Claims (5)
- Rauchgasabzug, insbesondere für Heizkessel, bestehend aus einem Außenrohr (1) mit innerer Schalldämmpackung (2), die zwischen dem Außenrohr (1) und einem mit gelochten Wänden (4) versehenen Innenrohr (5) angeordnet ist, wobei die beiden Endränder (1') des Außenrohres (1) jeweils auf eingekröpfte Ringbünde (7') eines Abschlußbodens (7) aufgeschoben und mit diesem gasdicht verbunden sind und das Innenrohr (5) mit ungelochten Anschlußstutzen (6) beidseitig aus den Abschlußböden (7) des Außenrohres (1) herausragt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den Endrändern (1') des Außenrohres (1) und den Ringbünden (7') hitzebeständiges Dichtungsmaterial (8) angeordnet ist und die Endränder (1') und Ringbünde (7') mit gleichmäßig auf dem Umfang verteilten, zueinander fluchtenden Löchern (9) versehen und durch darin angeordnete Popnieten (10) miteinander verbunden sind. - Rauchgasabzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens einer der umlaufenden Verbindungsbereiche (V) zwischen Abschlußböden (7) und Außenrohr (1) von einer die Köpfe (10') der Popnieten (10) übergreifenden Hohlbandage (11) umfaßt und der von Hohlbandage (11), Endrand (1') und Ringbund (7') begrenzte Hohlraum mit hitzebeständigem Dichtungsmaterial (8') ausgefüllt ist. - Rauchgasabzug nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hohlbandage (11) in Form einer Spannschelle ausgebildet ist. - Rauchgasabzug nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hohlbandage (11) mit ihren sich überlappenden Enden punktverschweißt ist. - Rauchgasabzug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verbindungsstelle (V') des anderen Abschlußbodens (7) von innen her mit Dichtungsmittel (8') zusätzlich abgedichtet ist.
