Abstract

Bekannte flexible Profile für den Einbau runder und gebogener Trennwände und Unterdecken erfordern bei deren Verwendung speziell darauf abgestimmte Halteprofile und Unterkonstruktionen. Die neuen Decken- und Wandprofile sollen sich universell für die verschiedensten Dimensionen und Profile eignen und damit alle am Einsatzort auftretenden Gegebenheiten des Trockenbaues zu erfassen.
Dünnes U-förmig gezogenen Blech der verschiedensten Dimensionen und Profile weist, je nach Verwendungszweck, in bestimmten oder regelmäßigen Abständen in den Seitenflanschen (4;10) und/oder im Profilboden (2;8) zur Erzielung von Faltbereichen (6;12;13) Ausnehmungen (3;5;9;11;17) auf. Die Größe derjeweils gewählten Ausnehmungen (3;5;9;11;17) ergeben sich dabei aus dem vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck, so daß die angestrebte Form und Stabilität im Verarbeitungsfall entweder beispielsweise durch Sicken (14;16) oder zusätzlich durch vorher im Profilboden (8) eingebrachte Blechstreifen (18) erzielt wird. Das Profil eignet sich insbesondere für Unterkonstruktionen runder und gebogener Unterdecken sowie für Trennwände im Trockenbau.
