungsschiene fixiert.
Vorzugsweise werden die Halterungsmittel mit Hinterschneidungen versehen, in die bzw. hinter die entsprechende Vorsprünge der Befestigungsmittel eingreifen. Derart ausgestaltete Halterungsmittel, die bevorzugt in Form einer oben angeführten Schiene, beispielsweise mit einem T-Profil, ausgebildet sein können, ergibt sich wie bereits erwähnt, eine zuverlässige und dennoch verschiebbare Halterung.
In einer besonderen Ausführungsform werden die Befestigungsmittel in Form eines Halteblocks ausgestaltet, an dem ein verspannbares Spannteil vorhanden ist. Dieser Halteblock wird in seiner Form dem Profil der an der Wand zu befestigenden Halterungsmittel, z. B. an ein T-Profil einer oben angeführten Halterungsschiene, angepaßt und kann somit entlang einer solchen Schiene gleiten. Ein verspannbares Spannteil gemäß diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ermöglicht zum einen die Arretierung des Trägers in einer bestimmten Position an der Schiene und zum anderen kann durch ein separat einsetzbares Spannteil der Träger an beliebiger Stelle auf die Schiene aufgesetzt werden, wobei die Schiene beidseitig von der aus Halteblock und Spannteil bestehenden gesamten Einheit umschlossen wird, so daß sich eine unverlierbare Halterung des Trägers ergibt.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird der Träger für die Waschtischplatte oder dergleichen längenverstellbar ausgebildet. Dies erhöht wiederum die Flexibilität in Bezug auf die Einsatzmöglichkeit bei verschieden demensionierten Platten. Ein derartiger Träger ist bei unterschiedlich breiten Waschtischauflagen verwendbar.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines längenverstellbaren Auflageträgers besteht in einer ineinanderschiebbaren Ausführungsform, die nach Art eines Teleskops aus- bzw. einfahrbar ist. Diese Ausführung erlaubt insbesondere ein ansprechendes Design eines erfindungsgemäßen Trägers.
Vorzugsweise wird eine zusätzliche Höhenverstellung für die Höhenjustage der Waschtischplatte oder dergleichen vorgesehen. Mit einer derartigen Höhenverstellung läßt sich die Platte exakt waagerecht justieren.
Vorzugsweise wird diese Höhenverstellung mittels Verstellschrauben bewirkt, deren Kopf als Aufnahme für die Waschtischauflage ausgebildet ist.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ergibt sich durch das zusätzliche Anbringen eines Handtuchhalters an den erfindungsgemäßen Trägern. Ein derartiger Handtuchhalter kann beispielsweise in Form einer Öse bestehen, durch die eine passende Stange eingeführt wird. Dies stellt eine der Möglichkeiten dar, bei der auch ein Träger mit Handtuchhalter bei verschieden langen Waschtischplatten oder dergleichen und dementsprechend verschieden langen Handtuchhaltestangen verwendbar ist, da durch die genannte Öse jederzeit unterschiedlich lange Handtuchhaltestangen aufgenommen werden können.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird anhand der Figuren nachfolgend näher erläutert.

Die Vorrichtung 1 zur Befestigung einer Waschtischplatte oder dergleichen gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 umfaßt eine Wandschiene 2, einen Träger 3 sowie die zum Beispiel aus Glas bestehende Waschtischplatte 4 - im weiteren auch "Glasauflage" genannt -.
Der Träger 3 umfaßt eine Auflagestütze 5, sowie einen Halteblock 6 mit Spannteil 7. Der Halteblock 6 sowie das Spannteil 7 weisen nicht näher dargestellte Vorsprünge zum Hintergreifen des T-Profils der Wandschiene 2 auf.
Die Auflagestütze 5 ist zumindest teilweise hohl, wobei eine Stützstange 8 in die Auflagestütze 5 aufgenommen ist und aus der Auflagestütze 5 teleskopartig herausgezogen bzw. in diese hineingeschoben werden kann. An der Auflagestütze 5 sowie der Stützstange 8 sind Justierschrauben 9, 10 vorhanden, deren Kopf als Aufnahme für die Glasauflage 4 ausgebildet ist. Die Justierschraube 10 ist hierbei in einem Kopfstück 11 der Stützstange 8 angebracht, an dessen Unterseite eine Tragöse 12 für eine Haltestange 13 angebracht ist. Oberhalb der Glasauflage 4 ist vertikal nach oben verlaufend ein Wandspiegel 14 teilweise dargestellt, der jedoch unabhängig von der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 an der Wand befestigt werden kann.
