Abstract
Description
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique des éléments d'un dispositif de formation de la foule appartenant à une mécanique d'armure conforme à l'invention alors que le mousqueton d'extrémité de la cordelette est en position haute ;
- la figure 2 est une vue analogue à la figure 1 alors que le mousqueton d'extrémité de la cordelette est en position intermédiaire ;
- la figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 1 alors que le mousqueton d'extrémité de la cordelette est en position basse et
- la figure 4 est une vue à plus grande échelle de deux crochets mobiles au voisinage du point mort haut de leur trajectoire.
Claims (11)
- Mécanique d'armure propre à engendrer trois positions des fils de chaíne d'un métier à tisser de type Jacquard, comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs de formation de la foule comportant des crochets mobiles (2, 3, 6, 7) aptes à être déplacés verticalement par des couteaux (10, 11) animés de mouvements alternatifs en opposition de phase, caractérisée en ce que chaque dispositif de formation de la foule comprend quatre crochets mobiles aptes à être déplacés, par paire, par lesdits couteaux, un premier crochet (6, 7) de chaque paire étant en appui simple sur le second crochet (2, 3) de ladite paire, et cinq poulies (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) alignées verticalement aptes à être écartées les unes des autres de façon variable en fonction des positions desdits quatre crochets.
- Mécanique d'armure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites cinq poulies (5, 9, 15, 16, 17) sont coplanaires.
- Mécanique d'armure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque dispositif de formation de la foule comprend au moins un rail (20) de guidage en translation de certaines desdites poulies (5, 15), ledit rail étant supporté par une poulie (2) supérieure (9) et mobile en altitude avec ladite poulie supérieure.
- Mécanique d'armure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit rail (20) comporte une lumière oblongue (20a) dans laquelle peut être déplacé un coulisseau (21) sur lequel sont montées deux desdites poulies (5, 15).
- Mécanique d'armure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une cordelette (23), fixée par l'une de ses extrémités au bâti (22) de la mécanique et munie d'un mousqueton (24) de fixation d'une lisse, est disposée de façon à entourer successivement trois desdites poulies (16, 17, 15) situées dans la partie inférieure dudit dispositif de formation de la foule.
- Mécanique d'armure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite cordelette (23) suit, en partant de son extrémité fixée audit bâti (22), une trajectoire entourant partiellement une première poulie (16), apte à être déplacée en altitude, puis une seconde poulie (17), fixe en altitude, située sous ladite première poulie, et enfin une troisième poulie (15) apte à être déplacée en altitude.
- Mécanique d'armure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits quatre crochets mobiles (2, 3, 6, 7) sont reliés deux par deux par un élément funiculaire (4, 8) entourant chacun respectivement l'une de deux dites poulies (5, 9) situées dans la partie supérieure dudit dispositif de formation de la foule.
- Mécanique d'armure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque dispositif de formation de la foule comprend deux organes de sélection (25) aptes à immobiliser, au voisinage du point mort haut de leur trajectoire, les deux crochets mobiles (3, 7) d'une paire ou l'un desdits crochets mobiles uniquement.
- Mécanique d'armure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdits crochets mobiles (3, 7) sont pourvus chacun d'un orifice (3b, 7b) de réception d'un élément de blocage (25) appartenant audit dispositif de sélection, lesdits orifices desdits crochets étant alignés lorsque deux crochets d'une paire sont en appui simple l'un sur l'autre et l'un desdits orifices (7b) étant débouchant, de sorte que ledit élément de blocage est apte à pénétrer dans l'un desdits orifices ou dans les deux dits orifices à la fois.
- Mécanique d'armure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier crochet (6, 7) d'une paire de crochets mobiles est conformé pour épouser la forme extérieure dudit second crochet (2, 3), ledit second crochet étant pourvu d'un bec de lève (2a, 3a), lesdits premier et second crochets étant aptes à être déplacés par l'un desdits couteaux (10, 11) coopérant avec ledit bec de lève.
- Métier à tisser de type Jacquard équipé d'une mécanique d'armure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
