This is why maintenance companies usually take care of flag raising and lowering. Even for maintenance companies, however, the task is arduous as manual work, because one maintenance person will not have time to manage very many locations. This means that flag raising and lowering are often delayed. This service is, in addition, expensive for housing corporations.
