Abstract

Es wird eine elektrische Schaltung zum Anlegen eines oszillierenden elektrischen Stromes an eine Spule (L1) eines Elektromagneten beschrieben, durch die der Elektromagnet in Abhängigkeit von Führungssignalen ansteuerbar ist. Bei dem Elektromagneten handelt es sich vorzugsweise um den Elektromagneten eines Hydrauliksteuerventils.
Um einen Durchschnittsstrom zu erzeugen, der in linearem Zusammenhang mit dem Eingangs- oder Führungssignal steht wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Treiberschaltung die Spule (L1) mit einem Strom versorgt, welcher veränderliche obere und untere Grenzstromwerte (V-PU, V-PL) aufweist. Dabei nimmt der untere Grenzstromwert (V-PL) im wesentlichen einen konstanten Prozentsatz des oberen Grenzstromwerts (V-PU) ein.
Beispielsweise enthält die Schaltung einen Signalteiler (R8, R9), der aus dem Eingangssignal (V-CMD) einen oberen Signalwert (V-PU) und einen unteren Signalwert (V-PL) erzeugt, wobei der untere Signalwert (V-PL) einen konstanten Prozentwert des oberen Signalwertes (V-PU) einnimmt. Ein Stromsensor (R2) erzeugt ein Strommeßsignal (VSENSE), welches den Strom durch die Spule (L1) repräsentiert. Ein erster Komparator (14) vergleicht das Strommeßsignal (VSENSE) mit dem oberen Signalwert (V-PU), und ein zweiter Komparator (16) vergleicht das Strommeßsignal (VSENSE) mit dem unteren Signalwert (V-PL). Eine Leistungsschalteinrichtung (28) ist an eine Spannungsquelle und die Magnetspule (L1) angeschlossen und verbindet oder trennt diese in Abhängigkeit der Ausgangssignale des ersten und des zweiten Komparators (14, 16).
