Description
Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Flächenelementes aus unidirektionalen Filamenten mit gerichteten Fadenlagen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelfilamente in einem Nachbehandlungsprozeß durch Nadelung unterbrochen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nachbehandlung lediglich bereichsweise an dem Flächenelement vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nachbehandlung bereichsweise mit unterschiedlicher Intensität vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelfilamente in unregelmäßigen Abständen durch Nadelung unterbrochen werden.
- Flächenelement aus unidirektionalen Filamenten mit gerichteten Fadenlagen, bei dem die Einzelfilamente durch Nadelung unterbrochen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Carbonfäden als Einzelfilamente eingesetzt sind.
- Flächenelement nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Mischung aus Monofilamenten und Multifilamenten unterschiedlicher Werkstoffe.
- Flächenelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hybrid aus festigkeitsgebenden Filamenten und aus Thermoplastfilamenten gebildet ist.