In der Seitenansicht gemäß Fig. 2 ist mit gestrichelten Linien angedeutet, daß die Tragöse 12 mit einem Gewindestück 15 in die gleiche durchgehende Gewindebohrung 16 eingeschraubt ist, wie die Justierschraube 10. Weiterhin ist in dieser Darstellung ebenfalls gestrichelt die Bohrung 17 der Auflagestütze 5 dargestellt, in die die Stützstange 8 eingeschoben ist.
Die Montage der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1 erfolgt zunächst durch Anbringen der Halteschiene 2 an der entsprechenden Wand in geeigneter Höhe. Gegebenenfalls kann die Wandschiene 2 hierbei auf das gewünschte Maß abgelängt werden. Anschließend wird die benötigte Anzahl von Trägern 3 auf die Halteschiene 2 aufgesetzt und an die gewünschte Position geschoben. Mit Hilfe des Spannteils 7 wird die eingestellte Position fixiert, indem das Spannteil 7 über eine nicht näher dargestellte Spannvorrichtung, beispielsweise eine Schraube, an den Halteblock 6 angezogen wird. Der Halteblock 6 ist im übrigen durch seitliches Aufschieben auch bei montiertem Spannteil 7 auf die Halteschiene zu aufzuschieben.
Nunmehr wird die Stützstange 8 in der gewünschten Länge aus der Auflagestütze 5 herausgezogen und gegebenenfalls fixiert. Die Fixierung kann über nicht näher dargestellte Klemmvorrichtungen, beispielsweise eine Klemmschraube geschehen. Nun kann die Glasauflage 4 auf die als Aufnahme ausgebildeten Schraubenköpfe 9, 10 aufgelegt werden. Die Schrauben 9, 10 können hierbei in der Höhe so justiert werden, daß sich eine exakt waagerechte Position der Glasauflage 4 ergibt.
Die Tragöse 12 kann zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt, beispielsweise nach dem Auflegen der Glasauflage 4 durch Einschrauben in die Gewindebohrung 16 angebracht werden. Die Haltestange 13 wird nunmehr durch die vorhandenen Tragösen 12 gesteckt und dient als Handtuchhalter.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung für eine Auflage zum Beispiel einer Waschtischplatte ist flexibel für eine Vielzahl von Platten unterschiedlichster Ausmaße verwendbar. Es können mit ein und derselben Vorrichtung zum Beispiel Glasplatten 4 mit unterschiedlicher Breite B bzw. Länge L befestigt werden. Durch die besonderen Merkmale des dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles ist zudem ein formschönes Design unter Beibehaltung der technischen Vorteile möglich.

Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Befestigung einer Waschtischplatte oder dergleichen für einen Waschplatz, insbesondere für eine Glasplatte, mit wenigstens einem an einer Wand befestigbaren Träger (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (3) Befestigungsmittel (6, 7) aufweist, die entlang von an der Wand befestigbaren Halterungsmitteln (2) verschiebbar ausgebildet sind, wobei die Halterungsmittel (2) den Träger (3) in montiertem Zustand halten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungsmittel (2) Hinterschneidungen aufweist, in die Vorsprünge der Befestigungsmittel (6, 7) eingreifen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungsmittel eine Schiene (2) umfassen, deren Ränder von den Befestigungsmitteln (6, 7) wenigstens teilweise umschlossen sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene (2) ein T-Profil aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel einen Halteblock (6) und ein verspannbares Spannteil (7) umfassen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (3) längenverstellbar ausgebildet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (3) teleskopartig längenverstellbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Höhenverstellung (9, 10) für die Justage der Auflage (4) vorhanden ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenverstellung Verstellschrauben (9, 10) umfaßt, deren kopf als Aufnahme für die Glasplatte (4) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich ein Handtuchhalter (12, 13) vorgesehen ist.
