Claims (9)
- Écarteur pour vitrage isolant à vitres multiples, comprenant un corps de base (5) présentant deux surfaces de contact (9, 11) parallèles pour les vitres (1, 3) et une surface de collage (19) opposée à l'espace intérieur du vitrage qui relie les deux surfaces de contact, le corps de base (5) étant constitué d'une matière synthétique renforcée aux fibres de verre et une couche métallique (21) étant appliquée sur la surface de collage (19), la couche métallique (21) étant collée sur la surface de collage (19) entière, caractérisé en ce que la proportion de fibres de verre courtes dans la matière synthétique est choisie de telle manière que le coefficient de dilatation thermique du corps de base (5) est adapté à celui de la couche métallique (21), la couche métallique étant une feuille métallique collée au corps de base qui présente une épaisseur inférieure à 0,1 mm.
- Écarteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille métallique est collée au corps de base (5) au moyen d'un adhésif n'émettant pas de gaz et durcissable à l'humidité.
- Écarteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (5) comprend une cavité (29).
- Écarteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface de collage (19), vue en coupe transversale, est en forme de U essentiellement.
- Écarteur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la feuille métallique est en aluminium.
- Écarteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (5) consiste en une matière thermoplastique renforcée aux fibres de verre, préférentiellement en une matière synthétique SAN.
- Écarteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (31) du corps de base (5) en regard de l'espace à l'intérieur (7) des vitres multiples présente des ouvertures (35).
- Écarteur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la cavité (29) du corps de base (5) contient un produit desséchant (33).
- Écarteur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les bords de la feuille métallique situés en regard des vitres (1, 3) en position d'utilisation sont disposés à l'écart de la vitre adjacente (1, 3) correspondante.
