Claims (7)
- Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn (27), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Trockenpartie, die mindestens eine zweireihige Trockengruppe (1) ausweist, die zwei Reihen von beheizbaren Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) umfaßt, denen jeweils ein Transportband (25, 37) zugeordnet ist, das die Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) einer Reihe und den Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) zugeordnete Umlenkwalzen (17, 19, 21, 23, 29, 31, 33, 35) mäanderförmig umläuft und dabei die Materialbahn (27) gegen die Oberfläche der Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) anlegt, und mit einem eine Rotation der Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) und Umlenkwalzen (17, 19, 21, 23, 29, 31, 33, 35) sowie einen Umlauf der Transportbänder (25, 37) der Trockenpartie bewirkenden Antrieb, der mindestens einen jeweils einer Reihe von Trockenzylindern der zweireihigen Trockengruppe (1) zugeordneten Motor (35, 41) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb so ausgelegt ist, daß die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der beiden Reihen von Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) innerhalb der zweireihigen Trockengruppe (1) unabhängig voneinander steuerbar ist und daß der Antrieb so ausgelegt ist, daß die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der die Materialbahn (27) am Anfang der zweireihigen Trockengruppe (1) übernehmenden ersten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9) zumindest zeitweise größer ist als die der zweiten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (11, 13, 15), die die Materialbahn (27) von der ersten Reihe der Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9) übernimmt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der ersten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9) um 0,3 ‰ bis 1,8 ‰, vorzugsweise um ca. 0,6 ‰ bis 1,4 ‰, insbesondere um 1 ‰ größer ist als die der zweiten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (11, 13, 15).
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der ersten Reihe nur während der Übernahme eines sogenannten Einfädelstreifens größer ist als die der zweiten Reihe.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils mindestens einem Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) einer Reihe ein Motor (39; 41) zugeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn (27), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Trockenpartie, die mindestens eine zweireihige Trockengruppe (1) aufweist, die zwei Reihen von beheizbaren Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) umfaßt, denen jeweils ein Transportband (25, 37) zugeordnet ist, das die Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) einer Reihe und den Trockenzylindem (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) zugeordnete Umlenkwalzen (17, 19, 21, 23, 29, 31, 33, 35) mäanderförmig umläuft und dabei die Materialbahn (27) gegen die Oberfläche der Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) anlegt, und mit einem eine Rotation der Trockenzylinder (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) und Umlenkwalzen (17, 19, 21, 23, 29, 31, 33, 35) sowie einen Umlauf der Transportbänder (25, 37) der Trockenpartie bewirkenden Antrieb, der mindestens einen jeweils einer Reihe von Trockenzylindern der zweireihigen Trockengruppe (1) zugeordneten Motor (35, 41) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Reihen von Trockenzylindem (5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15) der zweireihigen Trockengruppe (1) mit voneinander unabhängigen Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeiten angetrieben werden und die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der ersten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9), die die Materialbahn (27) am Anfang der zweireihigen Trockengruppe (1) übernimmt, zumindest zeitweise größer ist als die der zweiten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (11, 13, 15) die die Materialbahn (27) von der ersten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9) übernimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der ersten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (5, 7, 9) um 0,3 ‰ bis 1,8 ‰ vorzugsweise um ca. 0,6 ‰ bis 1,4 ‰, insbesondere um 1 ‰ größer ist als die der zweiten Reihe von Trockenzylindern (11, 13, 15).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils mindestens ein Trockenzylinder (5, 11) einer Reihe von einem Motor (39, 41) angetrieben wird.
