Description
Zu Beginn des Bestäubungsvorganges wird zunächst das an den Düsen austretende Bestäubungsmaterial z.B. durch eine Absaugeinrichtung vollständig über die komplette Formatbreite abgesaugt. Bei Ankunft des ersten Bogens im Bereich der Bestäubungseinrichtung wird der austretende Volumenstrom z.B. durch eine Absaugeinrichtung formatbreitenabhängig abgesaugt und einem Kreislauf zurückgeführt. Der nicht abgesaugte Volumenstrom tritt weiter aus den Düsen aus und trifft in einem spitzen Winkel zur Förderebene und in Förderrichtung des Bedruckstoffes geneigt auf den Bedruckstoff auf. Die Absaugung des Bestäubungsmaterials an den Düsen erfolgt zusätzlich abhängig von der Formatlänge des Bedruckstoffes und /oder abhängig von der Formatbreite des Bedruckstoffes und/oder abhängig vom Druckbild. Die Steuerung der formatbreiten-, formatlängen- bzw. druckbildabhängigen Absaugung erfolgt vorzugsweise von einem Leitstand aus.
Zur Dosierung des Volumenstromes aus Druckluft und Bestäubungsmaterial kann bereits innerhalb der Bestäubungseinrichtung durch eine innere Absaugung vor den Düsen ein Teilvolumenstrom abgezweigt werden. Der Teilvolumenstrom wird dann direkt der Bestäubungseinrichtung in einem Kreislauf zugeführt.
Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Bestäuben eines Bedruckstoffes in einer Druckmaschine, mittels einer Bestäubungseinrichtung mit wenigstens einer über die maximale Formatbreite des Bedruckstoffes sich erstreckenden Reihe von Düsen, mit einem zum Bedruckstoff austretenden, teilweise an die Bestäubungseinrichtung zurückführbaren Volumenstrom,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der aus Bestäubungsmaterial und Druckluft ständig erzeugte Volumenstrom zu Beginn des Bestäubungsvorganges außerhalb der Bestäubungseinrichtung an diesen unmittelbar abgesaugt und in einem Kreislauf der Bestäubungseinrichtung zurückgeführt wird und daß bei Ankunft des ersten Bedruckstoffes im Bereich der Bestäubungseinrichtung der über die zu verarbeitende Formatbreite hinausgehende Volumenstrom nach Austritt an den Düsen weiterhin zurückgeführt wird und daß der nicht abgesaugte Volumenstrom zur Förderebene und in Förderrichtung des Bedruckstoffes geneigt dem Bedruckstoff zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der nicht abgesaugte Volumenstrom abhängig von der Formatbreite des Bedruckstoffes diesem zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der nicht abgesaugte Volumenstrom des Bedruckstoffes abhängig von der Formatlänge des Bedruckstoffes diesem zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der nicht abgesaugte Volumenstrom dem Bedruckstoff abhängig vom jeweiligen Druckbild zugeführt wird.
