Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leitungs-Steckverbindung für die Übertragung elektrischer Energie zwischen einem Kabel, insbesondere einem Koaxialkabel, und einem in einem Gehäuse angeordneten oder einem gehäuseartigen, mit Leiterbahnen versehenen Trägermaterial, insbesondere einer Leiterplatte.
Zweck der Erfindung war, den Aufbau derartiger Verbindungen zu vereinfachen, und die Erfindung besteht, kurz gesagt, darin, daß auf das sonst übliche Buchsenteil verzichtet wird.
Das verbleibende kabelseitige Steckerteil ist vorzugsweise aus einfachen Crimpteilen (7, 8) aufgebaut, von denen eines das Außenleitergeflecht (5) des HF-Kabels und das andere den Innenleiter (6) umfaßt.
Zur Kontaktierung mit z.B. einer Leiterplatte (1) sind die beiden Kontaktteile im weiteren z.B. hülsenförmig ausgebildet (Innenleiterhülse 8 und Außenleiterhülse 7) oder bilden seitliche Klammern.
Korrespondierend dazu ist die Leiterplatte (1) in einem Randbereich mit zum Rand orthogonalen Schlitzen (3) versehen. Die Flanken im Schlitzbereich (3.1, 3.2) bzw. die Flanken der Zungen zwischen den Schlitzen sind metallisiert, und diese Metallisierung ist mit den Leiterbahnen (1.1 bis 1.4) der Platine für Signalführung und für Masse verbunden.
Zur Verbindung von Kabel und Platine wird das kabelseitige Steckerteil in die Schlitze bzw. über die Zungen geschoben. Das Prinzip erlaubt auch eine mechanische Arretierung des Steckerteils ohne zusätzliche Mittel.
Die direkte Kontaktierung des Steckerteils mit den Leiterbahnen auf einem Trägermaterial, ohne buchsenartiges Zwischenglied, läßt sich in vielfältigen Varianten realisieren, z.B. über drei oder zwei Schlitze oder nur einen Schlitz für eine Verbindung, mit auf den Platinenrand aufgesetzten separaten Zungen oder über Bohrungen am Platinenrand und bei dreidimensionaler Leiterbahntechnik (MID).
